Starting off my rental everything was nice. The workers were very helpful in helping me choose what I needed to move. When I returned it was a different story. Let me start by saying everyone here was super helpful, except one of the CSA checking vehicles (Shelby). She has the worst attitude and sense of entitlement in a field that demands people skills. She charged us because she read the gas in the vehicle wrong, got an attitude with us for telling her she had it wrong (we did so politely, she was with a customer so we also did not interrupt her we just waited patiently). She snapped on us and after a long day of moving I got into an argument with her in the parking lot over a mistake she refused to even double check... We went inside and talked to other staff and saw that other customers were having similar issues with Shelby. Her assistant manager was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and the rest of the staff really worked overtime to make up for the poor experience she created for many of the customers and that is the only reason I would ever consider going back to this location. 5 stars for them, but Shelbys attitude brings it down to a 2 for me.

One of the best costumer service experiences I have had in my life. This place is far away from my home but it was totally worth the drive. Mr. Larry and his colleague went above and beyond to help me. 5 stars!

Eddy is the man, says that he is an assistant manager but I think he was playing undercover boss. Super nice fellow, polite, willing to help you out and just all around great customer service. I will be going back to this Uhaul even though I live nowhere near it. Someone please make Eddy a manager at that store, I noticed that his customer service and knowledge of the store was unwaivering with each customer.
I guess their so understaffed they can’t answer their phones and put you on hold for too long
