I love Target. Bought a nice TV wall mount from Target. Super easy to install. Full motion, tilts up and down, left and right. Easily moves forward and back for easy access to TV hook ups.

I am always greeted when I come to this location and the atmosphere is grand. The manager helped me with an item that I worked so hard to get and Laura came through for me. It started online and it quickly did a price change increase while I was trying to order it.

Good customer service and helpful employees they help me find my son a Donald duck when I went to eight different stores to look for it the employees went out her way to find get it they only have one in stock she deserves a raise

Store is always clean, people are friendly and they always have what I need but most importantly speedy checkouts.

Picked up an Online Order today. It was Easy! It was Fast! And while I was there I decided to look for something else I needed.... which was a win win. I have always liked Target and much prefer shopping there to Walmart which never has enough registers open.

This used to be my favorite store for groceries & home goods. Now I have to check myself out for a whole cart of $200+ worth of products. Not one cashier at all, only self checkouts. This is ridiculous. Going to publix instead next time so I dont have to bag my own order 😡

I come here all the time and the employees are always super friendly and helpful. I was at the self checkout today when I realized a barcode had been ripped off of the packaging of one of my items. The employee watching over the self checkout (I didn’t see her name unfortunately) was immediately helpful and even gave me 15% off for the damage to the packaging! Love shopping here

I love Target, but they need more checkout lanes open. Sometimes in the morning, there is only self checkout available. Staff is always friendly and helpful — especially in the grocery department.

I just moved to town and had ordered a lot of things and scheduled stuff to be picked up. There was a cart full that I had to return to store and bc I have pretty bad social anxiety I was a mess going in but tried to keep everything organized and simple so it wouldn’t be such a hassle for the employees or people also trying to return and pickup. Joannie (hoping I spelled her name correctly) was so nice and really didn’t seem to be bothered at all by my mess of a situation. I’m really appreciative of her help, kindness and look forward to shopping here.

Products and promotions they runs I love usually have shelfs stocked always. But I will not return people of a bad experience I had with a manager/shift lead and then the next two times same lady had a issue with me.

I went to this Target for the first time. Shelves were bare in many departments. Wanted to shop around because there was not very many people there. Clothing selection was very limited as were bedding selections. HBA shelves were empty. Left not getting the few things I actually needed.

As soon as I walked up to customer service the customer service representative didn’t let me say a word and said No. no, we are not doing returns because of COVIN-19. Didn’t wait for me to say anything and didn’t say it politely. She had Horrible people skills & seemed to be mad at me for coming in.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This location is usually busy. Plan to wait to checkout. Store is well stocked but sometimes messy.

The employees are super friendly, professional and very helpful. Target sells quality items and you will find everything you need from food to clothes to school supplies and even more!

John, the store manager, was very helpful and accommodating. When the hourly-wage young workers could not solve the problem and could do nothing more to ameliorate the situation, thank God John was there and stepped in to make it right. And Jeff, the assistant manager, was with him.

I usually have a great experience when I’m purchasing in the store but their order pick up service is HORRIBLE. There’s no place to sign in, I had to ask the manager to help us in line otherwise we would’ve just been waiting, they could not find my order (but they eventually did), and the person behind me couldn’t get his order because it wasn’t in the store even though it told him it was ready. They need to do better.

Before I could put my car in park all the way but order was there. The attendant was friendly, used social distancing and my order was correct! Will use again!

Clean, comfortable and employees are the friendliest Ive come across in years. Anytime you need help it seems like someone is always close by and Im not sure if they teach their employees to be so friendly or just hire that good, but Im always treated nice and given assistance above what Id normally expect. Highly recommend.

Love this store! One of my favorites to go browse in spare time. Check out line is just a disaster though :( It’s always self checkout even if you have like 200 items in your cart, which is not fun. I’ve also applied for a job here several times & they won’t take me into consideration.

Fun place to shop! Always a clean store and lots of great options. The prices are a little more than at other stores, but you really get what you pay for. Target has a lot more unique items and takes great care of their customers. I prefer to come here over other places because Target chooses to focus on quality over saving a few pennies but compromising on quality. Come and see the difference for yourself!

I would be so so happy if you made Target into a Super Target. Even if it was a relocation in the area with more space. Id be there about everyday then!!

Always clean friendly staff

I know Im in the minority here, but Target is extremely overrated. Its more about being trendy and much less about variety and having choices for pretty much everything youd need in one place. The prices are also not as good as other locations. All of that said, this location is about average as far as Target goes. One tip, theres some parking along the side of the store that almost always has empty spots in it, even when its pretty full in the main lot.

The Spartanburg Target Team did an awesome job working together to take care of all of the customers in line to check out. We were only in line 30 minutes. Summer camp here we come!

Target will not hire you if your in college i had a interview and i told them about my schedule she wrote down my schedule like she was gone hire me and they didnt email me back i will not send and friends or family there to apply with them there management is horrible and i was 15 mins early for my interview and they still was late getting me and i wasn’t welcome with anything nor a seat i had to stand the entire time very disappointed !!!!!

