The service was great! I didnt have much to bring money for a down payment but they worked with me, and everything turned out great. Couldnt be happier! The only thing that would have made it perfect is if I could have gotten a loan with no down payment. However, I have a credit score of 588, so its understandable. I only had to put $500 down, so I dont think thats bad at all.

I called and i got a recording that kept going over and over again. i dont think anyone works here. when i went on there website they have NO OTHER contact info except for a number that only gives u a recording not a real person..... very shady

The approval was done quick, and the process was easy and stress-free since I purchased a vehicle from Carmax which is on their network. Make sure all your income and loan information is right! The interest rate was not as low as I wanted due to my credit score. My recommendation; pay more every month, so the principal goes down. That way you can refinance the vehicle after a year or so. If you are in need of a reliable vehicle, working on increasing your credit score and have the income to make extra payments GO FOR IT!

Ill admit it - I was skeptical. However, in the end, I was blown away by the service I received. I refinanced my 2015 BMW which had an interest rate that was way too high. I had purchased it a year ago, and my credit has improved since then. My FICO is still not that great, but they were able to bring my rate down significantly. I was approved instantly. Just had to sign the documents and the bank took care of the rest.

I applied specifically for a refinance then dozens of auto dealers called and emailed me for auto loan offers . Not sure why they’re calling me since I already have a car. Then I checked my credit report and found out that a hard inquiry was done by a credit acceptance which I later find out it was related to a the same application I applied for refinance. This is a company that use any misleading info to get dealers a lead .

My experience with Valley was a great one! My credit was damage from the past recession we had here in America, and they gave me a second chance. They got me approved in a matter of minutes. Even though I have a slightly higher percentage rate, they still gave me a chance when others would not.

Filed an application over a week ago and still have not been contacted. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Company seems to be a joke as mentioned earlier.

I was surprised by how fast I got approved and contacted by the closest dealership that had the car I was looking to buy. The application took only a couple minutes at most. Better than I expected to say the least!

I would recommend at least comparing these guys to your local bank when considering purchasing a vehicle. Great customer service and help.

We bought our car out of the lease, and everyone was accommodating and professional, even going so far as to change our payment date to align better with our budget.

Scam, if i could rate 0 i would. Dont anwser the phone, nor return phone calls. Maybe they work with people to get a car. But refinancing is a joke. Dont waste your time! Owner responds on here, you cant respond back either.

My application was specific to refinance or personal purchase and like every other lender, it insisted I sign up for a fee-credit score (whivh required a credit card, LMAO), or noted my application was accepted but then did nothing.Calling the number brings me to an obnoxious operator that cuts you off, and keeps ignoring what you are asking for, redirecting you to turn-in or trade-in a car in order to buy a car from them or a sponsoring dealership, presumably, when you specifically wanted to make a private purchase. They had no idea where my application went, had no record of my application, and the non-800# brings you to an answering machine with the voice of the same obnoxious voice - scam? cant tell cause nothing adds up - but probably.

Im starting to doubt this is a legitimate company. I applied last week, still havent heard or received anything from them. Ive called them 5 different times and all I got was a voicemail.

Wasted my gas to go to this location which the business doesnt exist. When I called to see where they moved to they said they had no specific location and does not do auto loans. Everything about this place is fake.

Garbage company. Tried calling, number goes to different company. Sent messages, no response, no e-mails.

This site can only sell you a car. They cant / wont refinance existing vehicles.

Was told that I was pre-approved sent me to a dealership come to find out they didnt know who Valley Auto Loans were never heard of them as I was told. No pre-approval and no car. Could have saved myself gas and an hour drive. Wish I could rate 0 stars.
