I cannot say enough good things about this place. Derek went out of his way to make me a last-minute appointment and then because I couldnt get my car to start he changed the appointment for me. To push it out so that I could still be seen today and get my battery replaced. It was quick under an hour so that I could get back to work this afternoon. If we need something done we definitely will be back.

I was a first-time customer and as long as Im still in the area, I will definitely return. I appreciate the kindness from the employees and their professionalism. They were also kind to my kids and offered them hot cocoa. These things matter, especially during pandemic times. Making an appointment was easy and the prices are very competitive.

Amazing customer service! Brought our car in for a tire and dropped it off. When the technicians were going to replace tire they noticed there was also another flat. They called us to inform us of the situation and we proceeded for 2 tires to be replaced. This is an older vehicle. To sum this experience up there was a lot of calling to inform us the needs for this car. My husband and I both spoke with John and Derrick. They are both very personable and knowledgable. We received excellent service with no hidden costs. They gave us an itemized list of most importance of work this vehicle needs to be safe and reliable! We definitely will return to complete the needed work. Highly recommend if you like dealing with people with integrity!

Disappointed in the wait it has taken to have my car fixed. I dropped it off Monday and Friday at 5 the part is still not even at the store after ordering the wrong part for something that wasn’t the issue. Only when the wrong part was attempted to be installed did they find the actual issue. New part was ordered but no updates. Was quoted potentially next week to get my car. Called on Friday at 5- part may* arrive Saturday.Staff is always very nice and helpful. They are always quick to fix issues, so this experience is hopefully an outlier. Just a very frustrating one.

Great shop, Taylor and his guys are really professional and curtious, on our way to Orlando and had an issue, they stopped what they were doing to make sure my family and I were safe to travel, which were not. Im leaving the car with them because I feel I can trust them and the work. Thank you guys.

One of the most horrible experiences ever. Had a bad tire which led me to get a new set altogether. Being that we already have a NTB account, I decided to purchase tires there. Sat outside for an hour after my truck had been in the air before an associate came out to say they were having problems putting the particular tires I had chosen onto the truck and if we wanted to try another set. We go in to see other options, but did not find any similar, so we told the manager we would just go elsewhere. Upon waiting, we hear tools being thrown and go to to where the truck is and see that they had 3 of the 4 new tires already on and they were now taking them off and putting my old ones back on. They never communicated that they were only having problems with 1 tire, so that made us even more upset and asked to speak with management. He was huffing and puffing and had a whole attitude instead of trying to find a sensible solution. Needless to say, we left after they threw my old tires back on without balancing them at all with our children who have to ride in the car risking our and their safety. Very non professional and will NOT be returning back.

I got off work at 5:30 thinking I could find a quick oil change because I work business hours but no it’s still an hour later my vehicle has not been started on or anything. You guys just need to close at 5:30 like every one else if you’re not going to do your job. This is ridiculous. None of my oil changes took more than 10 minutes max.

Commercial account, ordered tire yesterday. Called this morning to verify tire had arrived. Sent my driver out to this store and when he arrives nobody knows anything. Call in, give the associate all the account and tire information and get told Cant do anything for you. Give him tire manufacturer, model name and size, ask him to go check and see if he can find it, Ive got a lot of tires, Im kinda busy. I got heated, told him to go find my tire and he hung up on me.Eventually someone there did locate the tire and gave it to my driver. However the associate charged us $3.00 for a tire disposal fee and claims they cannot take it off.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation this morning and their technicians pointed out a safety issue with my brakes. A huge thanks to this hard working staff for keeping me safe!!

Customer Service at this store is atrocious! I ordered a set of tires under the 4th of July promotion and made an appointment to come in a week later because they had to order the tires. When I showed up for the appointment I was informed that the promotion had ended and I would have to pay full price, even though I had already ordered tires and had an appointment. The manager, Hector, was not willing to do anything to honor the price I was quoted. I usually like shopping with NTB but I would strongly advise against doing business with this store!

This place has been nothing if not exceptional! They where able to work on my tires fast and it didnt smell like a gas station when they where done.

I was traveling through Spartanburg today when my car began to make a loud sound. I stopped by NTB and they discovered it was just a lose cover under the car. They were very nice, fixed it in a matter of minutes and didn’t even charge me. They were friendly, and kind. I really appreciated this act of kindness. I strongly recommend them and if I Iived near, I would surely visit them for any car needs.

This place needs to work on the way they treat customers. I have encountered the rudest staff members during my visit. I dont understand how they stay in business.

Took car to them on Monday to see what was wrong with tire since was going flat. Found nail in side wall. Needed to order tire and would be in Tuesday. Took half day off work and get there around 3 to learn they ordered the wrong tire!

Excellent service in my experience there they explain everything they find and give you the option to have it done there or skip no pressure a little long on the time for just oil service but overall an excellent experience

The last two weeks I’ve had tire issues and they were very acommodating. First time, I thought I had a slow leak but they inspected everything for free and stated there was nothing wrong. Today, I got a thick sharp piece of metal stuck in my tire and got a flat within seconds. They were able to find my tire (last in stock), fit me in two hours before close, and charged me an affordable price compared to other local tire stores. They were very polite and helpful the entire time. I will be coming back for my tire needs (that I hopefully won’t need any time soon).

Tried to take my car in yesterday afternoon to get an inspection needed for Uber, but was told it would be in my best interest to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. So, I took that advice and came in for my scheduled appointment today, but left without anything done. I had an appointment at noon- and my car never made it into the shop so after 12:30 I requested for my keys and left. Seems like having an appointment does not get you anywhere...

