At 7 pm on aSaturday, I called this business and spoke to the owner, Tim, who was ready and eager to help me. I sent him the info for the part I needed and I paid over the phone, received detailed photos of what I needed... receipt, part and a box outside of the business that he put the part in for me to pick up at my convenience!!! Highly recommend and Ive got a new appliance parts and repair connection!!! Yay.,

Great customer service. Got part very quickly. Knew what he was talking about. Knew what the part warranty was. Other vendors either didnt know the part warranty or were loathe to state it. Feel much more confident with someone who knows how to repair as opposed to just a parts counter person.

Drove 45 minutes to find they was closed after saying on their website they was open til 6:00

No complaints on my end. He was on time (I live in the boonies, figured he would be later than expected). He was professional (knew exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for). And once he got to the part, he replaced it with name brand quality parts. I would highly recommend this company.

Called him on a Saturday and he walked me through diagnosing my washing machine and gave me step by step directions only to give them to my bf again because I forgot haft way through. While selling me the part I needed, not even the one I called for since I didnt need that part, told me what tools I needed to fix it. Id give 10 stars if i could.

Rip off and will over charge.Brags about condemning your machine so he doesnt have to use a tool to fix it and get your service call fee..Better off getting your parts from G&E bc hell make money off the parts too...No license or bonding at that...Smokes dope on the job and in his buildingTry ya luck with him if you want but when you get that bill youll see...Drives a new truck bc the gf hes with Co singed and hes making you all pay for it in a hurrry!
