My husband had the employee at the video game area scan for the price of the Nintendo Switch games he wanted previous to purchasing them. When he looked at the receipt, he was overcharged on both games. I walked in with the receipt and informed the return cashier of the discrepancy. She scanned the items and credited the amount on the Visa card my husband used earlier. The cashier was polite and professional. Based on how I was treated today, we will check our receipt and continue to shop at Target due to the customer service we received today.

I used to love target! This store is closest to my home. But there are some things that I don’t like about this particular store. First thing the manager.. I have gone in there with my kids and they are throwing a fit for any reason, and she has the nerve to talk about there ‘attitude’ really unprofessional. No need to comment on children’s behavior. They are learning, and you are not helping.. I always see this same lady, and she recognizes me I know she does. One time my daughter picked out hair scrunchis, and when this manger rang us up, she told me she couldn’t sell them to us?! She took the hair scrunchis and my daughter had a meltdown because the lady kept them. And she was annoyed that my daughter was crying. Well you kept the item I was going to buy for her. When ever she sees us I can feel her annoyance.Another thing I don’t like about target is that there price online is always lower then when you go to the store. Yes they will usally price match, but I feel like the company just does this on purpose in hopes that you don’t catch it. Every time the ring something up it will be more, so you literally have to make sure that it is the price you are expecting. I have bought $10 pillows and have been charged $30 with out realizing. They always do this! Kind of sketchy.I do still tend to come here, but I have been avoiding the back electronic area because every time those people back there trying to sell you a new phone plan. ‘Hey can I ask what phone plan you have’ they are so pushy and it ruins the whole target experience. I don’t like to be mean, but they are so pushy! I don’t want to talk about what phone plan I have.

The staff is always helpful. They also have good products.

They don’t have linguini pasta, I’ve tried many time to buy cute clothes and everyone takes mediums and smalls ALWAYS xl and lrgs left never enough of the cute clothes in stock and they leave it out of stock for 3 weeks. I’ve gone back looking to see if restocked, nope. Also this Starbucks said they can’t scan your barcode for points on your Starbucks app.

Very cool. Bought my pa a Mr. Satan figure, as well as a Mini-Perfect Cell. Theres a limit on Pokemon and other trading cards, but thats not Targets fault. Very nice atmosphere.

I went a few days ago and the young skinny greeter with the long brownish hair acts like he never seen a brown person before. When I went into the store he just stared at me and didnt greet me I had to greet him and ask him how his day was going for him to even respond to me. The aisles I went in were a complete mess and empty, the only good part about this target was one of the nice older cashiers his name was Mikey he was so friendly.

If you guys open at 8am, why dont you answer the phones? Ive been calling for literally 30 mins back to back to back and no one is answering. Ive called several departments. Dont advertise youre open at 8am if no one is at their designated stations to ANSWER the phones. Unless youre just ignoring because F people who call? Absolutely amazing customer service. NOT.

Target employees generally seem nicer/happier to be there than Walmart. Products are almost always better quality as well for the up&up brand. Easy return policy.

Last night my fiance and his daughter joined me at Target. He uses the electric cart and we were greeted warmly by Suzie who wiped down the cart with such care and helped him get started. Suzie complimented her on the top she was wearing, she was so touched by the kindness. We all commented on how that is the way to be greeted into a store. Later I had to use the restroom, Suzie remembered me and asked if we were finding things alright and again, was so warm and kind to me. Such simple kindness is everything at the end of a very long day. We left after check out but not without a wave and a kind goodbye from Suzie. What a gem she is for the Target family. I love this location and am always treated so well throughout the store. Clearly a great Management team to drive such a high level of customer service.

Worst Target. Always messy empty shelves. Out of everything always. Literally traveled across the US and stopped in MANY Targets.

Target has a largeselection of commonly sold clothing, electronic, and other items. They have a CVS pharmacy, and also have liquor and food!

I love how professional, classy and patient the corporate attitude towards customers is at Target generally, but specially at this place. And I can say, Target is probably the only TRUE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEERS in the market. The one and only. I know other stores claim to be too, but they have certain limits or exceptions. I bought a 200$ item at 150$ just because an unknown Website (someplace they couldnt even find in their system) had it listed at 150$.Now imagine this was Walmart or Best buy or ... I dont think they would honor that. And thats one of the many reasons I say they are classy. The staff is much nicer than other non-Target stores, very patient and professional. In one word, classy.Thanks a lot Target. You and Costco are my 2 favorite Megastores in Reno.

I love Target. I was a grumpy person today. My payment card would not work. I tried four times. The cashier was very patient and the problem was me. I was using the wrong pin. Thanks for putting up with me!

