My stepdaughter found her wedding dress here. They were friendly. They were very knowledgeable and quickly figured out exactly what she wanted. The prices were competitive. The alterations were inexpensive and quickly and well done. The payment plan is awesome too. Id definitely recommend it!

They were so great! I had a wedding dress Id ordered online that I brought in to get fitted. They did a wonderful job and were kind and professional. They were quick, too--I didnt have to worry at all about it being done on time. The cost was also very reasonable and Im really happy with it and with the dress adjustments. I would totally recommend them!

We drove from Omaha Nebraska with our granddaughter to purchase a homecoming dress at this shop. The service is second to none. I have never received this degree of service from any business. We were blown away. The owner was able to find the exact fabric to add sleeves to the dress. She went out of her way to help my granddaughter. I know she had to drive many miles to get the fabric. What a fabulous lady! Im sure my granddaughter will be back many times to this shop!

This place was amazing!! I found my homecoming dress here after looking through lots of stores. One lady helped with alterations like putting sleeves on and making parts tighter. Everyone there was super nice and made it a really good experience!

Got my wedding dress here! It was the first dress I tried on and I fell in love! Leslie is amazing at what she does! Awesome customer service! She fixed the shoulders because I’m short, and tightened the sleeves. My entire bridal attire was from here. They are really well priced and offer modest selection. They also alter dresses to make the modest if they aren’t already. Amazing bridal and formal dress shop!

Out of all the places I went, this shop felt the most at home and welcoming. There was no pressure to buy, no pressure to add things to your dress, and I enjoyed my visit. The chairs made a great place for my family to sit and stare! Hahaha. Also, I love the option to rent a veil, because we couldnt afford to buy one. Beautiful pieces here!

Got a gorgeous wedding dress, and they altered it beautifully. It was a bit small around the ribcage and they somehow made it larger! Amazing work, and no one would be able to tell they hemmed it either. Very well priced, too. If youre looking to buy a dress that fits certain modesty standards (i.e. the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints), this is really the place to go. I tried on several dresses that had sleeves and didnt need to be drastically altered to fit a modest style.Update: people cannot stop raving about this dress!! They are shocked when I tell them I bought at a local boutique.

A car with your name on it was driving really badly and almost hit my car. I just don’t think you should have your name on a car that isn’t going to represent you correctly :( it was a Nissan with a gun sticker on the back :)

Veronica Michaels Bridal saved us!! We had ordered a dress online from some wedding website during the covid 19 pandemic. The dress came 5 days before the wedding and was tailored much too small! So we saw that Veronica Michaels in Spanish Fork was open and accepting appointments. We called 3 days before the wedding to see if by chance we could look at the dresses to find something for our daughter. She made us an appointment and was so kind and helpful and helped us to find a beautiful wedding dress!! Our daughter’s dress was tailored and steamed and ready to go the next day and she looked absolutely beautiful for her wedding!! Thank you so much!!

Veronica Michaels is HANDS DOWN the best place to get your wedding/prom/pageant dress. Their selection is small, but unique, meaning you dont see your dress on 100 other brides and you find something that fits your personal style exactly. Because their shop is smaller, make sure you call ahead to schedule an appointment or theyll have a harder time working with you. And you want that, because Leslie and her team are the BEST!! And their seamstresses are out-of-this-world incredible. They work literal MAGIC making dresses fit you exactly and modest if needed. For my wedding dress, I needed an entire back built up out of cafe silk and a very unique lace as well as sleeves made and from three appointments they had the entire thing done-- it looks like it was made that way. Ive gotten hundreds of compliments from people on social media as well as everyone that came to the wedding-- even random people that saw me walking around Temple Square. Veronica Michaels is a brides dream come true! I also got most of my prom dresses there as well as my pageant dress and had the exact same experience, and again they try really hard to give you a perfect, unique dress. They make sure your prom dress isnt bought by any other girl going to your school or competing in your pageant. Love the store and the staff so much!

