A/C system was improperly installed and Craftsman Homes told me it just needed a refill of coolant. Brand new a/c systems shouldnt be leaking. I called a pro and they actually told me what needed to be done, Im just biting the bullet and paying pros to come out because its pointless relying on craftsmans warranty as they dont honor it.

My parents home is currently leaking water AGAIN where the roof was improperly installed and fixed STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very poor work, and they never finish the warranty work. My parents are just one example of many people that have been taken advantage of.

1.5 years later and I couldnt figure out why I was getting mice in my new home everything visible was sealed until we pulled off the panel behind the washer and dryer and found they do not insulate or plug any piping going into your home. We checked under the sinks and any plumbing that was coming in our home all of them were exposed. This is not acceptable! Not quality or care for a new home! Had to hire someone to come in fix the drywall they chewed threw and a rodent pro. Very disappointed. Make sure you check everything they do!

We purchased our home about 45 days ago and we had a few service issues that needed to be resolved and we have been nothing but impressed with the professionalism and communication from Vince and Tim during this process. Now that these minor issues have been resolved we could not be happier with our house and their exceptional salespeople. We would recommend this company to anyone based off of our experience.

Pretty basic models. 3 or 4... I like looking at the homes but this place wasnt as nice as Clayton homes in Carson City/Mound House. Worth a look but not a lot to see.

Very frustrating to work with. 4 months after delivery they still have not fixed the items that THEY listed during our walkthrough. They lost track of their notes and photos (for which they charged us $500) and then expected us to duplicate them for them. The linoleum is still rolled back in the kitchen with some tears in it, paint is needed to be touched up and when they called us today we were told that they didnt have anything for us, whatever that means. Now they say theyll call us back in a week or 2. Cheap quality, very shoddy workmanship and being continually blown off (now that its 100% paid for) we would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME FOR OUR PROPERTY BUT WILL NOT BE USING CRAPSMAN HOMES AFTER REVIEWING HOW THEY TREATED OUR NEIGHBOR AND DELIVERED A DESTROYED HOME AND JUST EXPECT THEM TO EXCEPT IT. LEAKS, BENT FLOORS, DAMAGED FRAME, UNFINISHED. SEEMS LIKE YOU ALL WOULD ROLL BETTER THEN THAT, ESPECIALLY IN DEALING WITH A WAR VET AND HIS FAMILY. SHAME ON YOU.

Emailed over a week ago and I never heard back from them. Called today and they told me that they would have to call me back to answer any questions. That is the definition of horrible customer service. I simply wanted a price on a house with installation. But I will take my business elsewhere.

I was able to look at all that I wanted, without being hounded. They were very helpful with all my questions that I had.

My sons light in his room flashes on and off and so does my bathroom light. Ive told them this multiple times and no one seems to know what they are doing, they just keep replacing the light bulbs. The matinenece guy brought out 3 different incorrect chalk colors when all of the bathtubs and counter tops were cracked. We ended up doing it on our own. The woman on the phone thought she put me on hold and then preceded to talk bad about me to her co worker. Our roof cap flew off within 6 months of being built. Our paint it coming off in our bathroom. This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever dealt with.

Drove in from Las Vegas because associate stated they would be open. Arrived at 12:15 on July 2nd. The gates are locked called the cell number and left a message that we would be around for a couple of hours. We didnt receive any call backs. Left at 230. Took 2 emails prior to getting a response, then I had to call them to receive the wrong information.

We bought our home three months ago, and couldnt be happier. Everyone we deal with was very professional, and what was promised was delivered.
