I absolutely LOVE this store! I can always find something I like no matter what - from socks to electronics to cat toys! You cannot beat the prices at Five Below!! The employees here are always friendly and helpful. Im digging the total self-checkout, and Im quite impressed how this system seems to flow seamlessly with minimal assistance from staff (well, this has been the case every time I have been here, which is alot). I like how the registers are self-explanatory and pretty straightforward.

They had a pretty good selection, they only have self checkout with one employee. I had 2 items that clearly said $2 on them. And they rang up as $3 each so I had to wait for the only employee to change the price, she ended up scanning a different item twice to get the right price

Nice place to go but they didnt have a lot of stuff I wanted.

Pretty well stocked with a lot of selection. Still room for more as we take the time needed to get on to the new normal. Some of the customers were in groups because they have been inside for a while, but they could have provided more space from others because this store is big. The staff are friendly and very helpful. To increase safety they registers are self check out, so you are the only one touching the items you take home = major plus to help fight any germ or virus spreading.If you are in need of a quit gift, nostalgic candy selections, or gift card then stop in. Be mindful of reduced hours.

They were having problems with the registers not working. And the floor was kinda messy,but thats probably from all the Christmas shoppers. The lady at the checkout was very helpful though.

Was surprised to find out NOT EVERYTHING is 5 dollars or below like the name implies.

Lori (a manager, hope I spelled her name right) was VERY helpful and I will definitely be coming back to this location. Had a bad experience at a restaurant an hour earlier, was having a sour day, and her customer service made my entire day better!-Also everything is organized and tidy unlike the greenville store. It seemed like everything had a place and was in its place.

Yesterday was the first day going in but I think its a pretty neat place

The price is excellent for the items they sell, however, and it might have been time at which we visited, but it took about 30 mins to get through the line that went all the way to the back of the store.

In the Spartanburg sc location with about $200 worth of goods for christmas and the only option is to check yourself out. My wife asked one of the ladies to check us out and was told no. We left the cart up front and walked out. It would have been cheaper for you to check us out than pay someone to put it all back. So much for customer service.
