I would come here more often because the location is convenient, but they have absolutely horrible customer service. Every time I come here I experience a rude employee, which is crazy for a small business. Lost my money and will tell others as well. I’d rather drive downtown and know I’m getting better service

Absolutely love this place. I like that I always see the two same faces when I go in. Great vibe going on, always calm and relaxed feeling. Nice selection, and if they dont have it they can most likely get it. Prices are going to be a little more the your mall jewelry, but I can not stress this enough they sell quality jewelry. So anybody who has allergies then go to fondue. I could go on and on about this place so if you need a piercing or some new jewelry give them a visit

This place is awesome. They have unique jewelry and real. Jasmine did my piercings on my nose and cartledge. She was patient with helping me pick out pieces. She was knowledgeable and took the time to place where the piercing would be til I was happy. I will definitely be back and when I get more I will use her again. Thanks again.

I got pierced here recently and let me just say that everything was amazing. Mark showed me how the piercing would look and make sure I liked the jewelry and Jasmine was my piercer. They were very clean and sterile and Jasmine talked me through the process as she did it. I loved it here and will definitely be coming back.

The people that work here are super friendly and helpful! I went in to get a pair of titanium earrings for my daughter since shes allergic to every other metal, and they anodized the set right there for me! It was a unique experience to be certain, but what I really liked was their patience and reasonable pricing!

Mark and Jasmine are fantastic!!! Mark did 3 amazing ear piercings. He not only took time to ensure the placement was perfect but explained everything throughly before proceeding. The actual piercing was almost completely painless as has always been my experience here. I think their pricing is unbeatable with a wide variety of jewelry to choose from. This place is super great I got my septum pierced about 3 months ago they were super knowledgeable, friendly, cool and my septum piercing wasnt crooked. They do beautiful work. All they do is piercings thats all they focus on.

Dont waste your time. They have gone from great to crazy, hostile. The person working the day my wife stopped to buy jewelry only did nothing but be hostile to her and my daughter even following them outside and continuing to yell at my wife. You lost our business and you will lose more. You are ruining a Legacy. I would be grateful for business right now. No other customers were in the business at the time and you run a customer out. You were hostile to my wife, feel lucky her husband was at work and not with her sir.

Seriously friendly and professional employees here! Ive wanted my nose pierced since I can remember and felt kind of sheepish about it at age 39, but they made the experience a great one. Oddly enough, Mark, who did my piercing, reminded me of my own brother, Mark! Everything was explained in detail, the process was very clean, and it was quick. I would definitely recommend.

The piercers are great, nice people. There is not a lot of jewelry to choose from, though. No horn, bone, or wood Lots of wasted floor space in my opinion.

Got my belly and ears pierced and it was great! The people were very nice and well educated.

Its been a few years but I went in for a tattoo and the dude used the wrong size gauge or needle and my tattoo became infected. It was pretty bad. I have a lot of tattoos and I know better but I didnt check him out first and I paid for that mistake. I went back to get a piercing but it was a different guy. He was cool and knew his job. Tattoo NO piercings YES

Awesome shop. Had a bad experience somewhere else so I was a little nervous. However, the staff friendliness and the environment itself calmed me down pretty quick. I didnt have to wait long to get my piercings done and yes, they were done well. Aftercare instructions were through. Ill definitely be going back when its time to get my nose pierced. Oh, and the pricing is not bad at all!

My daughter and I have been here several times for different piercings: tragus, forward helix, conch, belly button, septum, helix, flat, etc.Mark and Bronson have done all of our work. They are wonderful - knowledgeable and kind, personable and professional. They want your experience to be comfortable, relaxed, and informative, so they take time with each client so each person fully understands their jewelry, the piercing and cleaning process, what to expect, and healing time.The new intern, Jasmine, is great! She did our last two piercings under the watchful guidance and expertise of Mark. She did a very good job. Another thing that really impresses me is the painstaking processes they take to make sure the shop, their products, tools, and hands are clean, sterile, protected and sanitary. I cant imagine how many gloves they must go through in a day!I want one more piercing, and my daughter wants eight (crazy girl (-; ), so well be customers for quite a while!

As a tattoo/ body modification artist, I have to say Fondue is my favorite shop in the Reno, NV area. The staff is very friendly and professional, their prices on body jewelry are very fair (and they will even custom order stuff for you), the work areas are clean and properly sterilized, and the overall vibe of the shop is warm and relaxing. Mark, the shops piercing artist, is a super cool guy, extremely knowledgeable, and very talented. I would recommend Fondue Body Boutique to anyone looking for a great body modification experience!

Got a belly button piercing and am super disappointed. She placed the dots and I asked if I could have my friend take a look at it because it didnt look centered. She got impatient. Should have just left. Now I have a piercing that isnt centered and doesnt look good.
