Hugo was very professional and was prompt at reasonable cost with repair service at my home as the rear window was broken out of my car. My car is a 2010 and Jose and Steven went above and beyond to get the glass and wiper inserted right with the parts needed. They were professional and did a great job. Hugo and his team were absolutely awesome at getting me out of a bad situation. We run a distribution warehouse out of Cowpens, SC. One of our big trucks had a windshield that got cracked. If you know anything about DOT, then you’ll know that they’ll pull a flatbed in a heartbeat for having a cracked windshield. I called numerous companies with no luck. Everyone said they were out of the specific windshield I needed or they wouldn’t be able to get to us for atleast a week. This NEEDED to be fixed ASAP and it also needed to be fixed while working around our existing deliveries that were scheduled. I’m a HUGE advocate of communication and these guys went above and beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road… Legally! I highly recommend this group of professionals! They were fast, courteous, great with communication, they came directly to us, were extremely friendly and ultimately they worked around my needs. I facebook Hugo yesterday asking about his price and his response is immediate.Although it was a Saturday, he knew I was driving in from out of town and made some time to install the windshield!!!!Let me play how I would do a commercial for him in my head. Im sitting at a tea shop thanking my lucky stars I found him and got my windshield replaced- since driving with a broken windshield is not ideal for me in the rain.Where I am from, they quoted me double the price Hugo charged me for the windshield and installation. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT!!! The incredibly afforable low price of my windshield and installation was LESS than all of the other businesses I called!!! I am talking about half of what they quoted! ****He even fixed an issue the previous company broke!!!Thank goodness for people like Hugo who still believe in offering quality services at an afforable price! Contacted Express Auto Glass after my rear passenger window didnt want to roll up. Hugo and his son came out in the rain and cold to my home to check it out. After he diagnosed the problem, I needed to drop my car off to him at his place of business for him to fix the electrical issue that was stopping my window from rolling up. I didnt have a way home so his kind wife drove me and my 1 year old home and she even offered to come back to pick me up to come get my vehicle. He gave me a 4 hour window and my car was completed in 2 hours. This business is very professional. The customer service I received from Hugo and his wife was fantastic. I wished I could give 10 stars! If you are experiencing a window issue or in need of a windshield replacement, this is the go to place for you!
