Spent about 45 min waiting just so they can tell me they they have zero phones in stock and Id have to wait 2 months to get one. I told the gentleman when I checked in that I needed a new phone why would he have me wait if he knew there were no phones in stock what so ever. The kid who eventually got to me was rude as hell, not helpful at all and just a plain S.O.B. I just had to walk away. Will never go back and will be shopping for another phone carrier, better work on your customer service skills with your employees.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Claim to take people as they come in - 2 hours later (and 2 people who walked in after me) later finally got my product. If youre able to get it from Verizon directly, do it. Otherwise, bring a book, a good movie, and some snacks. Youll need em.
I have to say that it was a great decision switching from Sprint to Verizon. I was greeted by several of the employees when I arrived. Margarito was helpful from the start. He explained everything in the contract with detail, he was professional and kind. He made the process of getting a new line and phone super easy. All my questions I had regarding the I-Phone and the I-watch were answered to the fullest. I appreciate all your help. Great Service!
I would not recommend Verizon to anyone! They set up an extra account without my knowledge. It has been over 6 months and I have been trying to fix it! No one in Verizon (including at this store) have not been able to fix it. Now they have sent the account (which I didnt authorize) to collections and have reported it to the credit agencies. BEWARE OF VERIZON FRAUD. I have filed a complaint with FTC consumer protection department.
Geremy was extremely patient as I tried to obtain my information from T-Mobile. He listened to my needs for a new phone and paired me with an excellent upgrade. I never felt rushed and he was able to get me set up, within budget, and on my way in less than half an hour. So happy to be back with Verizon.
Went in to add a new line to my existing plan, got charged and the sales guy George didn’t even activate the phone! So we went back to try to fix the problem, and the guy who helped us the first time saw me and ran to the back! I will never come back here and they have lost my business and money. I came in to the store because I had gotten my phone wet and subsequently submitted an insurance claim for the broken phone. However the company handling the insurance claim sent me a phone that didnt work. to say the least I was frustrated and desperate to get a phone because at that point I had been without one for 3 Days. Garth the manager there was tremendously helpful and even called the insurance company to try to straighten things out on my behalf! Awesome customer service!

While the people and staff were friendly I waited 45 minutes to find out that they couldnt change my account - drop lines or change my plan. They may be a franchise rather than a corporate store. Be warned.

I was excited yesterday when my iPhone 12 pro arrived. I went to this store to get set up correctly but the guy who helped me kept asking did you read the directions 3 times. I said yes and on every upgrade I bring in the new phone to get set up and to turn in the old phone. Once again, did you read the directions, do you have wefi at home? Go home and update there. I also purchased an Otter cover that I could not get to fit. He handed me an alcohol wipe. Thats when I left as I had enough of his condescending attitude. I have been in retail management for 30 years and I have never seen anyone this rude. I managed over 30 stores and I would have fired an employee like this in a heartbeat. Time to change providers. We brought a new screen protector in to replace the damaged one on my husbands phone. They told us we didnt buy it there so they wouldnt install it. Why do we have an account with Verizon if we cant get service. Very unhelpful, didnt even try.

UNFORTUNATELY, I have to give this store 1 star, even though they do not deserve even the one. I have been trying for a week to call the store to set up an appt. as they will ONLY see you by appt., due to COVID. They NEVER answer the phone. I was forwarded to Customer service and sat on hold for over an hour, just to be told they closed at 5:00pm. The website says they are open until 6pm. I was told, Im sorry, I guess you will have to call back tomorrow. I said, well, thats nice, I work 12 hour shifts at the local hospital with a 30 minute lunch and cannot sit on hold for another hour just to be told they are not open. I am SO furious. Just unacceptable.
First off, I cannot thank Verizon and its employees enough!I went to Mexico for a business trip with a Sprint phone and it was a nightmare. The customer service was horrible, the phone wouldnt work (even thought I had the international plan) and when I came back from my trip, I immediately went to Verizon. I was greeted by David and he was nothing but AMAZING! He wasnt pushing to sell me on a phone and got to know me as a person. I initial started the process as a consumer, but then David brought up that I could a business account that would help with what I was doing and all my travels. It was the best choice I could make. I purchased 3 phones, got an amazing deal and now can have all my business phones under one account. I wouldnt have been able to do this had David not take the time to get to know me as more than just someone buying a phone! I went to Mexico with my new service and I had no issues at all! Thank you to David and to Verizon! I am very happy customer! And also thank you for your service David!

The employee here was rude. He told me that there was only 1 person per customer because of covid and then made me stand outside while they allowed two more people in behind me. With already 2 separate customers in the store and only two Verizon employees working. Super disrespectful and not cool.

Congratulations, you have successfully lost me as a future customer by proposing that I can upgrade easily at home and transfer data from my old phone to a new one.You failed to tell me that 11-15 APPS later I might succeed . But, let us not forget the APP, Tech Coach, that is to smoothly transition your questions into assistance but this is another misleading fact that average wait time for a question to be answered is between 5-10 minutes long.Why does Verizon not do this on site, at the store, when you pick up a new phone and contract......the image of a sleezy used car salesman is what I see after 3 hours of hit and miss of transferring information for only 1 phone and I am not done yet. I bought 2 phones and that one might have its information transferred tonight but I doubt it. Going on 4 hours now and ATT is looking better and better
Stood outside store for about 15 minutes(Covid policy) when suddenly an employee escorted a group past me into store that just pulled up in a car. The employee then told me Id have at least another half hour wait. When I told him I only wanted a wall charger here repeated my wait time. Shrug. Spent my money elsewhere. Will make me reconsider going to Verizon store in the future.

