You guy literally have the sweetest young lady there. She always greets with a smile and help any way she can. She has definitely been teaching me a thing or two about craft beer. She has a customer in me as long as she is there. Not sure of her name but she always wears a blue shirt.

Their breakfast sandwich was inedible. The gas was the cheapest in the area though.

Its a popular place. I get gas from here sometimes. Use your Hot Spot card an check it bc u have an amount on there every time u purchase something You would b surprised how much u have accumalated on that card

This visit was a fine experience here because; I just happen to be in town and needed gas.. i stopped to get gas and it turns out that our cars use high test gas and it was cheaper here than any place else i had seen.. :-)... I didnt get the cashiers name that helped me, but, both of the ones I saw were pleasant, nice and very fast ... I would recommend this place easily :-). . .

The woman who works there usually is SO RUDE that I have stopped going. I dont need to be insulted and yelled at by employees when I go to the store! She is so nasty. She also tries to give you incorrect change! Ive complained to corporate but I dont know if theyll actually do anything or not. Like I said I just dont even go there anymore. COUNT YOUR CHANGE if you go here.

Always get nasty comments and attitude from one of the women working there. Sadly I never see a NAMETAG. Management evidently doesn’t care about it her rude behavior to customers. No reason to be nasty.

Came in to get a drink with my gf and they said that she must leave her back pack at door was not even a back pack it was her purse need to teach your employees better customer service when her purse gets taking y’all gonna replace her money and stuff don’t think so won’t be back

Good place. Real gasoline and good variety of snacks. Yes they sell beer.

I stopped by there this morning trash pulled and left everywhere even one lane of fuel was blocked by a cart full of cart garbage. one of the best car washes in Spartanburg is directly behind the store with hotspot logos all over the place yet when I mentioned a problem with the car wash the attendant told me that they have nothing to do with the car wash.

Gas station itself is decent. Employees are decent ...but the customers are RATCHET!!!!This is where thieves go to try using stolen credit cards 🤦‍♀️

This mole rat as a cashier gave me a hard time when I came in the store she demanding that I show my id bc Ik a lady in the store. We did not show up together and she caused a big scene. I was caught off guard and so was the lady I knew in the store.

1rst shift cashier was rude as hell i had a bookbag on because my means of transportation is my bicycle after i walked in with my backpack on my hands full with 6 drinks and snacks i was told and made to put my stuff down take my backpack off then carry my stuff to the register pay then get my bag and juggle getting all my stuff in my bag rude people im boycotting hotspot and J.L.Jordan oil company sorry place and ut smelled like old wet dog and sour mop water

A fantastic selection of beers in the back cooler! Cashiers are super friendly too.

Didnt want to give two stars. But they always have a pump available. The coffee area is ways dirty and the stuff is never friendly before 8am. This is the only hotspot in the area of downtown Spartanburg. And Ill never go back.

Just a convenience for a quick grand for sodas and hot dogs.

Bathroom was clean but fountain drink area was nasty. And shelf stock was so un organized i spent extra time having to search multiple isles for product.
