Every time Ive ordered here the experience has been less than satisfactory to say the least. We are never prioritized as a customer and the staff is not shy about letting us know this (telling us that theyre too busy to get to our requests, etc.). Our orders are constantly delayed, but Sierra Glass wont call to tell us in advance. We only find out once we send someone down to pick up our glass that isnt ready. I feel I have to put in more work than they do for my own orders.My most recent experience is what led me to write this review. Shannon Dunham, the office manager, has been hostile and unprofessional in nearly every email correspondence, it feels like Im talking to a high schooler.I will leave on a positive note and say Lindsey Williams has always been very kind and helpful and if Im ever desperate enough to order from Sierra Glass again I will be sure to ask for her and I encourage you to do so as well.