Went in for new tires ended up getting a better deal than i thought. Also i was unaware that NTB provided others services like alignments and suspension parts replacement, just to name a few. The gentleman attending me was upfront about costs and was fair with pricing.

Didnt have the tires I had chosen but recommended another set that was comparable and a slight bit cheaper.

Pulled in the parking lot, with a flat tire. Facility had just closed. 2 Male employees saw us struggling. Drove right by!!!! Nevere never never!!! Rude

Do not go here. I dont know why I still come here this was my third time. I know I swore never to come back after the first time when they failed to put on the power steering and alternator belt, causing me to fix it myself after them calling me a liar even though I gave them a receipt. I am happy with my second experience but all they had to do was change the tire. Now the last time is consequently the last straw when they took four hours to do an oil change even though I had a scheduled appointment. I first realized I was going to have a bad experience when they couldnt get my hood open. I ended up waisting my time and $90 even though they couldnt even reset my car so the check engine light wouldnt come on. Go anywhere else or have a friend do your work just not ntb.

I needed to rotate my tires and checked out NTB Sunday morning. I was able to make an appointment for the very same day! I arrived early, was greeted promptly and they completed the work in no time flat :) Great experience and I will go back for the next time I need service. Thank you!

Obviously having an appointment means nothing at this location. Scheduled and appointment on 6/3 for 6/5. And they have no record of it. Being told it may take up to 3 hours for an oil change and alignment . Associate did everything to sale me the year alignment last time, and now that I’m back this associate act as though he don’t want check. Unbelievable!

Said it would be 30 minutes took nearly two hours for an oil change, tire rotation comes with the oil change. They did not rotate my tires. Definitely would not recommend for family or friends. I left unsatisfied.

I called NTB to see if they had a battery for my car in stock. They said they did. I took the car to their shop and soon found out that they did not know how to change a batter in a Mercedes. Since the battery had never been replaced it was required that they cut the carpet under the front seat, they refused to do it because they could not take that liability. I said, you have my permission to cut the carpet. They refused. I said give me the knife and I will cut it. Still the answer was no. I then asked if they would order a hose for the car since it had developed a small leak. They said they would and that they would have it the next day. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not heard from them at all. I assumed that they simply did not want to repair the vehicle. Obviously I took my vehicle elsewhere and had it repaired with no problems. I would not recommend going to NTB on Warren H. Abernathy Hwy in Spartanburg. It looks like they can only install tires, and after my experience I would even be leery of that. I have no intention of visiting that establishment again. I grudgingly give them 1 star.

I showed up at 440pm on a Sunday afternoon with a tire emergency. Not only did the guys stay late and take care of my tire issue they did it with a smile and acted like it was no big deal I showed up 20 minutes before closing! Thank you NTB. I would put no stars if I could! I went in for a $19.99 oil change and asked them to change my headlight bulb ($10 at my mechanic but I was there already) When my son called me and told me they were trying to charge me over $200 for everything, I flipped! I told them they needed to call people when it was over a certain amount and that I didnt have that kind of money. They got it down for me but it took 3 times of telling them I didnt have it. Then come to find out, they charged me more for the oil change so they had to fix that. The finale was when I opened my car door for the first time this morning, I found they left grease all over my carpet floor mat! Talk about mad! I was going to buy my tires there but I will never go back! I get mad everytime I think about the charge and my mat!

Stopped in on a Saturday at 1:30. There was one sales associate working with 4 people in line. Only two service folks/mechanics. Waited at least 20min to be spoken to. No biggie... finally tell the guy I need an oil change and tire rotation. He says “I’ll take it back in 20min. and it will be done in 30min after that.” 2 hours later I’m still waiting. No updates + No apologies = no return.

Dirty up my truck after i waxed. Took 2hrs to do oil change n rotation. My oil plug gasket broke n i get charged for it instead of them paying for it since it happened on them.. PS the truck is brand new. Took it there for it first oil change n its not going back EVER

Just be honest and communicate instead of beating around the bush and giving people the run around.

Wife went there for an oil change, sold her new radiator, shocks, exhaust system, transmission fluid change, battery and whatever. A $40 dollar job turned into a $900. There was NO DRIPS OR SPOTS on the driveway. They seem to love woman to come in and scare them that this work needs to be done now. Would I have her go again or would I, HELL NO !!!

I had an issue and I was blessed to interact with one of the best customer service representatives-Stephen Rudolph. My view of NTB as a company has changed because I feel that they really do care about their customers. They will be keeping our business for years to come. Thanks NTB!

So the very nice man at the front tried to sell me on a buy 2 get 2 deal on tires, for over $400. Now I dont know about you but to me that sounds ridiculous, I went in just needing ONE tire. I honestly cant help but to think there was an attempt to take advantage of my situation since I was desperate for help. I dont think I will recommend or return to this place

My appointment was at noon in which I was advised to be here at least 45 minutes. 45 minutes has turned into over 2 hours! Its not that the location is super busy! I simply came to get 1 tire put on my car. The technician advised the reason its taking so long is because they ran out of wheel weights ???? Needless to say, ive run out od patience! My time is valuable, as well as the 2 other customers time who are waiting too. As a result I will not be a repeat customer. I dont feel the employees at this location take their jobs serious.

Called and spoke to the store mgr on Saturday concerning a set of tires. A price was quoted over the phone. The tires were ordered the next day. The tires arrived 9 days later. Went in to have the tires mounted and the price had increased over 100 dollars. Would not honor the orginal quote.

Heard some horror stories from my friends, so I went in to get some information for myself. They wanted to charge over $200 labor for a less than 30 minute job just to replace an exhaust gasket. Wont be taking any of my vehicles here.
