Have bought appliances from Burnetts for 40 years...except for the mistake 6 years ago of buying a washer from Lowes--thinking that a large co. would be far cheaper--plus veterans discount my husband gets. Mistake!!! Burnetts is able to get the same deals as Lowes! Antwon just delivered our new washer--maneuvered so carefully not to even touch the door frame, set it up and then showed me how to use it!!! They are super!!! Will never buy from anyone else!! I can not say enough good things about this appliance store. They have a huge selection of all the best appliance and such a willing and knowledgeable staff to assist and guide in such important purchases. Mark West went above and beyond through the whole process, from product selection and ordering to updates and even accepted my return hassle free when I ordered the wrong size hood ( completely my fault). I will never buy another appliance anywhere else as long as bob burnetts is still around.

Been going to Bob Burnetts since we moved here 5 years ago. They always have a smile and a kids corner for my children. The guys will always carry out my big bag of Big Green Egg charcoal for me and load it in the car and I dont even have to ask. When I call with a question, they always follow up and call back.

We traveled down from Charlotte because a sudden tragic loss meant we needed a freezer during the chaos of Covid19 apocalypse style hoarding. Thankfully, Everette and Bob Burnetts had what we desperately needed and I paid half sight unseen. The price for the 21 cu. ft upright freezer was as competitive as any big box store, if not a little better, and it made me feel good to buy from a family store. Great customer care and a business philosophy you sadly dont find very often nowadays. We will make the drive from Charlotte for any future appliance needs. Thank you all SO much!!!

We love Bob Burnetts! During New Years week when we our overnight guests were about to arrive, our 30 year old garage fridge that had been acting a bit off finally went on the fritz. We called a very dependable repair man who promptly arrived & diagnosed our problem as terminal & suggested we get a new fridge right away because ours was full of meat & other food that would be lost within 24 hours. This was New Years Eve afternoon!As soon as our guests arrived, we dragged them along to two big box stores that had fridges on sale & advertise next day delivery. The first one didnt even have time to wait on us, and when my husband asked a distracted sales person about delivery scheduling, she indicated that it would be the following week. The second one (once we cornered a sales person) said, sorry, no delivery for the next few days. As we were walking out of store number two, I called Bob Burnetts (where wed bought the perfect gas range & microwave a couple of years before), told them our dilemma, and though they were in the process of closing for the day, we described what we needed, they identified the fridge we wanted, told us they could have it at our house within about 20 minutes! We bought it sight unseen ~ relying on their assessment and comprehension of our verbally described needs. And they delivered EXACTLY what we wanted! Johnny delivered it just moments after we got home, patiently waited while we unloaded our old fridge & freezer, installed it & hauled off our old defunct model. Our food is safe & our new ice maker is excellent.Kudos to Bob Burnetts ~ they went waaaaay above and beyond! They rescued us from a potential crisis. We love our new side by side GE! Its everything we could have asked for & the on-the-spot amazing service was definitely what makes hometown family owned stores the VERY BEST!
