F@%k CPR. They are some unhelpful a$$ people. I got my phone fixed with them recently and later on my screen started to blackout and I called them regarding my warranty and they would not fix my phone. They should never get a dime from ANYBODY! Take your phone to uBreakiFix”, they are very helpful and they have GOOD SCREENS!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! They lied about a lifetime warranty for a screen protector. $65 to replace a screen protector that we can get off Amazon for $9!.My veteran husband thought it would be worth it. What liars and cheats these people are!!Contacting the better business bureau.They claim the warranty information was on the box that THEY kept!!BUYERS BEWARE!!

My nephews iPhone 7 would charge intermittently. After looking for a repair shop and seeing that CPR had good rating reviews I took it to them. The gentleman took the phone to examine and in a few minutes brought it back saying that the charging port had trash in it. He cleaned it and it was charging fine. One thing for sure, I couldnt beat the price he charged! This should be the only place to take your cell phone if it needs repairs!

Charge me $65.00 for a screen protector and tell me I have a lifetime warranty. Then I come in to get a replacement and want to charge me $10.00. I can get the same thing from amazon for $10.00 and still get free replacement this is poor business. Thank you for telling me that all CPR business do the same thing, now I know not to go to any of them. I will be informing the local chamber of commerce and the BBB, this is not right.

My phone was not repairable by the staff due to some extra damage that was not covered by the insurance carrier. However, they were aware of next steps I needed to take. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I called to get a quote or even an estimate of how much it would cost to repair my sons iPad. I was put on hold for ten minutes and then I was hung up on.

I went to CPR thinking I had a problem with the lightning port on my phone. Thanks to Josh that was not the case, but did need cleaned and serviced. This was done at no charge. I asked how much to check everything, no charge, be glad to. All said and done the only recommendation was the efficiency of my battery was down in the low 80%tile and I would need to get a new one before long. Again no charge. I was there so I had him go ahead and replace battery and screen shield. Performed an excellent job and was done ready for me to pickup in 1&1/2 hours.Excellent job and lifetime warranty.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Laptop was dropped and screen was cracked. Called CPR and brought it in the next day. I explained the situation and that its being used for my kids virtual learning. I was told it would be between 4 to 7 business days for it to be repaired. Well day 2 I was called and it was repaired and ready for pickup. It has been 3 months and I havent encountered a problem yet. Had a awful experience at another computer repair place and decided to give this place a try. Glad I did!

My screen is defective three days after getting it fixed here. Took it back to capitalize on my “warranty” and the manager with the Karen haircut tried to say I dropped it. Even though it was in $65 dollar case the whole three days I’ve had it since. Also tried to point to my cracked back screen as an indication that it’s been dropped even though it’s been con that condition for over a year. She then proceeded to tell me her vendor issues warranties and refuse to give me the vendor number. So my entire $154 investment depends on when her boss can “get back with me” just like a franchise, as Karen so graciously pointed out, this place is a rip off. Jays Prepaid Wireless in woodruff can do the same thing twice as good for $10 less and will actually make things right that they fumble. Wish I could give 0 stars but google like to be nice to people apparently. Unfortunate.

This place is not worth it!! I have had my phone “fixed” for less than 30 days and my screen has already had cracking around the edges and across the screen. With a screen protector and a protective case!!!! I have not had a hard drop on my beside someone knocking it out of my hand. Not to mention when I received my phone after the repair I had to get them to push the screen back in as to it was on fixed properly and was sticking out. Not impressed and very disappointed!!!

The owner who put the unbreakable glass on my husband and my unbreakable glass on our phone was very pleasant and talkative. Although weve both noticed the 3 week old glass has random scratches on it on both of our phones. Weve been very diligent and careful to not drop our phones. So we are not sure what to do. For what we paid they should be replaced!!!

A rip off. Plain and simple $150 for something someone learned how to do on YouTube and then my phone is messing up three days after the fact and gonna try and say it’s my fault. Same thing that was wrong with it three days ago is wrong with it now. And a drop didn’t cause it. A defective screen with a defective digitizer did. But let’s try and rip off hard working people yeah.

Today, my daughter broke off a charger in my iPhone 7. I am not all that mechanically inclined and my husband was out of town for military training. I was in big trouble because this phone is my only source of communication... no back ups, no house phone, and no husband to fix it. I walked into CPR with only an hour left till they closed. I was greeted with true care and concern. The tech took my phone to the back and in less than 20 minutes they had the port clear and fully functional. I could not ask for a better experience. They took care of my issue free of charge and refused the $20 tip that I tried to insist they take. This place is amazing. The customer service is out of this world! I highly recommend and I’ll be back if there is ever an issue with any of my devices. Thank you so much, again.

Ive always seem this store but Ive never had a need to go here until today cause I normally treat my phone like a baby. Anyway my Moms phone the speaker went out on it. Every sound was low and muffled. We went to Verizon and they don’t fix anything in store but they can upgrade it. Thats a No. Went to Batteries Plus and they said it was the Speaker. It would be $50 to fix it but the part wasn’t in. Decided to check one more place and it was here. Not only did my Mom get her phone fixed in less than 10 minutes but she didn’t have to pay $50 or do a Upgrade. Her speaker was clogged up and needed to be cleaned. Phone is back to normal now. Thanks Mrs Ashley and well definitely come to your store first if we have any more problems and if we know anybody with phone issues we’ll send them your way. Thank You

I thought the customer service was pretty spot on, and the guy who took my iphone 6s Plus glass screen to be replaced, was very friendly. I have a couple complaints though...The new screen is definitely nothing like the original. I thought at first it might be polarized because when you turn it to the right it turns a blue tint, and when you turn it to the left it turns a yellow tint. I was like, dang I just got an upgrade... but nope, it’s actually harder to see the screen in the sun. I think it’s just a really cheap glass screen that they charged me $106 for. I will say it appears to be put on professionally, they are just lacking in quality equipment it seems.My other complaint is now my touchscreen is super sensitive and I can hardly even scroll without my finger “clicking” on everything. It makes for a very frustrating time when it just keeps taking you to sites you never clicked. I literally have to push down on the screen super hard and drag my finger, that way it moves the screen without clicking anything (and even most times that fails to work).Not sure I’m very impressed with their replacement products, and I will probably get fed up enough to take it somewhere else here soon.I’m honestly on the fence with recommending them. If you need a cracked screen fixed quick and don’t really care about certain glitches and perfection, then this is your store. But, if you want quality products and your screen to be just like the original, I wouldn’t go here.

