Truly the best Auto Zone Ive ever been to and Ive been all over the country. The most genuine and helpful employees! Ryan was a fantastic help, Ron was also super great and Don the assistant manager is extremely knowledgeable about cars and helped us out with our rare vehicles problems. Very generous folk here in Spanish Fork!

Ive been going to this store for years. For the most part, Ive received helpful, friendly service from very knowledgeable employees. Store Manager Arvel Greer is very competent and will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.

Had to go there for a work related reason.They had the part we needed. The workers were very friendly and very helpful. I had all my questions answered, and was even given some tips to avoid a potential disaster (thanks for the heads up!).

Staff are hit and miss. I bought a belt and wasn’t provided any options, just was sold one of the more expensive ones. Some staff are helpful and friendly, some are not.

These guys are awesome! I went in to have them check my battery because my battery light was on and they they thoroughly checked things out to find out it was my alternator. Their amazing employee Zachary was willing to do all of this in the middle of a snow storm! He was positive the entire time and didn’t make me feel like I was being a burden even though my car was being a pain at times. I recommend this AutoZone wholeheartedly because of their dedication to customer satisfaction!

My husband was having vehicle issues tonight at the Auto Zone. Ronald came out and helped my husband figure out what he needed. No waiting in line, great customer service and friendly staff. Do not shop here. The salesmen have no idea what they are talking about. They have sold me wrong part after wrong part. The last time I was here they sold me the wrong headlights for my truck then when I go to return it they refund my money onto a store gift card. What a joke! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Cant say thank you enough. My husband and I collectively made 4 trips to AutoZone tonight trying to fix our van, and the guys were AMAZING each and every time. Even when we had to bring a part back, they were so kind and helpful every step of the way. 5 Stars, and a big THANK YOU!

Come on guys. One poor guy by himself running the entire store in a Saturday? What a joke.

We were passing through last night 6/15/20 after purchasing a vintage car. Unfortunately we had an issue and were stuck in a parking lot trying to make a repair so we could make it back home, well over an hour away. We stopped into the Spanish Fork AutoZone for some parts. My husband mentioned the issue we were having to Zack who was working at the time. We were there about 20 minutes before closing and after he finished up Zack went out of his way to come over to help us. On his own time, making several trips home to get his own tools. He then spent several hours helping us, again on his own time with his own tools. He went SO far above and beyond to help out some strangers passing through town. Not knowing how to reach out and say thank you we wanted to leave a public review in hopes that Zack and his manager(s) will see this. Thank you for all your time and help! Zack is proof there are still good people in the world!!!

The entire crew was very helpful. I had hello from 3 different employees during my visit. I didnt have to wait at all for someone to begin helping me. I got help with my battery installation and then help with an unrelated mechanical issue inside. I would strongly suggest going there for your auto needs

Bought an old used truck yesterday in Spanish fork...first place I went was the local AutoZone...needed the battery checked...the manager himself came out and checked it...dude was totally Cool...felt like like I was talking with an uncle or family member...he checked it and explained things without trying to hustle me...if you have an automotive question or need a part This is the place to go!_!

I thought I had a bad battery so I took it in to get tested. Allan helped me test the battery and the alternator. Battery was bad so he installed a new one. The service was great and he was super friendly. I’m very likely to go back.

I went in and I was very unhappy with my service I went to return something and no one came up to me nothing, an associate looked at me and left to help the guy that had walked in and I had been waiting for a while.

This store had three employees test positive for covid-19. They close the store down to disinfect. Without testing employees they sent their other employees to Springville and Provo stores. I would not trust AutoZone to take care of anyone with covid-19 around! Their district manager Kevin Gallagher even knew of this and still at the employees go to other stores! Not a very happy customer will never shop at AutoZone again!

The employee was great, but the coupons are lame, I was tricked into signing up for their emails so I could get a $15 off coupon, but there are so many stipulations that I couldnt even use it. Even the manager had to come over and read all through the fine print to figure out why it wouldnt work because we all thought it should. Nice people, just lame sly advertisement.

Standard chain auto parts store. Every time Ive been the staff has been pleasant and helpful. It hasnt been crowded any of the times Ive been there either.

Out of nowhere my coolant temperature shot through the roof on my car and at the same time I was also leaking coolant. And I had to make a emergency stop at this autozone store late at night. Having no experience with cars, an employee by the name of McKay helped walk me through the process of how to fix my car. One of the nicest employees I have ever met, and I’m not lying! Great customer service! I hope AutoZone can see this and give this man a pay raise for the hard work he does at this store. Definitely 5 stars!!

