Grove Street auto body is one of the few body shops that truly care about their customers happiness and quality of work. I bought a brand new 2020 Ram 2500 and was hit by a drunk driver a month later. They dealt well with my insurance company and refused to sacrifice quality even though the insurance would have preferred that. All brand new parts, no repairs. On top of that, the pearl coat on my truck is very tricky to match and they didnt stop until it was right. The paint looks and matches better than it did from the factory! They turned a negative experience into a positive experience. I cant say enough good things about them. If you want quality work from a company that cares, use Grove Street Auto Body.

I have been to this business twice.My 2020 Prius got hit twice within a 3 month span.They know well how to work with insurance companies. They also work with dealerships well and keep the Insurance companies in the know on what is required to get the Car fixed. Sarah is great at keeping up to date through phone.I have a unique life situation. No matter the situation I was in they treated me with respect which I admire.They also respected Covid policies to the best of their ability.I would certainly recommend this business no matter your life challenges at the moment if it concerns a car you will be out of your car until they get it fixed. However my car looks bran new, and I have not had any issues each time they had a hand in fixing it.
