I would of loved to given more stars, but the wait we had was pretty long and one of the drinks was forgotten, then made super quickly, and on the road we realized was the wrong drink. The food was amazing- we got bagel sandwiches which I would get again in a heartbeat.... The smoothies were pretty good, we got two. The peach tasted super fresh and fruity. The employees seemed to pay more attention to having conversations with each other instead of getting the food out and ready and being mindful of the customers. I had my lil one with me and about walked out from some of their conversations.

Not just the best coffee Ive had in Spanish Fork but in all of Utah! I love blended drinks where youre not left with a bunch of leftover slush like is the case with the more popular franchises/chains. This place delivers a smoothly blended experience with creative mixes. Ive only tried the blended Roca Joe and Ginger Rogers so far but can highly recommend them both! Any line is worth the wait and the service was quite pleasant.

10/03/21 Edit:I havent had a problem in the past month now and I go consistently ~2x/week. I love the brew and am now satisfied with the service. Great place to grab a cup.------I have such mixed feelings and it makes me sad. Ive always loved this location, regardless of if its been Buns and Brews, Daily Cup, or now Joes. I LOVE Joes coffee, but Ive now had several consecutive poor staffing experiences. I will come with my same two coffee orders and I am almost always asked to repeat them while the employee does not write them down. I will get to the window and receive the incorrect thing. I order one regular and one with almond milk and generally they will either both have almond milk or both regular milk.3 times I have said verbatim, I would like a cream cheese bagel on a plain bagel. I specify because they default to an everything bagel which I strongly dislike. Every time, Ive received an everything bagel regardless of my specification.This issue could be very easily resolved if employees that have this recurring issue simply brought a notepad for the order.I would love to give the establishment 5 stars because the atmosphere is wonderful, I can tell the management truly cares about their customers experiences, and the coffee and food is delicious. I hope to see some improvement, but I suppose well see what happens.

Absolutely loved this place. Glad we found this local coffee shop and instantly became addicted to the Cauxican iced coffee which is amazing.The sandwiches are incredible and the staff are the best ! Will definitely be back when in Utah again!!

I ordered my hot chocolate & breakfast sandwich and watched 8 other people walk in and order similar things and walk out before I finally asked them where my order was. They told me they were busy with orders. I told them I realized that as I’ve watched people come in and out while I waited. They got to me after all their regulars left. If you can go somewhere else, save yourself the frustration. This is my second time here, same type service the first time. I hoped it was a mistake so I gave them another shot. Poor choice on my part…

Wow!! Wish I could give 6 stars!! Incredible service, so fast, so tasty, and not to mention how beautiful and friendly and funny the baristas are! Highly recommend! Such a cute little gem in Spanish fork.

UPDATED: The Barista Kaitlyn reached out and apologized on top of the owner reaching out. The offered a gift card and a free drink. They really did their best to make up for what happened. Thank you!I have never had such a bad experience at Joes before. I love the one in Payson but today it was awful. We were patently waiting in line when a woman came up and took our order which we had to repeat more than once. She didnt even write it down. We asked about getting a bagel with just cream cheese through the drive through the woman hesitated then said no we are to busy but after she left we noticed signs it written in more than once place that you can get just a bagel with cream cheese only but sandwiches needed to be call ahead (completely understandable). We get to the window the same lady in a stripped shirt got angry with us for pointing it out that they shouldnt have it posted if they arent going to honor it busy or not. It doesnt take much time to toast a bagel and throw on some cream cheese. They also got our orders wrong which further added to this awful experience. She was EXTREMELY rude condescending and horrible at customer service. We will most like never go back

This is the best and cleanest Mom and Pop coffee shop in Utah county. Not only do they have a huge variety of delicious coffees, they also boast a variety of delicious sandwiches, and coffee compliments. This coffee shop has a drive-up window, indoor/outdoor seating, and fast service, as well as a comfortable environment, and friendly staff who are willing to take the time to openly converse with their customers.

Joes is an adorable little coffee shop with great service and friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere if youve got some time to enjoy your brew with them in the morning. They dont disappoint!

I really wanted to like this place but I have experienced terrible customer service on several occasions. I wish I knew the name of the lady who helped us today, because she was really awful (and this isnt my first encounter with her where she has been snappy). She refused to make a bagel with cream cheese at the drive thru because they were too busy. As we got to the window there is a large and clearly printed sign that says that they do not accept bagel sandwich orders but bagel and cream cheese is accepted. This is also on the menu. We asked about it at the window saying we were confused as to why it is on the sign but not actually allowed. She was super rude and continued to say how busy they were and they told us to pull over to the side and she would make us one. We had already been waiting so didnt want to wait any longer. She handed us our drinks - which were wrong. We told her they were wrong and she grabbed them from us, and tried to fix them while just complaining to another employee right where we could see/hear them in the end the drinks were still wrong. Sigh....I gave 2 stars because she didnt charge us for the drinks after all that (even know she dramatically ripped our card from the reader while another employee was running it and said Ugh, just give it to them 😂).Drive to Payson to the other Joes. They dont pick and choose what part of their menu they will honor depending on how busy they are....and they are great!

