Cheap but good products that get the job done. Might want to stay awaybfrom the power tools, but anything simple, Id buy over any box box store.

Me and my dad broke down in my car before getting on the freeway from Spanish Fork and was able to pull into Harbor Freight Tools parking lot to turn off the ignition before it got too hot. It was 99 degrees out and we could not run my AC in the car. I called my brother for help and while we were waiting, I started to get way overheated and told my dad I was going to go inside to see if they had somewhere I could sit down, and possibly a soda or water I could buy. I have a hard time walking and cannot stand very long. I went in and immediately found a display with lawn/camping chairs and sat down. I asked the cashier if they had a cold beverage refrigerator available and she said no, but immediately offered to get me a cold water bottle from their stash in the back. I was so grateful! The water was so cold and so good! Then my dad wandered in and decided he wanted to shop for a few things. The cashier was very friendly, very kind, and very helpful. I didnt catch her name, but she had blond hair LOL. If youre reading this, thank you! We appreciate you!

Went on Saturday October 16th 2021 the store hours day open at 8 . Well it was 9:15 am and they was not open. Got ready to leave as employees stopped us as they pulled in parking lot . They open the store as I was waiting by the register for my husband to finish getting his things a short man half bald head with glasses was screaming at the girls at the register about opening late . You could see they was very embarrassed he was loud rude and very ingnorant to them very un perfessional in my opinion if I was those to ladys I would have quit right then and there.

They are a good place to get tools cheap the only problem is they never have the tools i need in stock other than that its a pretty good place to get tools

How can you not love a place thats a great vale for your dollar. The Staff was helpful w my needs. Its a new store so its pretty clean and has a great location with a Costco and Lowes not far away.

Can’t guarantee you that the tools gonna last but if you need a tool to get the job done they probably have it it’s not a Mac or a snap on supplier so don’t look for the best quality but whatever the job is it will help you get it done and the staff is super awesome and willing to help you find anything you need

Pretty good harbor freight store. I especially loved the fact that I took the wrong exit and ended up here. Also, my wife wasnt with me so I could take as much time as I wanted!

Sometimes the tools here are incredible values compared with Lowes and home depot. However, sometimes lesser grade tools are not that much less then the big Box. You just have to look.

Great prices on a wide range of tools. Wide variety of options with super affordable pricing. This is probably my favorite sure, right behind Home Depot. I have bought a lot of tools from here and had solid experiences with them. Employees here are knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Definitely worth the 5-star review.

If you are a do it your welder this is a great place to get all sorts of tools without breaking your budget. Beware though you may find a lot more than what you were looking for.

Harbor Freight became a very popular place because their prices were really good products you know you could they werent high high quality so you buy them cheap you break on me by another one Harbor Freight it was good now their prices are competitive to name brand so I dont know Im a little disillusioned with Harbor Freight

Great place foe deals. I just wish there app worked better. Like you could add a coupon in your account and when you chechout it automativlt used it. Currently the only way you get a deal is if you have the boupon on hand.

Good price on items. It might not be the best quality high end items but for a non contractor that likes to tinker and build things... this place will get the job done with the tools you can get here.

We went there for things that were just put on their ad. We asked a guy for assistance and he was really nice. We needed a certain item and he checked their inventory to see if they had the item. He proceeds to tell us that they had everything in stock but what was just recently on sale. He said they should be getting a truck this week but he was unsure whether any of the sale item would be on the truck. Why would you put something on sale and not order it?!? So frustrating!

Every time I come here I’m waiting in lines for at least 10 minutes. I’ve been looking for Jack stands and the first two times I went into look they said they will be in on a certain day I went in for a third time and the cashier pretty much said whoever you talked to lied to you and she has no idea when any are coming in and no way to tell.

People that just have random jobs they do in their own home can save a considerable amount of money buying their tools here. They are not professional grade tools, but for the home owner handyman, they are suitable for the job.

Came in to buy a special brake replacement tool to replace my vans rear pads, HF had the tool for a third of the price of anywhere else in the county. Checkout was quick and painless.

I love harbor freight. Decent tools st a decent price. I wish they would put one closer to where I live. This particular location is about 90 miles from my home. I have been to this location 3 times. Unlike other harbor freights I have been to. This o e seems under staffed. Other locations I have had employees stop me and ask if I need help finding anything. This location all I have seem is 2 people working the front helping customers. Good friendly people. However no one else around to help you find what you need.

The store is clean, organized, and sells cheap tools. Rarely my first choice but Im not a cheap tool guy usually.

I shop at harbor freight often. All my tools are from them, and theyre great. I broke a hammer after like two years of use and they gave me a new one--no questions asked (among many other examples). I tried to buy a winch there that was on sale and they ran out. The manager wrote me a rain check and I could come back and get one at that price anytime. The crew there are amazing and helpful! Very glad theres one in Spanish Fork :)

Great value, decent quality that is improving all the time. Certain hard tools are unbeatable for their cost, or if theybare throwaway. Vulcan welders are excellent, and great value on bits, sandpaper, and other supplies.

Between Michelle,,Bill and Spencer the help was absolutely terrible. I stood in line for 15 minutes with 6 small items dont know if I will return horrible experience get better help

Great customer service. I like how if you return something and cant find your receipt they can look up your purchase history with your information and find it that way. Super easy to deal with. And you can find almost any tool you need here and more.

Always good prices,regular to good quality tools and the new Spanish Fork branch has great customer attention.

Store is very nice its brand new well organized. The only complaint would be that there was only one register open and about 12 people standing in line. Other than that It was great.

This is one of my favorite stores. I always find something to get. Most of the time its a small items, however there are times when I will get something that will cost several hundred dollars.

I ordered a toolbox 2 1/2 months ago and still havent gotten it. I keep calling and keep getting reassurance that is coming. As it turns out, they sold the one that I ordered or they just never ordered it in the first place and had to reorder it. Lazy? Incompetent? Maybe both.

Probably the nicest harbor freight store in Utah... The new one in Lehi is also a cut above but this one just seems to have the location and everything else going for it.. salesperson is really helpful getting the coupons and discounts all figured out and that was appreciated very much

Been here a few times since they opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its a good-sized store, so theres a big selection of stuff. I love getting the text coupons and coupons in the mail. Big discounts and free items always come with the coupons. The stuff they sell is high-quality, and always a good price.

Its a pretty good place, but honestly they actually dont really have that great a selection and I was surprised at how little space they actually use of their building. That and theyre pricing is okay, but certainty not the best. The staff is okay, but laxidasical and not very motivated to help or he in a helping mood.

Love the price of tools here. It costs less to buy tools than to rent tools somewhere else. They last long, and they are easy to work with when it comes to coupons and saving as much as possible. For someone that does things here and there around the house these are perfect.

I would have to say over the years I think the quality of their tools have improved a fair bit. And Ive bought enough to know. I remember when they were through the mail in catalogs.

Great place to get tools and more. I have purchased many tools including a welder, angle grinder, chop saw, and more. Only ever returned one item and not because it didnt work but because it would not do what I thought it would. Also fantastic staff there, very friendly and helpful!

My husband loves this store. Many people argue that to tools dont hold up like name brands, but my hubby has used harbor freight tools in a pipe plant fixing machinery there, in HVAC, welding, and woodworking. He sees equal quality as the name brands if you store them properly.

They not honor there coupons any more to many exclusions..walmart is better..

Their online inventory showed that they had what I needed, but when I got there I found out that they counted their display model and couldnt sell it to me. I think they should figure out a way to exclude those from showing up as available inventory on the website.
