Delivered extra products that were not mine. Left off part of the order. They charged my card over the phone and I asked for a receipt or bill to be emailed showing charges and credits. Did not receive. Had to drive up there to get my receipts. Cannot wear a mask and was harassed by employee. If they had done their job I wouldnt have had to go there. Who has to ask for a bill to show what they have been charged for? Will go elsewhere for future projects.

I greatly appreciate Brandt Whiten for his professionalism, knowledge and service during the renovation of our home. He started with us in doing a material take-off of our plans until the project was complete. I was impressed with his patience and ability to listen throughout the process. I would highly recommend Brandt and Builders FirstSource to anyone for their construction needs.

Place has great products - better than the box stores, but they really are not customer service friendly for John Q.Public stopping in to get supplies for your home project. They are busy getting trucks out the door for filled with lumber for builders.

They will not loose their chase to rob you.On a big projects (where its hard to keep track of every single item), they constantly do not bring all the ordered material and hope you wont notice, that makes you pay twice...if you do catch them, they can always say oh, we were going to bring all the remaining stuff tomorrow... it happened to me a few times!They might be fine if youre only buying a few things, but, those who buy a lot of materials on a big projects and do recheck them - knows what Im talking about!

That is true. It takes forever to get your stuff. Make sure how much they charge and how much they said they will. That makes a big difference. Also check what they bring u. Lots of times it has shortage or bad quality.

Good prices! But when it gets to getting ur stuff it takes forever they say it will be here on Friday and it comes next Friday or month later.
