This Fred Meyer has the best selection, deals and employees. Anna brought my grocery order out to me today and she was kind & friendly. I love this store 😊

This is my favorite grocery store to shop from & I’ve never had any issues. Fred Meyers has awesome deals weekly and in my opinion they have some of the best prices for healthier/organic options. I usually do grocery pickup since I have 2 kiddos that drive me nuts lol, and that service is awesome too! The app is super convenient and I find that I save more money when I buy pickup because it shows you which digital coupons are available and I don’t buy as many “impulse” items.

Love this store. Staff is super friendly. Meat and produce are always fresh. The liquor prices are also really reasonable and usually they have sales.

This past weekend (..on Easter Sunday), I was headed to my boyfriends place and stopped by for a few things. I was experiencing some dizziness while in the self-checkout and started struggling. Erik immediately offered his assistance and took over lifting the soda pop out of my cart then scanned it for me. It was so nice of him - Erik is always so helpful and kind to customers including myself.Being kind and helpful are key factors in making customers happy. There are so many wonderful people who work at this store including Erik. This is one great store!

I live near this Fred Meyer. Cant believe Ive never reviewed it before.Im here almost daily.The employees are nice. Never have had any issues there.But a couple things that could change and I thought wouldve when they recently upgraded was the deli/Cafe area... you guys shouldve made that the area for flowers, books, magazines, housewares. Or use that area for the pick up deliveries. Doing so one way or the other would make your front end less congested. With the food pickup/online orders up there, the flowers, the carts, atm, redox, etc... its very cluttered and sometimes hard to get through because of too many people.Aside from that I have enjoyed coming into the store over the years... oh... and it would be awesome if you guys sold sushi at this location.

Absolute worst customer service at the customer service center. When I called the gal was not only rude. But made me wait in line when nobody was there while she griped about her coworker calling out. Not only did I have to wait. But i had to wait for her just to tell me she couldnt help me

Fred Meyer is a nice store - its clean, well-organized with great sale items plus the people who work there (..like Madison) are friendly, helpful and kind.

Fred Meyer is a nice place to get some fishing 🎣 gear for the amateur, to the novice, they have a great selection of all sorts of different makers of gear, its cool 😎. Fred Meyer also has a good selection of Electronics, TVs, Stereo equipment for home entertainment, or Stereo system installed in your car, they have a great Sporting Goods department, and Grocerys section for food. Its a very clean store, theres shielding between Cashiers and customers, they spay the belt that you set your items on. I recommend this location for most of your daily/weekly shopping 🛍.

They require customers to wear masks but employees dont have to. Seen 6 not wearing masks, 2 wearing them. Its fine if you dont want your employees to wear them but dont make customers wear them if employees arent

Not a good place to spend your money. The isles arent wide enough to handle the 6 ft rule and the employees harrassment upon checkout is unacceptable. Tension is high and you can feel it within the store. Terrible time to shop here.

We bought a COD game. At Chek out we were not told it could not be returned when opened. We could have bought it anywhere else and would have been able to return it if we diddent like it. What a waste of 60$:(

Fred Myers is very clean and friendly staff. The products are great you can make great meals from there.

We usually have a good trip here. Everyone seems helpful, sort of has a small town feel, the cashiers will chat with you and are kind. Not so cold and quite as some other stores. No reception in the building but they do have guest wifi.

The store associates are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. The aisles are clutter free making it easier for people with mobility issues to use their wheelchairs, scooters, walkers and canes. Its a nice Fred Meyer store!

I shop quite often at Fred Meyer and havent experienced poor customer service until today. Lillian in the Deli Dept. was very unpleasant when I mentioned to her that the deli food that I ordered was too greasy and inedible. She became defensive when I asked for a refund and told me to go to the customer service desk.The lady who was working in customer service was friendly and helpful. I received the refund. The customer service associate told me that the Deli Dept. should have been able to take care of my refund.I appreciate it whenever I receive great customer service. Incidentally, I write a lot of positive reviews on Google and rarely write a one-star review. However, I decided to post this review in order to give my honest feedback. I hope that both the food and customer service in the Deli Dept. improves. I dont plan on going back to that department until things drastically improve.

For a quicker trip than the everything Fred Meyer offers, our FM Market is a great place to go.They have everything a good grocery store has and then some. I love their bulk and health food sections. Their produce is always excellent, with a good organic area. Plus, the deli and bakery deliver good quality, as well. Bonus: theres a kitchen goods area thats quite marvelous. And this is one of the few stores I can always find the Christmas candy Im looking for--in particular, the chocolate oranges (which now come in many flavors.) They always have a large seasonal section!Maybe its because theyre smaller, but Ive always found the staff to be quite welcoming, helpful, and polite; above and beyond what Ive experienced in other FM stores.

