Iv been to several ENTs and more audiologists over the last 40years and Mark made it easier and was more accurate than any of the others. Friendly office, excellent communication and great results. Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING!!! What a wonderful office! I was tested and found that I have a slight, hearing loss, but not enough to require hearing aids yet. I am amazed that Dr. Butler didnt try to sell me anything. He instead suggested websites that will help improve my aural comprehension. (Sometimes the ears arent the problem.) There was no charge as advertised. Side note; They also display and support local artists and have cool stuff everywhere. Very, very honest and I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Mark, you are a good, honest man. You have wonderful staff too. Ill be back in a year!

We were very pleased with the service we received at My Hearing Centers. Mark Butler was ever so professional and knowledgeable at our visit. We will always go to My Hearing Centers for any questions or problems with our hearing. Mark explained in language we could understand (we are quite old) how to use and treat the hearing aids. We know if we have a problem, Mark will be ready to help.We once again are very pleased with My Hearing Centers. Our second set of hearing aids for my wife have been a success. Mark checked my hearing aids and found the left ear needed a change. He was pretty quick and able to make the needed changes and explained what he had done and how to keep my ears cleaner of wax. This is my second purchase of hearing aids. I got my hearing aids at the Sparks, NV office and I am extremely happy. The initial visit and testing and discussion was excellent when compared to my previous buy for another company. The follow-up by the staff has been excellent. They have solved every issue I had either by phone or a quick stop - like to replace a filter. I highly recommend them.

I cant say enough about My Hearing Center at 1247 Barring Blvd Sparks Nevada. With Doctor Mark Butler, A.A.S.,BC-HIS. I had gone a long time not being able to hear good. I had to have my TV turned up on 72 to hear it. After Mark gave me my hearing test and I received my hearing aids, I now only have to put my TV on 9 to hear it. I can even hear some one whisper. I just wish that I had gone to have my hearing check long time ago. And I would like to say also that the receptionist Angela is so sweet, she makes you very relaxed. I visited the Sparks Office in June for a hearing test, and found Mark to be very informative and thorough. As a result of my test I decided to order hearing aids and purchased the Signia aids that Mark recommended. Ive returned for the series of visits to check and adjust my aids and am very satisfied with them. Mark has been an excellent resource as Ive grown accustomed to them and has made the process easy. My experience was great the office to begin with is very nice calming place and I love the art that decorates the place. Having tried hearing aids from a competitor, I was ready to throw in the towel and accept there was nothing they could do for me. Then I went to My Hearing Center in Sparks (NV). After listening to me describe my situation, Mark (the hearing specialist) gave me a pair of hearing aids, made a few program tweaks, and had me hearing better than I thought possible. Ive been back twice for adjustments and I m happy to say I can hear! I highly recommend this hearing center because the staff are good at what they do and they care about their customers.

Got my hearing aids from My Hearing Center about a year and a half ago based on Marks suggestion. Major improvement from hearing aids I had previously. The best part of working with My Hearing Center is their after sales support. They schedule followup appointments every three months after you receive your hearing aids to see if any adjustments are needed. You can drop in their office anytime to get your aids check out, cleaned, etc. Great service.

I first went to a hearing office in Reno, but was not impressed with the test equipment being used. When I saw the ad to attend a demonstration @ Famous Daves I decided to give it a try. Wow, I really flunked the group hearing test that was given by the presenter and realized I needed hearing aids. My husband and I made an appointment with Mark Butler. His state-of-the-art computer based program to assess hearing loss is impressive. I recommend purchase of the electric charging device rather than having to use short-term batteries. I can take the charger with me when I travel. Its also a very good idea to go back on a regular basis where Mark can be sure the aids are working effectively for me & to answer any questions I may have. There is no charge for these check-ups. An added bonus is the convenience of the Sparks location since we live in Sparks. Angella is a knowledgeable administrative assistant, and can answer some of the basic questions when you call the office.

After giving up on trying to hear with my old pair of hearing aids, my wife insisted that I get a new pair or else. We decided to call My Hearing Centers and made an appointment with Mark Butler. We found Mark Butler and Roxanne to be friendly and more than helpful from the onset. Mark listen to our previous account of trying to find suitable hearing aids and really took his time to fully explain the results of the hearing test and what to expect with new hearing aids and the technology thats now available. Mark suggested I try a pair for a week so that I could fully understand and experience the difference. Roxanne even called to see how everything was going and to make sure we call them if we had questions. After a week, I purchased a set of hearing aids and I couldnt be more pleased with the set I have now. My wife and I are very pleased with Mark and Roxanne and would recommend them to anyone that is need of better hearing.

I did not realize how much I could not hear until I got my hearing aids. I had balance issues. When bowling my balance is better and I am more confident on my approaches. I knew that it wasnt as I could not hear the tv or plays and my friends even said you are not hearing ok. This is one of the most honest and friendliest places you will ever find! I met Mark a couple of years ago at the Senior Fedt and went yonordet new hearing aids but he told. Me there was no new technology to help me so would not sell me new sids.
