A manager and attendant decided to provide false information about the age of their product even though the shipping date was visible to avoid refunding me for the product that didnt work.One of them was also rude and condescending.I wouldnt recommend buying anything here without assurances. I usually dont post reviews but I wouldnt want anyone to relive this experience.

Given the run around when trying to reclaim an extra $300 spending charge 4 days later. Different stories from each person on the phone. Good faith, not so much.

Don’t try to walk in and expect any kind of intelligence or assistance from the counter staff. If you don’t know exactly what you need by part number or SKU they will look at you cross eyed.

Friendly and helpful. Selection was a bit limited for my particular purposes, but the things they stock are high quality.

Counter guys are helpful, but the office sales people have consistently made errors on our orders, not been helpful in obtaining cutsheets or products, and generally dont see any effort.
