I really love elements because the staff is really friendly and helpful when it comes to purchasing furniture. My husband and I bought a custom couch from them and it was so great to go through the process with their helping hand. We worked with Jordan who is extremely professional and really nice. Sadly we’ve had this couch for about a year now and it’s falling apart… We paid over 5K for this couch and we expected it to last a lot longer than it has. We are working with the store manager right now to get this sorted out and they are being extremely professional and helpful. The seams of our couch are starting to bust open and that’s really really frustrating. However, it’s nice to be able to work with a company that listens to a customers concerns and is willing to work with them.

I was Looking for some help for ideas for designing my home, and employee by the by the name Hayley was very rude and unprofessional. Told me and I quote “NO My company doesn’t want to accept any new clients especially toxic ones”Taking my business else where. I’m sure the company employees are not all like this individual but none the less I have no interest in doing business with them. Very disappointed.