My experiences with this store has always been pleasant. From my weekly needs to the collectible purchases on Friday mornings. On these Fridays, Matt and his team are well prepared for the overwhelming amount of people showing up for the opportunity to purchase Pokemon or sports cards. Excluding the first few weeks the vendor didnt have adequate amounts of products. I believe Matts communication to the vendor to increase the number of products has made a major difference. It has provided more customers with products they waited in line for to buy. Thank you to Matt and the South Reno Target team. Please continue to communicate with the vendor Excel to keep stock levels above normal on popular products. (Select football, Prizm basketball and the soon to be release of Bowman baseball products) The Walmart stores are not keeping up with these products so it is bringing more of their customers to your stores.

The associate in electronics called for backup because a line was forming. The associate that came to help completely ignored me, even though I was clearly the next in line (standing next to the register) and proceeded to help the customer behind me. Her excuse was that the previous employee would be right with me, even though he was in the middle of a transaction. She didnt even acknowledge the fact I was waiting (walked right pass me) until questioned why I was skipped. I had already been waiting several minutes, which is expected this time of year, but to be completely ignored is not what I would call good customer service. I have no problems with the associate that helped me. I did not get the name of the associate that ignored me because I was completely frustrated by that point. I made a purchase at 4:08pm at the Sparks, NV store. The associate I have an issue with would have rung up her customer just prior to that, in the electronics department. I would like to reiterate that my negative score is not against the associate that helped me. It is completely about the person that came as backup.

They dont answer their phones here. Called customer service 4 times, toys twice, electronics once. I even tried their HR and nobody answered any of those lines. Feel bad for anyone who orders for pick up.

Manager refuses to sell Target exclusive items which HAVE NO STREET DATE, and are already selling nation-wide, because they want to fill their shelf for their reset four days from now.Ive done plenty of resets, you dont need the merch available to fill the the new planogram completely. Poor excuse.Employees are nice enough, but managers tactics are shady. Possibly saving merch for friends, or to scalp at higher prices online.Update: Four days later, I head to the store at opening. Of course, the merchandise in question had been sold 2 days prior. Employees were helpful with my question, but Manager is shady. I suspect shes saving merchandise for friends/family/colleagues.

Clean and well stocked even during covid. Easy to get hard to find items and a large variety of baby/toddler formulas other stores dont keep in stock.

This store is closest to my residence, but i wont come here anymore and will gladly drive to the S. Reno location, because this store NEVER has enough cashiers. I had 2 items and there were at least 4-5 people in the FOUR registers that were open. Dont waste your time here.

Target is the only place that I have shopped in person since the pandemic. Everything is clean and they wipe off the cashier area after every person and the isles are nice and big so you can distance yourself from people.

Ordered a 4 pack of batteries with Target pick up on Thursday, but was given a 2 pack. My daughter threw away the wrapper. When I came back to return them for the 4 pack, one of the managers Luis and his staff were nice and understanding. They allowed me to get the product I originally ordered with no hassle. This is why we shop at Target rather than Walmart.

NEVER Order Online/In-Store Pick-up!!After searching for an Oculus Quest 2 for my sons birthday (today) I found two available at this location on E. Lincoln. I drove from Carson City because they were completely out here. When I got there 30 min later the young man at the pick-up counter said I had to wait to get a confirmed email to pick it up. I waited and instead received a cancellation email from target? When I came and spoke to Beth, then Ashley (Mngr.) I got nothing but excuses, Ashley basically stated they get thousands of orders per week, and she didnt know why the order got cancelled? She wanted me to pay for the unit they had on-hand at the counter! I told her I would absolutely not pay another $323, becauseI wasnt sure if they put the other $323 back in my account, when they cancelled my order. No apologies, No resolution, Nothing!!! I will never shop target gain. What a terrible experience for my son on his b-day. So I left -$323 from my bank account and no Oculus.

The Target app is easy to use and helps me find great buys and other discounts. Prices are very competitive and the price match guarantee, even with their own online store, is great.

Ive only lived on the west coast for 2 years however I have come to one conclusion and that is never plan on Target having everything on your shopping list. Also dont expect to find an employee for help or expect more then 2 registers open when checking out. Rather order on Amazon and go to safeway, total target fail!

Amazing customer service for the Drive up!!! I absolutely love that feature. I’m handicapped & can’t walk or stand for more than a few min. This feature absolutely helps me get all my necessities without the pain (literally) of trying to walk & find anything. They also provide the scooters for when I have to come in.

