When i came in they were so helpful and nice and explained how everything works and their shop was beautiful. they have the picture of what the dress looks like on so you are not just seeing it hanging there which was super helpful. they were not pushy and i felt like i could take my time. im so happy i chose my dress here in the first visit. they even shipped it to my house. the dress got here fast and was in perfect condition and based on their recommendations fit so well. thank you for this awesome experience. This was my first time shopping for dresses and Heidi was SO patient and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted, so Heidi took time to show me different styles. She pulled as many dresses as I wanted and I was able to find the perfect dress! Very helpful and kind, I loved the small business feel as well. After having very negative experiences dealing with all of the other wedding gown stores in town, I then visited Blue Garter Bridal & Tux. I was so relieved and pleased with Blue Garter. I love the way I was treated and was impressed to see how other customers were treated. I highly recommend Blue Garter. The ambience was very relaxing and stress-free and they have a stunning collection!

I came here in search of a wedding dress after going to multiple other bridal shops. This was the best, by far. Their selection was beautiful and such a better quality than anywhere else Id been. Most of their gowns range from $1,000 - $2,000, although they do have some off the rack options that seemed to average around $500. I ended up walking out with a dress that I loved and that fit beautifully! Their customer service was also excellent. I would go here over any other bridal shop, for sure!

What a low stress experience! Planning a wedding in 2 months feels excruciating at times. But Heidi at Blue Garter made this part of the experience so enjoyable! She made the process seem effortless, which in my timeframe seems somewhat impossible. But she nailed it!

After a horrible experience at other bridal shops in reno, my maid of honor and I stumbled across blue garter bridal and tux and I thank God we did. The service was fantastic... the selection was amazing...and although we had no appointment AND it was prom season, we were got right in. This IS the place to find THE dress.

While I was on vacation in Reno I wanted to do some wedding dress shopping. I had called after hours and left a message to see when I could make an appointment. It was last minute and I was leaving a couple days later. The next day Cindy, the owner, contacted me and said that if I came in right when she opened she could help me. I showed up and Cindy was very patient and helpful and I found my beautiful wedding dress! When I got back home I had a few questions and each time that I called and spoke with Cindy and her daughter, Heidi, they were always pleasant and answered all my questions. Dont buy suits here. You can get Caravelli suits that actually fit for less than 150 dollars online, rather than paying more than 300 bucks for her to order you one that fits like a sack. Never again.
