Business has their license suspended. Cant get a hold of them on project they are completing for me. Wont return phone calls

Reno Patio did a great job on our patio cover.What was particularly impressive was when something didnt go exactly as planned, as can happen occasionally on a large job like this, their immediate response was, Well take care of it.. And they did.

Wow!!!!! I’m actually at a loss for words, but I promised a review!!! These guys are top notch!!! Kind, safe, fast, highly knowledgeable, and the customer service everyone was amazing!!!! If your in the market, these guys are willing to go the extra mile, willing to work with you and they don’t give you the run around! We had our awning put up a couple months ago, we got a super deal, off season.They went above and beyond the call of duty.We love everything about it. The color, the size and the shade.They did a super nice job.We appreciate their quick,professional work.Its just what we ordered.Id refer them to everyone.Great selection,You wont be disappointed

I had my patio cover done with this company. There were and there still are problems and they are NOT willing to correct the problems year after year. The staff is terrible and new most of the time, and the owner does not give a darn about customers. Their technicians dont do the work right to start with which is the problem with my installation where the post covers are buckling. These techs change so frequently, there must be a good reason for it. Save yourself from headaches and Dont make the mistake of dealing with these people.New info - I finally found out that they did NOT use adequate concrete for the steel post footings, and therefore, two of the posts move and cause the aluminum covers to buckle up. In addition, those footings especially one of them badly cracked my patio concrete slab, which I have re-done. Thats how I found out the way cheated on the footings. Dont say you are not warned about these cheaters.

So far not impressed. We signed our contract on May 14, with an eta of 8-10 weeks. It is now August 22 and we still do not have our patio cover, and this week puts us at the 12 week mark. They have never reached out to me, all of the contact has been initiated by me.Two weeks ago they told me that it would be in by August 31. We shall see.I can only hope that their workmanship and materials quality makes this worth the wait.

We love our new sunroom. We took almost 6 months deciding what we wanted ad the saleman from Reno Patio was able to help us out by asking all the right question. Our home is on the market now and we will probably be back again guys. Thanks !

Excellent workmanship by the team at Reno Patio. The patio looks like it was built with the house.

On May 4th of this year my wife and I met at our home with the salesman for Reno Patio. We spoke with him at length regarding our vision of the pergola we wanted to have built over a round, paving stone deck, emphasizing that we wanted it to have a rounded front to accent the deck. When we questioned him about being able to construct it the way we wanted, he told us that it would be no problem and showed us a photo of a cover done by Reno Patio with a rounded front. We signed a contract that day and provided him with a substantial deposit (50% of the total price.) On the contract there was a tiny sketch made by the salesman. According to our discussions with the salesman, a city building permit would not be necessary and Reno Patio would handle all required HOA paperwork and approvals. We would have our cover in place for the summer.Two weeks later, on May 18th, another employee of Reno Patio came out to our house to make some measurements, presumably to prepare the HOA paperwork and the shop drawings which were to be used to order materials. We reiterated to that employee that the pergola was to have a rounded front to match the deck. He also told us no problem.We didnt hear anything from Reno Patio for over a month. When I called the office in late June to check on the status of our order, I was told that they were waiting on a response from the HOA on the plans that had been submitted. I later found out that that the HOA did not even receive the paperwork until July 1st and that was after I had made several calls to Reno Patios office.Another month went by with no word and no action by Reno Patio until I made some additional phone calls and threatened to cancel the order. During one of those calls the owner, Rich, told me to go ahead and cancel but that he was going to keep my deposit. Then, all of a sudden, after a call to the state contractors board, the materials were ordered and the job was scheduled.When the installation crew showed up they were surprised to find out that the pergola which we thought we had ordered was supposed to have a round front. The materials they had been provided were for a square cover. The crew diligently attempted to make the cover the way we wanted but had to work within the limitations of the materials provided to them. To date, we do not have a cover completed to our satisfaction.There are major communication issues with this company, beginning with their salesman, who seems to be more interested in making a sale than keeping a customer happy. Their customer service is non-existent. Calls and emails go unanswered and unreturned. Nobody documents or seems to remember conversations. They do not provide working drawings of their proposals for customer approval, which would go a long ways to prevent misunderstandings.Its now the last week in September and the pergola has not been completed to our satisfaction. There has been absolutely no communications from the Reno Patio office on the subject and my emails to the salesman have gone unanswered. To anyone contemplating doing business with Reno Patio, I say buyer beware!

Terrible customer service.. just threw brochures at us,told us to go look on line for stoves. No one there but me... barely could give me any time.. wont be back.

When quoting fireplace prices they do not quote installation and the flue pipe. When asked to give a complete quote, they do not respond. There is almost never anyone there answering the phone, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