These AutoZone guys are helpful and the store has a pretty good selection. I asked for a headlight for a borrowed truck. I didnt have all the information, so he checked it out and recommended a bulb. I put it in, it didnt work. So he took me out to my truck with a couple of bulbs and put them in until he found one that worked and charged me only for the one that worked. Excellent service!

I appreciate the practical knowledge most of the employees have at this store. They are very willing to come out and pop the good with you to help out. So far, I have never been steered wrong with their recommendations.

I was in the store yesterday to replace my battery. And while they were kind enough to do the work, the employee who actually changed the battery failed to tighten down the terminal on my battery. I came out of work today to a car that would not start. When I opened the hood I saw that the connection was not only loose but completely detached from the post. I am lucky I didnt lose power on the highway, I probably would have crashed.

McKay was very knowledgeable and respectful. I got a new battery for my wifes car. When I got home my wife was surprised that it was done in so short of time and knowing they were closing soon, she thought I was told to come back. Thank you McKay and Autozone. Autozone did the work but I got the kisses!

Had a great experience! I visited the Payson AutoZone and because of a computer glitch the system didnt charge me for a new battery and a few other things. I visited this AutoZone to pay for the items I received and they only charged me for the battery. The customer service was really great! They handled my situation very professionally and gained some of my loyalty. I would go to AutoZone over other auto parts stores just for the way I was treated.

I love how I can find out what exactly my car needs and whats going on with it here. They can tell me if this is something I can fix myself or if its something I need to take it in to a mechanic for. They are also great to help me change out batteries or any other minor fixes.

Your employees should be wearing masks or be sent home.

You walk in and always greeted by someone ready and ABLE to help you. They have tools for use, they walk out and look at your car if needed or find info if your car isnt there. I have never left here disappointed.

Thanks for helping and going the extra mile. 1suggestion is it was 5 degrees outside while I was working on my truck, a cold soda was nice but a hot coco would have made my day. Its autozone man. Anything you need for your car if they dont have it theyll try to get it for you. The times Ive gone the guys there have always provide info that has helped.

These are mostly pretty good guys. But they get a little testy if the part in their system you ask for is wrong for your vehicle. Yes, it was my fault that I gave you the exact year, make and model and you handed me the part in your system that was wrong for my vehicle.

Sometimes the staff will give me the wrong part.. more than once for me.. I just go across the parking lot to shellys automotive and she will not try to hustle you. Very honest workers there and they know there stuff

Stood in line on a Sunday afternoon for 20 minutes just to get a gallon of antifreeze. With three cashiers and many people waiting in line, after 20 minutes there was still no one that had been able to finish their transaction with the cashiers. I had had enough and went down the street to OReillys, where I was able to pick up the same thing and it was actually cheaper! The staff at AutoZone was extremely rude to all of us, and I will never be going back there again!

Autozone has always been my store of choice for good quality products.

The good : It has most of what you may need to do some mainteinance in your vehicle at reasonable price.The bad : its hard to find helpful employees that do the extra mile . Not all, not alwaysbut its an area that needs improvement .

The employee came right out and diagnosed my check engine light for me. This never happens at OReilly; I have to give them my ID to use it myself and have never gotten it to work properly to show me a fault code. AutoZone knows customer service a lot more.

Good service, and help was fast as they could be. (The rewards points system has a few ways it could be improved, but not a problem).

It would be a great place to shop if they would keep track of the word tease like they should even parts that have lifetime warranty

Went in to get some paint. 3 behind the counter talking amongst themselves had to ask for help and cashier service. No thank you for your buisness nor offer of a receipt even have a nice day. Won’t ever shop there again. I felt like a real inconvienece to their day.

The gentalmam who helped me with my battery was very nice, highly recommend!

We came in to exchange a battery expecting to have to change it out ourselves, since another unnamed Autozone refused to help us swap out the battery last time. Kendon, the service manager, offered and insisted on helping us swap it out. I later found out he was actually supposed to go on a lunch break. If only all were like unto Kendon.

They were super helpful and helped me find everything I needed and make easy returns as needed.

Ever since the new staff came in, customer service has been terrible. What used to take only a few minutes for them to get my part now takes at least 20 min to do anything. Negative vibe from the staff, always complaining about each other in front of customers. Don’t waste your time here.
