I love there donuts they are good exspecialy when they are hot. It has been some time now since I have had them hot. I guess I need to pick a better time to go.

What can I say? Its Krispy Kreme. This one seems to have the hot light on fairly often.

Love this place but I wish they would come out with new donuts its always the same ones.

I bought a dozen lemon filled and was very disappointed. The lemon taste was not a true lemon. It was more imitation and there was very small amount of it. More icing than anything. I was VERY disappointed!!I also bought a dozen hot donuts but they were heavenly...SO GOOD!!! Love me some HOT, fresh Krispy Kreme donuts!!!!!

Ordered half dozen donuts and 3 frozen caramel lattes 1 donut was SUPPOSED to be Strawberry filled, NOT!! No whipped cream in the Lattes, none of them. Be a good minute till we come back. Drove from Woodruff to get some tastes. Very disappointed!!! Pictures speak for themselves. 😡

My wife is undergoing chemo and whenever she has a hankering for something to eat it is a blessing. I picked up a box with a mixed selection of donuts and took them home. Sadly when I got them home they were as dry as sand. Most times they are pretty fresh. Today I wasted a little over $12 for sawdust. My advice to anyone going here is you only buy the plain glazed donuts that Krispy Kreme is known for. They usually are fresh but avoid NY cheesecake, any filled donuts or any other. I dont have any ideas why the quality had dropped to such a poor level lately. For the Krispy Kreme staff/management and owner, thank you for denying my wife of a very rare craving while she struggles fighting cancer!!

Every year on my birthday my grandpa used to get us a set of chocolate covered Kreme filled donuts with cherries on top; I cant remember what theyre called, but keeping tradition is important ❤️

They had everything this time! Fresh and warm regular glazed is great, but love the chocolate covered Kreme filled after putting in the fridge the night before. Bought a dozen assorted as mom wanted Krispy Kreme for her birthday!

When I buy doughnuts from Walmart they are cold right? Understandable,, when I go to Krispy Kreme I expect them to be warm, I mean who doesn’t love a freshly made doughnut hot off the press!!!Well apparently you can’t get warm ones anymore and the high school staff is so rude, won’t be going anytime soon!!

Went on an saturday morning. The place was really clean and the Staff friendly. After I got my two boxes of Donuts i was standing by the Donot flipping machine and watched it for a while. The owner joined me and we had a great conversation. He is a great business man and a really friendly guy.

Visited here one day after attending the Carolina Panthers Training Camp and the Hot Now light was on doughnuts were hot and fresh.

Staff is always kind, however the hot light is only on from 7am-9am!I have come twice after work & gotten a dozen glazed doughnuts that were hard and almost stale. Everyone knows that these doughnuts stale very quickly---they barely last a good 24 hours.I would return if they considered adding (or even changing) their hot light times to have some fresh doughnuts in the afternoon/evenings. This is the only location in Spartanburg and is 20 minutes away from both my home and work, so going in the mornings isnt going to work. For now I will continue going to Greenville when I want some fresh.

The only problem I ran into was the drive-thru line was kind of long because the hot sign was on but everyone was real professional and real polite

The service is so slow. Don’t go when the hot light on and expect hot doughnuts because by the time you get to the window it will be off and they will be cold

Visited this location after a trip to the Assessors office at 4:30pm. I was handed a dozen glazed beautys that were HOT. I had to have one while it was less that a minute old. I felt like I was doing something wrong it was so good. With years of joy running down my cheeks, l almost wrecked my truck. Frosting all over the steering wheel and radio, who cares?! Now I have a new problem: how not to eat another...

So disappointed in this place. For the past 4 months being going by here once a month for the Original Creme Filled, for them to not have ANY, not even 1. Went today and SUPRISE, they had some. Well I got another suprise after eating one, NO CREME on the inside. Im done!

I made my first ever visit to your store at 9:35 am. I ordered a small iced coffee with cream and sugar and a plain cake donut with chocolate frosting and a cinnamon cake donut. Firstly, I got a hot coffee. Secondly the ice coffee I received did not have sugar in it. The two donuts were awfully stale and hard. This is my last visit!!

The chances of them actually having the donut you want are pretty slim. Forget about them ever having any of the cute seasonal donuts that are advertised. Cases are almost almost empty with a limited selection no matter what time you go. I will not waste my time coming back here.

Was ordering doughnuts, old man grabbed one off the line behind him and handed it to me and told me to try it. I had a Ratatouille moment for sure. It melted in my mouth better than perfect bacon, was a neat experience to get from an old man. Was more than polite, as usual.

Placed an online order before they opened on Mother’s Day for their Mother’s Day promotion and I arrived at 8:55am and they didn’t have any left. I paid $34 worth of donuts and told me to pull up, I would’ve been okay if they replaced it with donuts of equal value but refused and gave me 2 dozen of glazed donuts equalling like $16 and said that’s all they could do. Very poor service and incompetent and the manager was just rude.

We go here a good bit, and generally the service is decent and the doughnuts are great. Tonight, the service was rude, the order was initially wrong, and the menu wasnt even correct. On the other hand, at least the doughnuts they did have were still good.

I bypassed 2 QTs to go get doughnuts for my daughter for her birthday. When I went in I was the only customer in there on a Saturday morning and thought something was wrong. I quickly figured out what the problem was, CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to come over to the counter. It was a drive thru worker who HAD to get something and I asked her if I could get some help? She told me she couldnt because she was working the drive thru and someone else would have to. They had 2 people working the drive thru but she couldnt help me or get someone to help? FINALLY, the lady at the register, who has been there the entire time but she was too busy talking to someone to even acknowledge me, came over and took my order. The other problem was they were out of one of the pumpkin spice doughnuts I was looking forward to. I understand running out of doughnuts that are popular, but not before 8 am on a Saturday Morning!! The Spartanburg store has this problem quite frequently with seasonal doughnuts. Spartanburg has the worst Krispy Kreme I ever been to! It will be a while before I return to this location, Ill just save some time and money and go to QT.

The dark headed young guy at the front HATEFULLY told us to, move down so he could take someone elses order behind us... We were telling the other girl our order and he rudely I interrupted... I was going to tell some1 in charge .. We have this issue with the younger ppl being rude alot lately. Ive already had 2 speak 2 mgmt several times. Its crazy and will either stop or be stopped.

Great hot donuts but sometimes because this is a locally owned store instead of the corporate owned store the special donuts advertised in the app are not made or available. Great service, nice staff, and a great owner that cares about the community.