Old people shop tell 9am dont come tell then. They cant change the hours apparently so it reflects this, so dont come at 8 and have to wait an hour.Edit: Put in a section in the hours that says senior hours now its all on you if you cant read the hours posted.

I enjoy the quiet atmosphere at Target. I dont go in there and feel like I cant move around because of all of the chaos around me. I enjoy it, very much.

The women at the self-check out is not friendly and her service is based on people’s skin color, she cleaned the check out place for the girls ahead of me, and when it was my turn, she just stood there and did nothing and just looked at me. Very terrible experience.

Its a perfectly decent Target. Staff is fine. Not rude and apathetic. Most of the bad reviews I’ve read involve either people who are super entitled, or people mad over their own mistakes (like the lady complaining about her strawberries; the container is clear for a reason. Being in a rush was your own fault.)

Not friendly to me, cashier was friendly and nice to the customers ahead of me and when it was my turn she was cold and didn’t greet me or anything this happens every time I go there

If you’re going to refuse to answer the phone for item checks, then make sure that your shelves have the items

I like this store because even when theyre busy its not as hectic as the competition. The parking is even less stress than the competition. They have better clothing and also have groceries. Except for the fact that they are not open 24/7, I cant give a go elsewhere

Terrible customer service at the return counter. Walked in and went straight to the counter. There were 3 employees just standing there talking. When they finally acknowledged me to return my items the person that helped me returns them except she was bust talking to the other employees.

I go to Target mainly for the Pharmacy. Target does have a great selection of greeting cards and cooking supplies. Groceries are a bit pricey.

I like shopping at this Target. Staff is pretty friendly. But I had to only do 4 stars because of their issue with keeping things stocked. It seems like 90% of the time when I go there, you’re always completely out of butter. Like the standard, generic, salted butter. I’ll look on the app and it will say it’s in stock most of the time. It’s like that with several other things I buy there too. It’s very frustrating. I just want to do a “Target run and done”, but almost every time I go to Target for something I need, I’ll end up having to hit up another store too just to complete my list.Also: It always seems that Bullseye’s Playground is poorly stocked. It takes them until Halloween to get all the Halloween stuff put out, and Thanksgiving, and Christmas, etc.I thought I was the only one who noticed, but then I’ve seen several people I follow on Instagram make the same complaint about this Target. And then I’ll see other people I follow that aren’t in this area post about their Target trip and they’ll find all this really cool stuff! It makes me sad I don’t have access to it.

I love Target, I really do, but Ive had a couple of issues with this location. At times I have found the eating area in their Starbucks to be absolutely filthy, and one time I was treated very rudely by a manager there when I was simply trying to pick up and pay for an order that I had placed online. Other staff there have been very friendly and helpful there though, so the store is not terrible.

Customer service extremely rude. Associate was unwilling to price match more than one item, even though all previous visits were priced matched with all items. Associate seemed to be bothered by simple requests and having to perform routine functions as an employee.

Its a department store: clothes, electronics, housewares, home furnishings, cosmetics, pharmacy, and even a frozen food section. The aisles are wide and clean with well stocked shelves.The checkout experience: There is a self checkout section which is great for those trips with only a few items. Interaction with cashiers is hit and miss. Ive had friendly talkative personnel and Ive had the one whos more interested in completing a conversation with a co-worker while scanning your items without even an initial hello. If its such a bother to give good customer service I might as well interact with the self checkout kiosk.Theres a Pizza Hut and Starbucks at this location.

Its a Target. Nuff said. Staff is always really helpful and friendly though; from the pharmacy to the Starbucks. Theyre pretty good at opening lanes when things get busy; even near closing time. Props!

Target has just as much as Walmart what is deferent between the two? Target is so much cleaner! Also Walmart dont care about there employees.. Walmart may have a lot more in there stores but when you walk into a target there employees dont have attitudes! I think thats about all I need to say? You can make up your own mined? If I ever have a problem they go above and beyond to correct it. A lot of the staff shows great customer service. Appreciate the cartwheel to save extra money and we LOVE the debit redcard. We have saved almost $1,000 between the redcard and cartwheel. I do wish you had better wifi though bc the signal is very weak inside the store (including mobile signals) which can make using the cartwheel frustrating. Also the aisles could widen up just a little. It would be nice to be able to fit 2 carts (one going each way) without being crammed against a shelf or waiting for a person to move.

Because whenever I place a pickup order it is almost always ready within the hour and if there are any issues they are quick to reach out and provide me with other options.

Great store! A little on the expensive side though.

To me this place has almost anything you need from toys to furniture 4 of 5 stars!
