Great place to take yard waste, ie, tree and bush clippings. They will mulch it and re sell it.Its less expensive to take yard waste to RT Donovan then the dump. Friendly and helpful staff

RT Donovan Company staff is great! It is an easy and fair priced dump for all your lawn and garden debris. Organic materials only. They also have a great selection of top soils, gravel, sands and rock.

This place is hit or miss. Their 1 yard bucket seems to be a bit smaller than everyone’s else’s in town and their employees can either be really friendly or completely rude, It just depends on the day. If you follow the speed limits on their signs, expect to get yelled at for going to fast. If you have a small piece of concrete you didn’t know was in your fill dirt you are dumping there, prepare to get yelled at.

Great local place in Spanish Springs. You can bring yard waste here and they use it in their compost pile. We have always gotten our dirt and gravel from here. Very reasonable prices.

DR is is a short distance from Spanish SpringsThis makes it quicker, easier and much cheaper than taking tree stuff to Lockwood. The place is well organized well stocked with land scaping materials. THE STAFF ARE ALL COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL i njoy every visit.

For us it’s always worth the drive because the dump fees seem to always be less than what we try to guess at just looking at our loaded up trailer. Just make sure to keep cement waste totally separate from green waste. It’s really hard for them to separate it and they’ll charge you a stiff rate to do so. The staff are always courteous and professional.

Staff was friendly, alot nicer than driving to lockwood for yard waste. had a standard truck bed and a 5×8 uhaul trailer full or branches leaves etc. was $31, cant complain

I called RT Donovan to inquire about their composting program and dropping off a few loads of sod removed from a front yard that I am in the process of xeriscaping. Kelly answered the phone and was amiable enough to start, but that quickly changed... RT Donovan charges a disingenuously quoted $7 per yard to dispose of compostable materials, with a two-yard minimum--stated more honestly, thats $14 a load for anything most pick-up trucks could handle. When I expressed some shock at the steep rate for helping RT Donovan to literally make money using my raw materials, Kelly said: Loaders dont run on cherry Kool-Aid. Well, Kelly and RT Donovan, successful businesses dont run on dishonest rate quotes, poor customer service, and snide, condescending remarks to prospective customers.