Neecho was very helpful the other day when my boyfriend and I were looking for smoked salmon. He immediately walked us over to the area where it was sold.My boyfriend and I were both impressed by the wonderful customer service that we received. This is a great example of how taking the extra step to help customers can be so important in building loyalty.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy to navigate store to find what I need and the checkout lanes are staffed well and self checkout is always manned with an employee for assistance so Im able to get my things paid for and out the door quickly.Similar atmosphere one would expect from a large grocery store, high energy and as I stated above, very friendly and helpful staff!

I will go out of my way to go to this grocery store. The produce is way better as well as the meat. Even during some busy times the store personnel keep pace and have always been friendly for the last 9 years I have been going to this Fred Meyers. Special recognition to Ronn; who is one of the workers, usually on lane 1, is one of the best cashiers. Always friendly, talkative and polite. Carolyne has wonderful customer service skills plus she is genuinely nice. Its great that the people at this store are so kind, friendly and helpful. The sales are good, the store is clean and the aisles are easy to navigate. The only recommendation that I have is the parking lot area where some overgrown decorative bushes make it a bit difficult to see other vehicles. My friends also feel that it is a problem for them to see around the corners because it obstructs the view of other vehicles. It might be prudent to either cut them back or just get rid of them. However, this minor issue is certainly not a reflection on this wonderful Fred Meyer store. However, I felt it is important to give a bit of honest feedback about the parking lot situation.

The customer service is very good in all departments but cashier. Seems like the cashiers communicate more with one another then the customers not all but most. I go through the self check so I can get out in a timely manner. Stopped by a little late the last couple Fridays and the doors were locked at 1030 both times and had to go to Walmart booooo. After all that I will continue to shop here for the good prices and convenience

My wife and I just received much needed 4400 irs check, We be been waiting for several months! Fred meyers refused to cash the check late in the evening on may 1st stating they do not have that much cash on hand!! Understandable .... so we requested to apply some part or majority of the check to a greendot card or money orders which was promptly refused ! Typically very happy w/ fred meyers customer service, but in these difficult covid times ... not so much !

I stopped at the Fred Meyer store on 224th and Mt. Highway. Unlike the other Fred Meyer I typically shop at, I found it easy to move through the store, not only to shop but to explore. The employees were helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this store to everyone.

This is one of the small Fred Meyers that carries mostly food with a few toys. Its laid out well for a quick shopping trip. They have good meat and vegetables.

I was in a hurry so I chose to use the express line.The automatic checkout machine at the self checkout wouldnt let me proceed to pay because my two items didnt register on the scales! Required an attendant. Spit my cash back out. Required attendant AGAIN! Tried to input cash again. Not accepting cash!! $2.16 for two .99 shopping bags!!! Need attendant AGAIN!!! Had to dig out debit card to complete transaction. 😝 Took about 10 minutes for this transaction. Definately NOT an express line!!

This is a Marketplace, so you wont find the usual departments such as clothes and electronics here. They have a full service deli, butcher block and bakery onsight, though the bakery leaves much to be desired compared to the other locations. Staff here are friendly and greet you as you pass them in the aisles, ask if you are finding everything okay. And the lines are super quick. Theyll open more registers if youre more than third in line, or you can use their self checkout. If youre in a hurry, the store is easy to navigate, you can be in and out in no time.

Store itself is pretty clean and well stocked. Its your average grocery store, not the bigger Fred Meyer. Location serves up some interesting people if you happen to be waiting & people watching in the car.

Easy in and out. Very rarely overly busy. Sometimes can be hard to get some help though but its a smaller store so not as many employees.

Just purchased doughnuts at 8 am, and they taste like they have been on the shelf for days, I paid for fresh got stale.. Will not ever buy anything from the bakery again. This is my new local grocery store and the more I shop there the more I love it. The employees are all very helpful and friendly and for being a Market version of Fred Meyer I havent really found anything I wanted that they didnt have. Definitely recommend this to others in the area

I hate to bring my toddler here because every surface of the bathroom is wet and smelly, it feels cheap and out of sync with the rest of the store . Fred Meyer is a great store! This one is grocery only, which is a bummer when you need other things. Fred Meyer is usually my go to store when Im near a traditional one with everything, not just groceries.

I always have a positive shopping experience at Fred Meyers Bethel Station on Mt Hwy. Most employees are always courteous & super helpful. The atmosphere at this store is family friendly & I recommend it for all shoppers.

This particular fred meyers is above exceptional quality, from the staff to the prices.. this place rocks!! I always find what I need and they dont do the expected where theres 15 lanes available and only 1 open. They are very good at having little to no lines, which is good because I hate waiting.