Wow! These guys are awesome! My phone wouldnt work after I came home from the beach and I couldnt figure out what was wrong. It never touched water - nothing. So I took it in the these guys and was greeted right away. They were super nice and took a look at my phone right then and there. Turns out it was just sand int he charge port and they cleaned it right up, no charge. Great customer service! I will definitely be coming back.

Hey I came in put 50$ down and left with a phone xs max come and get phone it’s easy as pie.

Just wanted to see what type of consumer service they were and if they could fix an old phone. Sent my guy in and he was told that the phone had no parts available and they couldnt find a phone to get parts for it. Unknowing that I did all the research and found parts and a phone on eBay before sending him in. He tried to explain to the woman that the phone name was called another name and she wouldnt find it, but she swore up and down it was called that and that 30 years told her what it was. If she would have taken two minutes to look up what he said she would have found and seen there were parts available and a phone. Then just for a ten-minute job to switch the motherboard to the same model phone would be fifty to a hundred dollars. Rip off and I wish you could upload videos on here to rate and review.

About a year ago my daughter came to get her screen repaired. We were told by the sales associate that if we got the liquid screen protector, that was their perferred brand I guess, that we would get a lifetime warrenty on the screen. If there was ever any issues with the screen it was covered under a lifetime warrenty. Well fast forward to a couple of months ago my daughter drops her phone on the carpet floor and it landed on the back side which had a pop socket on it. Screen breaks. So we take it back to the store since they told us that it would be covered. Now they are telling us the liquid screen protector had to be registered but not only that now they cannot even find the sale of the liquid screen protector because we are not aware of what kind was put on there because we were never told by the associate to register anything. I was under the assumption it must have been like a relationship betweent he store a screen protector company that the lifetime warrenty was offered. So my daughter went to pick he phone back up because we will not be lied to and then they just want to charge us more money for what should have been covered to begin with. If the associate gives out false information then you better be willing to stand behind what they are telling people.

Excellent service! Life happens and screens get cracked... I first used a CPR branch in Greenville, SC for a screen repair. The service was transferrable to the location closer to my home in Spartanburg. The Spartanburg staff was outstanding. Fast forward several months - new crack. Id hoped it was just the screen cover theyd installed which was covered for free replacement. I left the phone for what Id hoped would be a quick repair. When I went to pick it up, I was told that not only had the main screen cracked, the water sensors indicated water damage. I was told that although they could replace the screen, they couldnt guarantee it would still work due to the water issue. The rep said he didnt want to go ahead and replace the screen, which if he did, hed have to charge for, since the water damage might cause it not to work, even thought it had been working before. He could have done the work anyway. He could have charged me and Id have been stuck with the repair bill for a phone that wasnt working, but HE DIDNT. He discussed options and when it became evident that the best option was to turn in a damage claim to the insurance on my phone, he recommended I do that, even though it meant his company wouldnt get the fee for a repair Id given initial approval for. Now THAT is customer service. Its that kind of service that every business should have. And, you can bet, should life happen again, and a quick repair be needed, Ill will definitely head to CPR in Spartanburg and will stand behind my recommendation for others to do the same.

I brought my iPad in for a screen replacement. I go to pick it up Friday and everything checks out fine and is working fine. Come Sunday the home button sinks in and no longer works. I take it back up there Monday and they agreed to fix it free of no charge. I pick it up today and he assured me that it wont be coming off anytime soon. As Im walking to the car I press the home button just to make sure and it sinks in again. I bring it back in again and tell them the same problem. Off the rip the employee Matt accuses me that its my fault and that Im PUSHING the button to hard saying its user error. Stating that hes pushed it several times in the back. He then agrees to fix it again but with an attitude. So I pick it up again, for the 3rd time, again everything checks out fine. This time Matt doesnt come to the counter, another employee does and again shes assuring me that I shouldnt be putting so much pressure pushing it. But as most of you may know apple home buttons can take a good pushing and still be intact. I know its not gonna be the same but there should be no reason for it to sink in. I come home get on it for a few go to push the home button and its not even working. Its intact but not working. As Im looking around the home button the screen is lifted up where the home button is at. Just save the trip and take it else where. Poor customer service and I will never be doing business with them again.

The staff was polite. However we had a phone screen under warranty. They said they saw a chip in the screen of which we couldn’t see ourselves. They would not honor the warranty on their original work. They would give a 15% discount. We took our phone to batteries plus Bulbs. They removed the screen and did not note any chips to screen they also said the screen was pulling away from the phone. Batteries plus Bulbs meet the repair price. We had used CPR before several times with success. I am sad they would not honor their warranty on this occasion. We will return to Batteries plus Bulbs.

Went in the second they opened to have a battery for my wifes iPhone 6 replaced. 50 bucks and an hour on the dot later we are all good. They even did a multi point inspection. Id go back and continue to do business with them.

Too expensive and chronically understaffed - causes long waits and a disjointed service approach. Hard to get consistent answers from different staff members. If you have a broken Apple product then they are great. Other branded products however, seem to stump them a bit.