Prices lower than expected on several key grocery items so did most of our shopping here instead of Aldi

Let me start by saying that I absolutely loved Target; it had been my favorite store ever since childhood. However, the encounter I had today completely changed my perspective. I went to the self-checkout today to purchase a bikini, which ended up being $32.08. I slid two twenty dollar bills into the cash inserter, and received only $7.75 back in change. 17¢ really isn’t a big deal, so I grabbed my bag and walked towards the exit. As I was leaving, some obnoxious male associate in combat boots sporting a buzz cut screamed at me, “MA’AM STOP”, causing every other customer in the store to stop and direct their attention towards me. I went back to the self-checkout, where I had recently paid out, and expected him to give me back my 17¢ I had never received. However, that was not the case, he instantly started keying in numbers and tried to go back to my transaction. He then told me that he was, “making sure I paid.” He had watched me the whole time I paid, I’m sure of it, because I could basically feel him breathing down my neck. This associate tried to accuse me of stealing, after he watched me payout! After he saw that I had in fact, paid for my bikini, he did not say a word. No apology, no look of regret, nothing...he simply turned around and walked back to stare at another customer as they paid out. Needless to say, I will not be back to this location, and Target should really have a talk with this poorly-dressed boy.

They are very clean and pretty well organized, but there were a lot of empty spaces on the shelves. I had a difficult time finding a water pitchre and ended up back with the picnic supplies getting one. They should have a better selection but I overall this is a good store.

I loved going to Target, especially this one. Unfortunately I have not gone back since their bathroom decision. I will say though, that this really was one of my favorite stores. I loved that they had the free gift card deals on specific items, and got myself a KitchenAid with all the gift cards I had gotten. The store is clean, they have great selections and the prices were always good. Pair it with Cartwheel and you can get really good deals.

I really like Target. I can always find something there. Good quality merchandise. Their price on food is reasonable too.

Its Target! Id be proud to have a flash mob dance here!They have a pretty well stocked store. Mostly non food items, although they do have a small grocery section that offers a decent selection for your quick in and out shopping needs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Have gotten to know a lot of young people there. They have all been a big help especially Charity Wazny and Alannah Johnson.

Being almost 9 months pregnant one girl loaded into my buggie off the shelf and another one took it out to my car for me! Thank you sweet ladies so much for al your help!

Taeget is a great place to go shopping. There are so many things. Almost every type of thing you could possibly look for. All in great condition and is big and organized.

The people who work in electronics are very lazy. Especially the middle aged blonde woman. Wish i had gotten her name. The younger people who work there aren’t any better. They have a buy 2 get 1 free sale on there games but it excludes switch games yet they hang the ad on switch games. This is why i shop on amazon more!

It was easy to find the pick. There was not a long wait and it did not take long to receive my order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered to help me get the item to my car, since it was very large.

Went in last night thinking they had 30% off bedding. Turns out it was online only. We stood in the aisle to order and it said the order would be ready within 2 hours. I asked a manager if someone was available to do it then so we didnt have to make an extra trip. He was on break but by the time we finished shopping (15 mins or less in time), the manager approached me and said your order is ready at customer service! Very impressed with the willingness to help someone.

Target was great but the new Starbucks has rude employees. My husband and I ordered and paid for food and had already got our coffees and the line was getting longer and when we asked about the food we were told she would get them when she was done with the customers, like we weren’t customers ourselves. She continued to wait on at least 7 more people before the other girl finally got them for us.

I absolutely love Target. The store is always clean and orderly. The prices for the quality you get and the courteous cashiers makes shopping at Target a pleasure!

I shop here about once every two weeks and Ive never had a bad experience. The cashiers are friendly. The store seems to be clean most of the time. The times Ive made returns, I havent had any trouble. I wish they had more maternity wear!

Who doesnt love target? Its like a smaller version of Walmart with a little more class. Employees are definitely more friendly and willing to help. Still cheaper than most department stores and you still get that one stop shopping done without being overcrowded or have to walk several miles to find everything you need.

I always have problems when trying to return items WITH a receipt. I bought items from the Spartanburg store that I noticed were about $8 overpriced compared to Target online and the other Target stores. I brought back the untouched items, the receipt, and the untouched promotional gift card. They REFUSED to give me all of my money back stating Targets systems were apparently inefficient and could not handle the return properly. I should be able to receive ALL of the cash I paid back. This is one of several issues I have had and no longer want to shop at Target. Customer service is just as bad here as it is at Walmart.

Posting this on behalf of my brother. Purchased an item that he found damaged upon opening. He called seeking them to set him aside another identical item until he could drive back up to exchange them. Was originally informed that they could not do so and after speaking with a manager was told that they would make an “exception” in this instance IF they had any more of the item in stock. After being put on hold for a few minutes he was informed that they did NOT have any more in stock. This seemed odd since he was there less than an hour before when he purchased the item and there were many available. So, he decided to go out of his way and make the additional trip to the location. And lo and behold there he DOES find the item IS in fact in stock! Say, whaaaaa?! I know. After catching them in the lie he could not get the manager he spoke with to come to the front. He tried getting them to come to the phone after calling and again was ignored. Too scared to face him after their ridiculously awful customer service and being caught in their lie! Have to say this boggles my mind. Truly amazing management at work...
