I had a great experience at Spa and Sauna on Glendale avenue. Mike was terrific at helping me pick the hot tub right for me. He checked availability, set up delivery and walked me through chemical use after it was set up and running. Delivery guys were terrific also. I got the hot springs hot spot and Im so pleased with it. Great company to work with! So professional and very friendly!
Didnt have what I needed, didnt know anything about other pool places next to the store or area.
We went in three twice, trying to find out information regarding saunas. The salesperson was never there - just a poor gal at the register trying to run the place on her own. After three messages, the salesperson (weeks later) FINALLY got back to us with a quote, and still called my husband by the wrong name. They also claim that retail for set up and delivery is $995.00, then discount it for you. Good Grief!
Great BBQ store! They had great gifts for my son. And a replacement thermometer for his grill. Cool grills too. Worth checking out.

I contacted the Spa and Sauna Co. with only four days notice. I moved a hot tub from out of state on my own and needed help to unload and set the tub in my new backyard. Booking the appointment was painless and around my schedule. The crew showed up on time and quickly unloaded the spa and moved into it into position safely. The crew took care to not damage any buildings, fences or shrubs. I highly recommend The Spa and Sauna Co.
The difference between a good company and a great company, is not about when things all go perfect. its about when things dont go perfect. This is a great company. Danielle, Stephanie and Anthony are all great people to work with. and went way beyond most to make sure my wife and I were happy with their service. Cheers and keep up the great work.
The staff at the Sparks location was very helpful and friendly. Follow up from Amber was prompt and scheduling the delivery with Stephanie was a breeze! Our delivery guy Anthony Williams was knowledgeable and he, along with his crew Nick and Chris, were great to work with. Fantastic service all around and we will be happy to recommend them!

Update: The owner, Scott C. made everything right. Considering this issue turned out to be a training issue Scott corrected the employees and restored my trust in the business. This is not personal as I have always had the utmost respect for the owner of this business. As originally stated when I first made my hot tub purchase, the business owner and staff at that time (from their original location @ Louie Lane) were nothing short of amazing. Knowledgeable, enlightening, non-aggressive, forceful or overbearing, I felt comfortable making an informed purchase. This one instance does not diminish this business professionalism and if the opportunity presents itself again, I will return to make additional purchase and service requests for the life of my current spa. Thank you Scott!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ive written a 4-5 star review before for this business however Im extremely upset and disappointed at this point and want to inform all potential purchasers here of varying policies that seem to be created out of thin air. My previous review had to do with my spa purchase, my satisfaction during the sales process, and the amount of knowledge the owner provided during the sale to ensure a thoroughly competent purchase. That said, fast forward 5 years later... Ive regularly returned to their business to purchase chemicals for my tub and am more than happy with the products previously purchased until now. I recently purchased varying chemicals and filter totaling almost $300. Upon getting home I realized the markup had to be incredible just for the number of items I purchased. I compared prices online and realized I couldve saved over $100+ purchasing the same items online. I decided to return the chemicals unopened, still in the bag they provided, basically untouched with the original receipt. I was told I could not return the chemicals as there was a law prohibiting chemical returns. I asked what the statute was concerning the law but they had no idea. I then asked, why is there not a return policy in public view stating the law or store policy regarding the return of chemicals. They apologized for the absence or posting of any consumer return policy references but stood their ground and would not accept the items (again, unopened/untouched and still sealed). I feel that this non-policy, policy is misleading and disappointing to the consumer who must purchase at their own risk without explanation. I have since researched the law and found that there is not a Nevada state, City of Reno/Sparks or Federal statute indicating the return of sealed chemicals previously purchased should not be returned by a business or retail outlet selling such items. I lost out on this without previously checking first but you can rest assured that I will be taking my business elsewhere. This policy is a sham and disappointing from a company that I initially thought I could trust. Lesson learned, buyer beware.My original purchase was yesterday at the Glendale store. I have my original receipt. I attempted to return the items today, one day later. Also, upon my return with receipt today the sales personnel remarked to the other that the purchase was not added to my account. He said something to the effect of Why did you ring this up as default (after he asked me my last name).
It took me a whole week to make an appointment. They keep sending me to the voice mail of John. I left 2 messages. But he never returned my call. I called again and talked to Randy who has my name in their database because I gave him my name, address and phone number.He said that he would personally this time put a note on Johns desk. He did. John called me this morning and he quoted me a price of $403.00 for the job. I agreed.The phone was transferred over to Michelle to set up the appointment. Michelle was not around. I said, thats not a problem, just have Michelle call me. After 30 minutes, Michelle called to set up the appointment and to get my full payment up front.I said, WHAT? Full payment up front and for an October 4, 2016 appointment from today the 21st of September?She said, Thats how we do business.Well Spa & Sauna, I will not do business in that style. Upfront payment for SERVICES NOT DONE. And oh btw, John told me that the parts will be about $40.00 and the difference of 363.00 is Labor and taxes. Which I really did not mind. That was OK.But upfront payment for services not done that is ridiculous but if the technician was there and then and told me he wont start unless I pay, I will concede. But this is upfront for services thats not going to be done till October 4, 2016.

We just had our Hot Springs SX spa delivered . With a crew of Anthony, Chris, Casey and Al it was an easy transition. They took out our huge 7 person 2002 spa and brought in our SX Spa. They gave us time to assure we were still level on our pavers. The crew all introduced themselves when they arrived. They were polite, professional, had integrity in their work ethics. They not only showed respect towards us, but towards each other as they worked. This crew works well together. They represent the Spa and Sauna Company in the utmost professional mannerisms and are an asset to your company. Anthony, Casey, Al, Chris we cannot thank you enough.

I came in last September or so looking for a good used hot tub and my salesman showed me a new one for almost the same price,,,I was very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of him,,there was ABSOLUTELY NO PREASURE from him or the other staff,,, although I never got a home visit as I was told I would,,the delivery guys were so awesome and helped with all my questions,,, My salesman did however make 3 calls to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase and did I have any questioms or need gim to come to my house for a follow up,,GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and ATTENTION to what I was looking for!! I recommend Spa and Sauna to ANYONE looking,,Thanks so much for such a great experience at your McCarran and Louie Lane location.

Was very pleased i was met by keven thompsom he listend to what i was looking four and helped me find the right pool table four my home he did not pressure me in to buying the most expensvie table they had .he helped me find the one that fit my budget and proper size four my home. i will be a customer four life caint waite untill i have enough pennies saved to buy a hot tub
