The Halloween section is the best! I usually get all of my decorations there. At this location the aisles are not very clean and organized. And they never have enough cashiers.

Pleasantly surprised when I got through the door and saw produce. The produce is delicious and better than the grocery stores like Raleys and Safeway. I am definitely going back to buy more produce. I also bought hot dog buns, hamburger buns, hot dogs and they were excellent! They have canned goods some flower seeds all kinds of things all for 99 cents. The bagged produce is $1.99 and the oranges were some of the best Ive ever tasted!!! Why go and buy things at the expense of grocery stores when this store is awesome!

I always try to go there first for produce. A lot of bins empty but was able to get tomatoes & blueberries for .99 each. A lot of bargains/value for most items. Package of 5 medium avocados for $1.99. So good deals, especially in these days of price gouging. One caution, check expiration dates on items..always.

I like the 99 cent store, but its definitely not the 99 cent only store. Everything ends in 99 cents, nearly everything is clearly marked if its more than 99 cents. Lots of brand names and fresh produce. Its always busy so bring a little patients when you come.

I really enjoy how this store is on top of wiping down the baskets once you enter and also provide hand sanitizer. Awesome job, to all the store clerks. They are very friendly and with a smile by, welcoming all their customers. Well today I found a really good deal on portable manicure system.

Im pretty sure this place hires the slowest cashiers in the world on purpose. Its actually impressive just how slow they are. Its like this company specifically only hires people who move at a pace so slow the world may actually begin to reverse its rotation and begin spinning backwards. Im writing all this while standing in line and man theyre slow.Also, basically nothing in this store is 99 cents these days. Lame.PS: Yes im still standing in line like a moron.

This is my canned goods go to place. We bought lots of spaghetti sauces, lasagna, green beens and corn. They always have that stuff on stock. Our cashier, Noel, was super courteous, fast and did an excellent job packing our bags. Ill be back for sure!

Full selection it seems they have unfortunately because of the covid19 limitation, reduced products some out of stock shoppers over shopping still. Lines are long greater then 20 minutes each so prepare to be extremely patient and protect your love ones wear a musk clean heads before touching phone keys, wallet. Hardly anyone uses musks for thus if you have family friends that are immune risk see if you can shop for them to reduce population in store.

Good costumer service, always well stocked. could use new carts they dont like heavy loads... Lol

I love 99cent only stores....however, since visiting this store a year ago, this is now the dirtiest one Ive ever been to.

9 out of 10 times I come here there is 2 lines Max open, and lines half way down the aisle. 99 cents is maybe 40% of the store the rest of the items cost more and they are not always priced right. The only male cashier has Zero customer service skills. This place is So bad its almost worth dricing to South Reno where st least that store has it together.What a joke! Oh and more times then not, it smells of rotting vegetables.Update:I gave the store a second shot. Today 4 lanes were open and the store didnt have an awful smell. The cranky male cashier was no where in sight. I hope things continue to improve.

This morning I stopped by the store to buy some candles and accidentally dropped my phone and didnt noticed so I left the store. After 20 minutes and far away from the store i noticed that my phone was missing so i went back to the store and asked an employee if anyone had found a phone and he right away went and ask the other employees. Thankfully the person who found it turned it in and I was able to get it back. I just want to say to whoever found my phone Thank You so much from the bottom of my heart for doing the right thing! This store is pretty clean & customer service is good. They have a good variety of produce thats usually fresh. There is a nice variety of refrigerated and frozen items, too. There are even some organic and/or gluten free products throughout the store. They have a lot of great nonfood products, too. Everything is not 99¢, but its all very affordable.

An excellent discount store. Many staple products (produce, dairy, and even some meats) at good prices, plus a bunch of general merchandise and household items of decent quality. Always a pleasure to come here for something and end up browsing the aisles and finding other useful items or even gift ideas. Worth a visit!

Busy, crowded, no social distancing, they dont require masks, they do have toilet paper and paper towels, cashiers wear protective gear and are really nice. Merchandise is same quality and price as other Dollar Stores.

I was looking for fresh mango because the South Virginia store had very delicious ripe wines last week. The Prater store had mango but not even 1 was ripe. Veggie selection was good though

Dirty, dirty, dirty Noticed some produce that was moldy but the lady checking out didnt seem too bothered by it.

I Love this place. What you get for 99 is amazing. Produce can be iffy, but you cant beat the price. Refridg section has descent selection and changes over time.

The cashier was wonderful.

They have a great selection of fruits, vegetables, and every day staple items. They always open a new check stand when there are more than 3 people in line. They stay pretty busy from the time they open until closing. While you are there check out their frozen section.

Dont really recommend shopping here on Christmas Eve, but shelves were full and staff was cheerful. Prices were, as always, great.

Its a good store for bargains and those who seek to buy on a lower budget (I will say though, I do not shop there personally). It could be a little more organized in there though.

I try to avoid dollar stores for the most part, because I end up getting sucked in to the hunt for bargains that are usually not that big of a bargain in the end (because the quality is as cheap as the price). There are times, though when you just cant bring yourself to pay what other stores want for an item you know the dollar store has. I like 99 Cents Only Stores because theres more variety than the Dollar Tree line of stores, and decent produce that you wouldnt expect from a dollar store. Its also the only place in town I can find Pennysticks pretzels. The downside of the place is that its so busy the shelves are often picked clean in certain sections, and you have to watch out for yellow stickers for items priced more than 99 cents. The upside is that you dont have to wander the massive aisles of stores like Walmart or wait thirty minutes in line just to check out with a single item.

Cheap af! If you’re willing to try new brands it’s a great place. !WARNING! Just like any other place make sure to check the fruits and veggies.

Its ok always long lines,employees that are above the pos,point of sale! Checker status. In any business when money is at your door you rapture the moment make their day and yours profitable,instead of bored customers ripping opening and ripping items off,but overall I love the store

This is a fine store, but the male employees are constantly swearing and making sexists remarks. When I have my three year old in the store I dont think I should be paying to hear employees dropping f bombs.
