I wish I could give 0 stars. That being said, I called and spoke to the receptionist multiple times regarding getting a quote for an outside window roller shade (which we needed desperately). Like many of the other reviews, I was promised a call from Chris....crickets...needless to say after several months of being blown off, we gave up and spent our money elsewhere. As a business owner myself, I know how important customer service is, this company obviously does not.

Great people. I arrived with my Grandmother to find the ropes/strings for honeycomb blinds and they took the time to go and look throughout their shop for a set instead of making us order them and wait like other companies.