Had to leave without coffee due to slowness and poor customer service. There was only one person working there on a Saturday afternoon, hence the slowness. The drive through was too slow so I went inside, only to be completely ignored by the barista while she served drive through customers who would have been behind me. No eye contact, no words. Nothing.

I love Joes its such an amazing place and the coffee is always top notch. I actually usually always go to the one in Payson by wanted to check out their new one and I have to say the new one looks really nice got a lot of room outside to sit. And the cashier was very nice and friendly it was clean and had some cool pictures. Also the price is very reasonable.

I’ve come here quite a few times since moving to the area, as it’s one of the only coffee shops around. every time i’ve been, my experience has been terrible. at one point there was even a dead fly in my drink. the baristas all seem more interested in having conversations with each other than taking orders, and almost every time they’ve made my drink wrong. even when politely asked if it’s possible to remake the drink, the baristas are visibly upset and will go out of their way to either use leftover ingredients from other customers’ drinks, or serve people who came in after you first. i wouldn’t recommend this place until some changes are made.

So so so delicious! Sandwich was freshly made with love, tasted so so so good. Dirty chai was delicious. Friendly staff. Loved my experience ❤️❤️❤️

I love the coffee at Joe’s! The Grogg roast is soooo good! Drive-thru is usually fast, even during the busy times. Friendly staff and great coffee.

I knew he was the one when we both woke up one Sunday morning and he said he wanted coffee from Joes.

The barista made a suggestion of getting coconut powder in place of coconut syrup and holy cow!!! I crave it all the time!

1st time going there with a co worker. We order iced coffee to keep us going through out the day. I had iced afternoon delight which was milk chocolate and coconut. It was yummy.

Best iced americano in Utah. They actually know how to make one unlike those B&B chains. I always go here when Im in Spanish Fork. 🙂

I love this place, but I’ve been here 4 times in the last week, and every time their lattes have tasted like straight milk, there’s barely any flavor of espresso or the added flavors... we end up just throwing our drinks away. Before the COVID19 shutdowns, we’d come here and get lattes tasting like plain milk only once in a while but now it’s been every time. The turkey avocado bagel sandwiches are constantly delicious so I definitely recommend those, but would call ahead first!

Great coffee stop! Both gals working were so nice and the breakfast sandwich and Diablo coffee were yummy. Love the beans on top touch :). Don’t forget to call ahead for a sandwich order (even breakfast sandwiches). Helps them keep the line moving during this “Drive Thru” only time.

Cute little locally owned coffee bar. Currently operating as drive thru due to COVID. We had toasted everything bagels with cream cheese. Frozen mexican hot chocolate was delicious as was the vanilla latte! Baristas were friendly and efficient! Would definitely go back!

Update: 5 stars to 3 stars. Changing my review since they still havent opened their lobby. I LOVED coming here, meeting friends and family here and now you cant do that. Its been long enough! If they never open up their lobby Ill have to start heading to Provo for that normal world feel. Giving up on Joes.

First off I have been going to the coffee shop that has been located there for over 15 years. This one is by far the worst of the bunch (I loved the other ones). The prices in the drive through are all marked wrong. The coffee is bland. The espresso is not to be desired and the brand of flavoring is garbage. I have given them a shot as I have visited about ten times. They messed up my order twice and Are extremely slow. I will be driving to another city for coffee now. Big thumbs down on my experiences.

Coffee was as bitter and unsavory as the barista. I’ve been several times throughout the years thinking perhaps I wasn’t ordering the right thing. I always loved the expresso covered coffee beans at least but I don’t think they serve them anymore. I wanted to find a locally owned coffee shop to support but it looks like it won’t be this one.

Dirty Chai was perfectly made to my liking. Breakfast sandwich was also fantastic. Definitely check this place out!

They say you can order ahead by calling in but they don’t allow you to make drink orders ahead of time. This pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I was the 3rd car forced to pull out of the drive through line because of how slow the service is. Waited over 20 minutes myself, watched 2 cars behind me pull out of line as soon as they could after being trapped in it for over 10 minutes. There were still 2 cars ahead of me when I gave up. No excuse for being that slow. This is the third time Ive had to give up since they changed owners and I wont be wasting any more of my time.

So happy they’ve opened this Spanish Fork location! The baristas are friendly and I love that some of them are the same familiar faces from the Payson location. Definitely recommend the breakfast bagels here as well as the chai lattes.
