They have different kinds of natural detox supplements and oils just to name a few. I started my journey in June this year and I have seen a tremendous change and down 45 lbs. within 2 1/2 months, not only that I was diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes since I have been aligning my life spirituality and naturally my medications decreased/cut from my life’s daily regiments. I have decomposing bones in my neck and a compressed spine. The Spartanburg Salt Cave is the only relief I get from the nerve pain. The massager hits every nerve in the right place to relax and restore the muscle tone, its better than a visit to a pain specialist who uses steroids that is not good for the body. By the way, I recently had bone rubbing against bone in my lower spine next to the hip joint (so severe I had to go to emergency and cannot take pain medication because Im allergic) and honestly the pain never got better until I used Dr. Wells WELLNESS CREAM!!! Dont know whats in that stuff but it really worked...thank you Dr. Wells.

My wife and I went here for their Valentines special, they are wonderful. We spent time in the salt cave, then had a couples massage. We will be returning for future visits.The owner and staff were great. If you are looking for a different spa experience you should give them a call.

WOW WOW WOW!! This place is absolutely amazing! I sent my mother here for mothers day and they went above and beyond to make sure she had a great experience. The massages are great. The place is beautiful and as soon as you go in you feel peace. The staff just goes all out for you. They provide EXCELLENT customer service. Their CS is literally top notch. Made a reservation for my wife and family. Reservation was for 2. They could not find the reservation. Finally found it but told them that the reservation is not till 215. Which is no problem. We had a Groupon for 45 minutes. At 2:48 they knocked on the door that time was up. My wife enjoyed the experience However did not get the allotted time. Left a review on Groupon. They reached out and kept saying that I am wrong and that they have cameras to prove it. Unfortunate for the lack of custom service. They really enjoyed the experience even though it was brief.

My lady and I went to visit and support a B.O.B. The atmosphere was great, quiet, the staff was very attentive to our needs and above all else themselevs while staying professional. The experience was amazing. Amongst other things they sale white sage. This is not always easy to find. Prices are affordable for products and services. This is a place you want to take the perosn you share your time with and get treated together. A real couples quality time place. Make sure you check them out and give referals. This a very special place. When you walk in you can feel the peace and you feel at one with yourself. The owner was very nice and has put a lot of work in to make this a vital extension for people to learn and become aware of what their body needs. While trying to relax in the salt cave a staff member turned on the lights and very loudly asked if we were enjoying our treatment then proceeded to ask us to complete paperwork for our massages. This startled us both from relaxation and seemed out of order since we arrived to our appointments 15 minutes early.Our hour massage was more like 30 minutes. We were never asked to turn over for the tops of our legs, arms, etc., to be massaged. The room was tiny for a couples massage and the masseuse for my wife kept bumping into my and my masseuse. Not relaxing, not a full treatment and one of the worst massages either of us has ever had. For the money go to Asheville Salt Cave.

Wonderful experience from the moment I booked online until my husband and I left after our amazing, relaxing afternoon. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived and were treated like family throughout our massage, hot tea break and time in the salt cave. You can really tell how caring and passionate the entire staff is. The massage I received today was without a doubt, the BEST I’ve ever had. I felt completely comfortable and connected with my masseuse. I just had my first experience at the Spartanburg Salt Cave. I received a Reiki Chakra session by Dr. Wells. After my session I felt so light, relaxed and free of the heaviness I had been carrying with me. I highly recommend you pay them a visit. Her and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at home. Can not wait to return!

How ive lived in the area for 3 years, and did not know about the Salt Cave Spartenburg is just a crime against myself. The atmosphere is very relaxing, my massage with Maria was great, I’m not sure what her name is...but I spoke with someone about the products in the store and what else they can get. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just seemed like a genuinely nice person. 1000% love this place.

Spartanburg salt cave has tue best products for health and wellness. I love the oatmeal bar soap and the stress relief oil.

My husband and I did the Deluxe couples massage. It included 45 minutes in the salt cave, a couples massage, wine and strawberries. We have never done something like this but we absolutely will again. Sherian was my masseuse And she was amazing she took the time to ask about my specific needs and a massage and made sure to get it done. Before going there I have had a headache for three weeks in my hand was so swollen I couldn’t even make a fist. When I left my headache was gone and I could close my hand for the first time in three weeks. We absolutely will be back

Due to COVID-19; I wasn’t able to experience the “salt cave”, but I was able to order items, and do a pick up. I first spoke with Sherian over the phone, and she was so helpful! She answered every question, gave me suggestions, and helped me with whatever else I needed. Did I mention that she knows her stuff?! I was comfortable with her before I even met her! I am so pleased with all the items that I purchased! I will be back for sure! Thank you Sherian for giving the Upstate this gem!!

Living in Canada it’s difficult to do reiki in person without Denise. I’m beyond grateful that she does distance reiki. I finished feeling less stressed, less tension in my body and just had this sense of calmness. You know I’ll be back!!!
