Reef is my favorite dispensary in the Reno-Sparks area. There is strong competition in the area, but Reef is the best. The bud is fire, the value is strong, the pricing is right. Special shout out to Jessica. I showed up 5 minutes before close. Jess looked at my order and suggested a little extra bud - the deal was too sick to say no. Alas! I was a few cents short! I didnt catch her name but a middle aged women.Long story short i asked for 86 cents off to spare me getting a ton of change. and the lady grilled me about how thats rude to ask and asked to see inside my wallet. Got there right before closing and wasnt rushed, but the clerk was able to quickly recommend a few good strains to choose from. I was satisfied with their services and products. Very clean and organized inside, with friendly security and staff. Definitely want to come back again!

Loyal customer here was rudely asked if I can use atm before hand as if I’m able to predict future of your lines budtender Ashley stated I should use the atm before our “long lines” can I tell the future? Never had any other budtender say something because it’s clearly unpredictable how long a line will be and when it will be long… simple as let the person use the atm when they want too I still made a purchase nobody complained about the being in line why let and employee have a say in what I can and can’t do

Cresha is a Rockstar! I came in to get some CBD oil for my dog because she is getting old and has arthritis and joint pain to the point she is getting cranky with my other dogs. The meds the vet is giving her arent cutting it so I thought I would look for a natural remedy. Cresha was immediately helpful from the start and recommended the relief CBD oil for her. Just after the first day of giving it to her I can tell she is more comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for your help and understanding! Olive appreciates it as well!

Not as impressive as there other shops but HUGE selection! Just expect to pay 10% more then other shops even competitor shops in town that carry there grow Tryke have it cheaper. I do not understand but regardless you get what you pay for they never disappoint.

SUPER friendly staff, good pricing, excellent recommendations, great products! Ive been to a couple other dispensaries around the area, but have never liked them as much as these guys. The staff knows their stuff, and have always taken the time to recommend things they enjoy, and have always made me feel right at home and comfortable! I usually always go into the store, but since COVID, their curbside pick up has been fantastic, easy, and quick! Love everything about this place!

Horrible business, went in about 6 months ago, and was given a gift card after my purchase (some promotion). After this I was very happy with this dispensary, fast forward to today I finally remembered the card, tried to use it the budtender was very rude telling me that they do not accept them and havent for 2 years. After I tried to explain when I got it, he then proceeded to tell me that didnt make any sense, they dont give out gift cards (Even though it has the companys logo on it with the words gift card right under that) Very disappointed with this place will be taking my business and money elsewhere!!👎👎👎

Told the the guy about my arthritis, my hard time sleeping .... I asked him what he would recommend he said a couple but recommended the stuff on sale I bought an 1/8 but wish I wouldve got an ounce... White Sangria .... recommended to stay home has a kick... Got to say reef definitely deserves the 5 stars, I walked in yesterday and budtender Brittany helped me out. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience for all the questions I had in mind. I not once felt rushed 👍🏻

Service is okay but the flower is so dry an eighth at best weighs 2.1 grams not 3.5 so you get ripped off 1 to 1 and 1/2 grams per eight and there response add a tortilla. Id have kicked my dealers but for this robbery

Staff was very helpful however could only answer a couple of questions I had. Unfortunately they were out of stock on 1 item and didnt carry the other at all. Prices were also a lot higher than other places. I would still have given 4 stars if I hadnt left empty handed.

Reef will be the only place I will go ex excellent selection and friendly people. I live in stagecoach and I am happy to drive to Reno. I just did a trip there today and spent the same amount that I did in Carson city but I got a gram and a half more from Reef

Sad to say I wont return to this location because of the quality of products. I bought some shatter and when I opened it all of it was melted all over the wax paper. Then I went to exchange it and was informed that all sales were final even though when I called them they said I can take it back to the store for an exchange so they wasted my time with having me go back and dont honor what they say over the phone.

I just found a bunch of Reef bags while moving that I don’t know what to do with. I really do not u defat and why they have you an entire plastic/nylon bag that is non-recyclable and definitely not eco-friendly. I feel really bad throwing them away but what else should I do with them? Keep them in my closet to collect dust? Us humans have a serious problem with waste and I would really hope that Reef comes out with more sustainable bags, as well as packing it for its marijuana products.

Excellent service and a really great selection of quality goods. CJ was very helpful in helping me decide with my budget. The glass jars and high quality reusable exit bags are a terrific touch. Ill definitely be back.

Ive been in reno for 4 years now, and I have gone to a few dispensaries once it was legal. And each time I keep coming back to the Reef. Not only for Friendly faces, they also know their product, and help me choose what is best for myself. They have really great flower, fluffy and fresh, some super crystallized. The prices may seem a little steep but you are totally getting what you pay for. I always attend the location in Sparks, and Francesca is always amazing and super friendly when assisting people as well as myself.

All the bud tenders, especially Marissa, have amazing knowledge of all the the different products available and will definitely guide you to the right thing for you

Reef is the dispensary I haunt because the personnel is just over the top amazing and I have never met an budtender I didnt like but I absolutely love the personal level of relationships I feel I have with every employee at reef, from the security to the budtenders you guys are amazing and it always makes my day going in there. It doesnt matter what kind of a rush Im in I love spending 10-15 in there and I always walk out with a smile on my face. Five star joint.

I went to Reef a few weeks ago and I was rather impressed. Ryan the budtender was amazing! He knew all his strains and what would work for my diagnosis. The staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. Definitely will be coming back!

Its my favorite place to go but my seals n some more stuff seem off most the time anymore and I dont get my full receipt if I get one and I think that Im being ripped off by someone that found a way to hustle themselves free smoke. Was legalizing this way best? I honestly dont think so. They shoulda just quit arresting people. Rather deal with a dealer than these type of husstlers. At least a dealer was honest and I could count on getting what I paid for.

So let me get this straight My friend and I drive over in a car together. Get out of the car to go inside of your store. But you wont let us shop together youre going to make us separate by 6 ft and then check out together at different cashiers because of your social distancing rules keeping in mind that we drove over together in the same car and your entire staff is behind plexiglass and we wore masks.And oh by the way your staff does not adhere to the 6-foot rule and theyre wearing masks So why do we?
