The store manager was super helpful. He did some awesome embroidery on a hat for my little girl. Great customer service!

They say they open at 11. Second time Ive been here passed 11, and its closed.

Store website says they close at 9pm went there at 7:30 and there was no one in store and the doors were locked

The man who seemed to own the place was talking bad about customers after they had left the store, terrible customer service. Go to the lids at meadowood, they have better service and nicer workers.

BEST place to get all the hats you or your family, kids, wife or any others who might need one. And if its not in the store, it can be ordered on the internet.

Lids was great we come here every time we need a hat you got great discounts and they do custom embroidery come down and get get fitted for a new hat or customise an old favorite

Selection doesnt change much for a lot of teams.

The guy was nice but a little lacking in selection. I get we are on the west coast and the majority of your stock should reflect that. However, you should at least carry championship teams from that year. Not everyone who shops there is from the area.

Place is fine if youre into local teams, anything thats not semi local has to be ordered. If I wanted something ordered why wouldnt I just do it from the website?

Great place. Has alot of different hats to choose from. Went in one day to find a Los Angeles Lakers hat, didnt really like the styles and colors they had on some in the store. But I will be back to get some of their Warrior and Raider hats though.
