I love this store....only aclittle disappointed that they only allow you to put 250.00 on a gift card!! My daughter can spend way more here...

I always have the BEST service whenever I come into the Sparks Sephora. I was just there 2 days ago and the employee Terri was the absolute sweetest. I had the pleasure of meeting her, and she always helps me pick out the best products. Not only Terri but all the other employees are so kind and beyond helpful. I will continue coming here for all my makeup.

Super intrigued. We were waiting for a table at nearby restaurant so as we were told how long it would likely be, we walked over to Sephora and I browsed and it seemed overwhelming. I decided to speak to a CSR and they really guided and me through the price ranges and different brands as price is a concern to me. She then after describing all else out there asked if I seen and worked with their collection. I was getting excited as she told me pricing and how to build your eyeshadow kit. I was ready to take my time but then the cell phone rang table was ready at restaurant. Going back Saturday to give Sephora brand a heavy effort try. Knowing the customer service is there and a huge product line with many choices including metallic, glitter, and sparkle. Super excited. What would make this drop to a three is the make up not looking moderately better than maybelline I get at Walmart for under 6 dollars. Same quality would bring down to 3 Stars since there is a moderate price jump. If more price doesnt mean more quality or coverage then Im not interested. If it is less quality than it is no stars. So that is where this new customer is. Worth the try of Sephora brand itself before going to the much higher priced brands they also sell in their store. Customer Service was behind most of the Stars because without how it played out I was just about to leave and review as heart and fund breakingly overpriced

Julia made my whole experience! She was really well informed on all natural products USA made & showed me dozens of brands without being pushy at all! She listened and cared about what I wanted and made recommendations based on my particular skin type. If you come to this store ask for Julia!!!

Clean and very organized store and thats the only reason Im giving an extra star. Did not, however, feel that staff were friendly. One of the staff who greeted me at the entrance spoke to me like I didnt understand English when she was explaining the new store policy since theyve reopened. She asked me what I was in the shop for but did not show me where they were located nor offered any assistance. First time Ive ever had this issue and Ive been a Sephora shopper for years. Went in and left right away. I did not feel comfortable in this store at all.

Stressful experience with their Covid restrictions. I felt rushed by the staff to pick products and check out, and I wasn’t really allowed to browse the store like I usually do, even though it was not crowded and everybody had face coverings.
