Rude. Was in to look at flooring for a new house, didn’t realize that it is not open to the public and that you have to be working with ‘their people’ to enter. There is a way to be nice and polite while telling people they can’t be there and this was certainly not the case. If I end up working with anyone with privileges into your store, I will certainly not give you my business.

This store is not open to the public. They only work with companies in the trade. We went there to purchase commercial flooring for a business but was quickly shown the door. I am leaving a neutral review as I am unaware of their pricing or product quality.

Good quality products at the right price, professional and helpful personal.