This is the Verizon store I use when I have issues with my equipment and when I buy a new phone. They have always been very polite and professional and I would recommend this Verizon store. It is also fairly easy to get to and parking is easy.

Employees are not that helpful or happy to work there. If you hate your job so much Geremy, dont work there. Rather buy a new phone at Best Buy.
Place was super packed. The employee welcomed us and said theyd be right with us. After about 10 minutes someone else came in and the employee went straight to help them. When we asked the employee if they forgot about us, they said they didnt see us come in...even though they specifically told us they would be right with us. We left.
Overall the service here is good. I’ve had to wait for a long time, but it seems that recent visits have gone much more quickly. Staff is great and makes the visit easy once you’ve got a rep helping you.
Tried to get a few questions answered about starting a new account and trading in my current phone by a guy name Geremy and he didnt answer any questions, was quick to give me a standard verizon automated # and walk back into the store without another word. Why have your stores open when you arent really open and cant actually help?

I have been into this location several times and the customer service is always poor to bad. Not a good idea because Best Buy is in the same shopping center and they offer all the same services that the Verizon store does. Needless to say we went to Best Buy and got a new iPhone XR
This Verizon was awesome and put in a lot of work to help us get our phones switched over from another carrier. Mitul, Anna and Angelina worked after hours and all day to help us get set up and port phones over with much difficulty. Thank you guys so much for dealing with our issues!

I am continually put off by your technicians acting and speaking in a superior, overtly technical manner. They should be able to treat and talk with elderly with respect. This man did not.

Loved Verizon till I went here. Really nice to my face while lying to it and stabbing me in the back. I was told by Verizon that I had a $300 credit I could use for accessories for the new tablet I just purchased. This was verified by the staff at this store. THEN THE BILL CAME, over $215 billed to my account!!! Called Verizon and was told nothing we can do ! Done, canceling everything.

Avoid this store. They only are interested in sales not support.Came in with a problem with my GPS. The associate basically refused to help me fix it or diagnose the problem. He then told me that my protection plan didnt cover this issue. I had to call Verizon tech support on my own and it took 20 minutes and they will replace my phone.I will never come back to this place again.
My son ordered a phone online on Black Friday 2018. The notification from verizon said to pick the phone up by November 30. We took screenshots of the notification. He went in to pick it up on that day at the Los Altos store and they had given his phone to another customer and said he needed to be there to pick up his phone days earlier. They didnt care that we had proof stating 11/30 for pick up. The promo is over and though we have been told by customer service reps at corporate he can still get the promo it appears not to be the case. I have probably paid Verizon at least $30,000 of my hard earn earned money since we have been customers and this is how they treat us. Not acceptable and I am very disappointed. They dont even care either. Shame on Verizon and the Los Altos store!

Jacob was quick to help and narrowed me down to a phone that fit my needs. He was patient while my kids ran around which was nice. He hooked me up with a kids tablet for my daughter as well since it was on sale. Nice service and wasnt pushy but was quick, and friendly. Couldnt be happier!

Possibly the best phone-shopping experience I have had so far! Excellent immediate customer service, the person helping me and my fiancee *Wale* was very informative and helpful but not pushy. He even got our new plan to be cheaper than my old plan! I normally would not comment on phone shopping customer service, but he went above and beyond to be helpful, and I really appreciate it! Horrible customer service. When they couldnt fix my brand new phone they suggested that I use Facebook messaging instead of the text app. A ridiculous suggestion. Walmart was more helpful, and thats truly sad.

Nothing! Absolutely the worst shopping experience ever. I will also never add another phone line here. May even close out our account as my contract is up in a couple 3 months. If you got the upgrade notice in your txt messages....just dont go. You phone will not be accepted and if it is you run the risk of being charged hundreds of additional dollars. I have had my phone for 3 months shy of 2 years and it has one tiny mark on it. I can tell you the mark is smaller than a pencil tip. Think microscopic. So in the end...no up grade and I had to eat 80 dollars to return a tablet. 35 bucks for restocking and 45 for activation. I came in to exchange the tablet and add another line.....

I had expected to be giving a 5 star review, but unfortunately what rep Erika sold us yesterday was indeed too good to be true.She assured us that our new plan which has two phones and two tablets would not only have 75G of data for EACH device- it also had an additional 20G of hotspot for each device. She was very clear and both myself and my husband were amazed and had her confirm this multiple times as it seemed to good to be true....... which it was.Last night I downloaded the MyVerizon app and was surprised to see that the tablets were on a different plan and they had already almost reached their allotted data of 15G; I thought they’d been accidentally put on a lower Gig plan but was horrified to learn that there is no 75G plan for tablets.Erika seemed genuine, however her lack of training is extremely disappointing.Had I known I would’ve kept my iPhone 7 on my AT&T plan and never bought a new iPhone!I already closed my AT&T plan and switched everything and now to realize that I don’t have the data necessary is simply inexcusable.We’re not getting off to a very good start Verizon!!

Customer service is non existent in this store. Rude obnoxious staff, more concerned with selling you something you dont want rather than taking care of your needs. Lied and tried to upgrade my current plan to something I didnt want or need. And continued to try and push an in home warranty plan I didnt want. If it hadnt been for Verizon phone support, I would have a different carrier today.
