Had a dire situation with a laptop that decided to crash at random upon a simple hardware upgrade attempt. Gave these guys a call, (in a frantic state, I might add, as this is a necessary component to what we do!) and, Curtis was so professional, patient and willing to try and help over the phone, without asking for a thing! We were unsuccessful in attempting to address the issue over the phone, so I made the 30 mile trek into Reno to drop the laptop off to them. My first impression of the facility was how clean and expansive the place was (a far cry from how some other competitors places I’ve seen were, I must say!). This, coupled with how friendly and professional the technicians were definitely put me at ease with leaving my computer with them. Long story short, they got it back to me in better than original working order AND in advance of an upcoming event it was needed for. A little over 6 months ago, I purchased a computer online for my sons distance learning, the computer had a catastrophic failure. the company said to ship to Texas and back at my own expense and might not be covered under warranty. I needed the computer and didnt have time to wait. I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to Sparks and had these guys look at it. They recognized the problem as complete fail. They set up a new computer, salvaged what they could off my old one and had it up and running as I stood there and waited. They also offered me a great warranty, discount off the new one and didnt charge me for labor. These guys are nothing short of amazing. They have a loyal customer for life. I will not order anything like that again on line.

Went in today with an error code on my printer. This shop was absolutely great! He helped me with what seemed to be a huge problem for my warranty company, in just a few minutes! So thankful to be up and running again! You’ve earned a lifelong customer, I’ll never go anywhere else! Thanks again!

I needed the info put of a dead computer. They put it on a flash drive for me and were quick and very reasonable. They even scrapped the old tower for free. Very professional and courteous as well.

Great help. Clean place

I had never been to Technology Center, but I brought in an older IBM machine that wouldnt boot and had a bad network card. They were the only IT business in Sparks who would even look at the machine. Everyone else said it was too old to bother with. This machine is critical to daily operations, and we were dead in the water without it. The T.C. team went above and beyond anything I would have expected, to not only get our IBM machine up and running again, but Fred personally spent about two weeks in and out of my office, not only getting the IBM machine configured correctly, but also discovered other problems with our network that we were able to work together to get resolved. Now, I am a fairly well versed IT person myself, and throughout the process of updating my companys network together, I never felt that we were being misled or being fed snake oil. Fred is a very authentic and competent person. He didnt try to get us to buy anything we didnt need or feed us bogus IT jargon to get the sale like others I have dealt with in the past. He and the rest of the staff are honest and friendly people, and not only would I hire them again, I plan on doing it very soon to address some other infrastructure problems on my list. Technology Center has a customer for life.

I operate out of a small business in sparks. These guys are always helpful!.. Come in, ask questions, buy stuff. Simple and they help with suggestions for our specific needs. Without exception, Technology Center is the best computer service center I have experienced. Not only do they provide excellent and fast service but they will guide you through your troubles one the phone. Twice within the past month I experienced difficulties with my computers, and called Technology Center. Both Curtis and Fred immediately talked me though the problem. I did not have leave a message or wait for a call back. They took care of me right away. Recently, I needed to have two computers updated to Windows 10. I was able to bring in the first one and had it back within a day, followed by the next one, again completed by the following day.

The best place in town to build your gaming system and only place in town to have your PC or laptop repaired.

Asked for a system to play PC games. What I got was a lot of problems. Took the computer back two weeks later for repair, could not find the problem and still charged for diagnosis. Ended up replacing motherboard and video card. (bought elsewhere) Thanks for nothing, guys.

Technology Centers staff has helped me *many* times with my temperamental Epson printer. Very professional work.

Our printer kicked out a small part and stopped printing so we brought it in to see if it could be revived or needed to be buried. Very helpful staff and Tim was able to bring it back to life!
