The staff and installers at Granite Perfection ROCK - (pun intended). From design to layout to installation I could not be happier. Ours is an older home so as you can imagine, over the years there has been some minor settling resulting in the base cabinets not being quite level. The crew came in, did the demolition, laid the new underlayment and with some shims and some magic our new countertops are perfectly level.I would (and already have) highly recommend these folks for any type of granite work you need.Next stop, new paint to match the new countertops.

I have never had to work so hard to give someone business‍. I called 3 days in a row spoke to a Kris, sent an email with pictures. Every time I called there was an excuse and a promise to check with Trish, or her Guys but never ever got back to me. Its clear by the reviews that this is common place for Granite Perfection.

We are very happy with the job done by David and Trisha. We did not know what kind of stone we wanted for the counter tops in our newly remodeled kitchen. David walked us through the process asking very pertinent questions about our lifestyle and giving us precise answers to our questions. Once the type of stone was selected, we visited the recommended dealers and selected two slabs of Siberian White granite. It was nice when the dealer put a sold tag on it and told us they would let David know the stone was ready for pick up, ie no hassles about money. Within a week, someone was at the house making a template. Again, he asked many questions, leaving nothing to chance. He also answered all of our questions and was very willing to accommodate our idiosyncrasies! In approximately 15 days from selecting the granite, our new counter tops were installed and our new kitchen was functional. The installer did not like the way a sill piece sat and returned it to the shop for an adjustment. He returned the next day to finish setting the one piece. It is a beautiful job. Exactly the way we envisioned it. The price is fair, the turn around time is timely, and the workmen are very competent. The job is what we anticipated and expected with absolutely no hassles. I will use Granite Perfections again.

Granite Perfection did our kitchen counters last year for our remodel and we just had them do our bathroom vanity counter tops for our bathroom remodel. We remodeled our 1960 kitchen and these guys were so professional and took care of everything. A year and a half later I had a problem with a seam and they came out a took care of it!

My wife and I did a large kitchen family room remodel on our 1993 house. We planned a large island, a back counter and another bar area. We used granite for all the tops and backsplashes . Granite perfection uses ultramodern CAD design to template and cut the granite. The best part was, they kept in contact with us during the planning stages and then at the day of installation to assure things were running on time . On the day of delivery and install they had two teams of employees working at our house, the “late” team finished things around 7:30 in the evening. We are happy with the result and are now having them remodel a fireplace for us.. you won’t be disappointed with Granite Perfection. Greg and Gennel Pisani

Nice selection of marble

Not perfection in my case. A day late on the installation, forgot to finish one of the bullnose edges, had to delay the project by three more hours the next day. The bullnose now has a visible glue line in it -- probably because they were in a hurry. Undermount sink mounts left loose and holes for the faucet drilled too close to the sink. The owner Tricia acted concerned when I called the next business day, but no one showed up to take a look at my concerns. Be aware. Maybe if youre doing full slab work they treat you different, but if youre doing a pre-fab, they just take your money and run.

Took about 2 months for a kitchen granite installation. They forgot about aspects of the project, measured wrong and seemed to keep putting me in the back of the line to complete the project. I believe they are too busy at this time to handle any more workload. i had to take about 5 days off of work to be there for them to do.

They do hack work and dont use the correct glue or proper procedures to install the stonesm