I purchased my wedding gown around November of 2012 and my wedding was in March of 2013. I had been to a few other dress shops before I went to Veronica Michaels, and there wasnt too much to pick from at the other shops I had been to. The dresses I actually liked were either too much or would need lots of things added to them to get what I wanted. When I went to Veronica Michaels, there were so many different types of gowns to choose from, great price range, and I didnt feel like I was getting pressured to choose something that day. The people that work at Veronica Michaels are very nice and they give you your own time to decide on what you want. They dont follow you around the whole time you are looking, and let you ask questions if you really need help. I liked that they helped me pick out veils and jewelry that matched the dress perfectly. I had a hard time choosing what dress I wanted for sure because there were so many I loved! They were also always scheduling good fitting appointments so that I could see how the dress was coming and to show what they were working on. They finished my dress in plenty of time of my wedding so that I wasnt stressing out about getting my dress. I had a very good experience and would recommend any bride to be to go to Veronica Michaels for the perfect wedding dress!

The first dress I ever wore from Veronica Michaels was for my sisters wedding. She ordered ALL her bridesmaid dresses from there. It was an elegant black dress that I was able to wear for many other occasions as well. Since then, I got my dress for Valentines Dance, Homecoming, Prom, and even my wedding dress. The variety that the store carries (and can order from the many catalogs) is amazing!! You can find a dress there for ANY occasion. Besides the dresses, the customer service was outstanding. They really listened to your needs/wants, and gave a lot of one on one time. You didnt feel like you were just another number at their store. Since it is a smaller shop, you dont feel like theres a million people watching you model your dress and getting it altered to fit your size. I also noticed how quick they were with alterations and fittings. One of my favorite things about the store is that they allow you to rent the dress. I know for me personally, I didnt want to buy my Prom dress or my Homecoming dress. So it was nice to be able to rent it for a fraction of the cost. I definitely recommend Veronica Michaels Bridal to anyone that is looking for a special dress for any occasion.

Weve been shopping at Veronica Michaels since its opening. They helped my mom special ordered my wedding dress 18 years ago. It was being discontinued and Leslie helped her track it down as a surprise for me. We went back a decade later when my mom remarried. When we couldnt find the perfect dress they took elements of a few dresses and made her her very own special dress. Fast forward another decade and we went there to shop for my sisters wedding. We had been to several stores and couldnt find anything for her in her size and were met with some attitude and lack of assistance for her plus sized frame. Not only did Veronica Michaels have a great selection in my sisters size, they treated her respectfully like they would any other bride. They helped her to feel like the beautiful woman she is on her special day. We should have gone there first. In the next 5-10 years Ill be shopping for my daughters proms, pageants, weddings and such. They will be our first stop. You wont find better people!

We visited the store on our last trip to Utah (I am from the UK). This is the best bridal shop. I got several dresses for school dances here and then bought my wedding dress here too! I had been everywhere in salt lake and up an down Utah county, every boutique or store, and fell in love with a dress that was way outside of my budget which made me a little doubty going in, but WOW I was amazed! Veronica has a wide selection of wedding dresses from classic and chic to boho and glamorous. She really has some good modern finds I hadn’t seen anywhere else. I tried on some wedding dresses there and I just didnt have any wow factors I knew exactly what I wanted and we were talking about changing them to what I like. Long story short I loved the Vera Wang dresses and wanted long sleeves still, I found one on ksl without sleeves that was 2 sizes to big. They altered it perfectly to fit me and got me a long sleeve jacket. My dress is so perfect its exactly what I dreamed of and they worked so well with me! They will help you get your dream dress.

After shopping all over the valley for a wedding dress with my daughter a couple of years ago, we came across Veronica Michaels and found her dream dress at a price way below anything wed seen anywhere. The service was better and more personal than anything we had experienced at other shops. This year weve been planning a wedding for my other daughter. We saved time by going to VM first! Found her dream dress at a dream price! The accessories at VM were perfect! VM also has dresses to rent as well as used dresses for sale at even lower prices.
