Typical B and R. I went early Saturday morning and the establishment was empty. Special ordered an ice cream cake and left.The staff taking the special order was very patient. A pleasant experience.

The 23 flavors was not worth a 26 minute wait. 11 people in line and one girl just sat and cleaned while the other girl could barely muster enough wrist strength to scoop the ice cream from the tub.I also ordered from this location through uber eats a few weeks prior, order was lacking items.

When this BR first arrived, our community was so happy. It was a pleasant friendly environment. Customer service outstanding! Not so much anymore. I go in often which I no longer will. The other day I went in and ordered 2 scoops. As my server was reaching down for my 2nd scoop, her long hair kept brushing over the scoop already in the cup. When I advised her of that and told her I didnt want that scoop due to her hair brushing over it, I got a dirty look, no apology. I went in days later and basically got ignored. I kindly asked for assistance and the older man said sorry, I didnt see you. He looked right at me😳 Ive noticed that each time Im in there, the floor is filthy, ice cream case windows are sticky and dirty. Have they changed owners? It went from being clean and pleasant to unfriendly and dirty!

Truly disappointed with this store. Ordered door dash and the peanut butter chocolate was out of stock and they replaced it with vanilla!!! Really?!? Vanilla? Why not do something closer to what I ordered?!? Like maybe, chocolate? Or Reece’s Peanut Butter Cup??? Wow! Truly amazed with their common sense!

Okay so frustrating experience the other night here. They have scoops for $1.70 on the 31st. They also have free waffle cone if you order 2 scoops or more. We confirmed before ordering that we could get both and were told, even at the register that it ended up being about $.10 because of how their system worked.My 9yr old told me to check the recipe because it didnt add up and I did to find out that they charged me full price for the waffle cone. I brought it to their attention only to be told there was nothing they could do. I told them that wasnt good enought and eventually got the attention of the manager and she said she couldnt do anything because its what theyre system was. No apology, just gave us some free scoops after she sensed my frustration.Sorry goes a long way and I didnt get anything of the sort. It wasnt about the money, it was about them telling me something and not being able to stand behind it. After reading the small print it turns out both offers cant be combined which is fine, just wish we would have known before we bought 8 double scoops.... I think well go to elsewhere and pay more next time. Anyways, theres my rant. 😀

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday in one day notice !!!

Got 2 medium mint chocolate chip milk shakes. The person that made them seemed disoriented. On the 2nd shake he first he forgot to add the milk then he forgot to add something else. It tasted like frozen milk. I tried the first one he made and it tasted way better. Maybe he forgot to add extra chocolate? I had to throw my milkshake away when I got home because it was so nasty.

I love the Mocha Blast! Its so refreshing! Im glad these guys are still open.

Live right around the corner from here and I love to go and get a nice ice cream cone. The staff is really nice and does their best to try and make you pleased. The ice cream is delicious making my experiences even better. I mean there arent many thing better than an ice cream cone on a nice summer day.

Service was good and the ice cream is tasty. However, the young staff was playing music with explicit lyrics with children in attendance.

Went to get a chocolate malt and was quite disappointed. They charged me quite a bit extra to add malt. I paid for 3 extra additional scoops of it and not only did it take forever but when I got my shake it tasted like there was no malt in it at all.

Childrens scoop is expensive, my banana split had child size scoops. Not impressed.

If I could give zero stars I would, the manager doesnt know how to treat people and the service was horrible. I am looking forward to telling my friends and family who frequent here regularly, that its time for a new spot! Businesses that treat people this way, dont stay in business. Horrible customer service
