They had the part I needed and I took it home and replaced the one on my Dishwasher and was good to go. It helps if you know something about what your fixing if your going to guess at the part you need and then you guess wrong so then you blame it on the person selling it to you!

Id like to give it no stars, but Google wont let me do that.Possibly the worst business in the history of commerce. I would advise NEVER taking your appliances here. They sat on my appliance for roughly 6 months before even doing anything to it, never once called me to let me know what was going on, then when I finally picked it up about 8 months after dropping it off it didnt work, so i had to take it back again. After sitting on it for another 3 months they somehow lost it. So basically they charged me about $350 to steal my appliance and leave me with nothing. Dont ever do business with these people. They will not call you, EVER, even when they tell you they will. They do crappy work and are totally unreliable. To top it off, the owner is rather rude and inappropriately degrading to women in general. I would never send a woman into his store because he will most likely make lewd comments about them, even if you are standing right there.Bottom line, horrible business, horrible people, do not do business with this place!

I almost got into a fist fight with the guy working there that was short fat and old with a voice like hes been smoking cigarettes whole entire life he tried to sell me burner parts that were used Rusty burned up saying that they are brand-new at a higher price than anybody around us in Tacoma that selling them for you its obvious that they can illegal activity here it should be so. Because they are a menace to society turn them into the Better Business before the scam more people

Sold a broken part as new in the box. When trying to return a 2nd time to try to get the wrong made right, the so called unprofessional manger woman was rude and loud but when I spoke up, she kicked me out! They have loss a good customer. Dont need rude middle man...its better to order yourself online for best customer service than have to deal with rude and incompetent people.

This place is so bad!< we bought a fridge yesterday at 5pm. They said it would be delivered before end of day. We call. The number is disconnected! We went in today, after waiting until 2pm. And they gave us a big sob story and the guy seemed half slow. So I didnt flip completely out and asked nicely for them to bring our fridge soon as we paid for it to be delivered as were promised< here it is after their closing time. And still no fridge. This company is so bad. Dont go to them!!!! Tomorrow am we can to go and pick it up ourselves! Which is something we could have done originally. Beware, they are a complete joke..

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. Its been 4 months and we are still dealing with them, despite the fact that they were hired to do a simple dishwasher install. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I cannot urge you strongly enough to use a different company.

I called this place to get a quote on an element for a flat top stove and they said 25-35$ but when i get there hey say oh no its 40-80 and they cant find on there sight what part i need exactly so i went there for nothing and was lied to ether over the phone or to my face.
