Ice cream. I’m addicted to QT ice cream, but only when it’s white and creamy. After a few days The ice cream starts to turn a yellowish color from which the flavor changes dramatically. At this point I don’t think that QT should serve that ice cream as the cones but they should dump the machine and start fresh unless they want to use it in milkshakes . There’s nothing better than QTs ice cream (When it is fresh) But my complaint is not the fact that the ice cream is bad, but the excuses in customer service that I get whenever I ask them for the whiter side or if one side is whiter than the other. Believe me it matters!!! And I have to get you guys ice cream every day, which I don’t know how healthy that is, but I don’t really care. Make employees aware of the ice cream and have them check it every morning for the white versus yellow look. And believe me there will be a huge difference. Or just save the yellowish kind for the milkshakes. I’m not trying to be over dramatic. I just enjoy the ice cream LOL. As long as one out of the five cuties around my area have the correct ice cream I’ll be OK, but it would be awesome if every single one of them have the right ice cream. I’m just saying. Not complaining, you don’t need to lie to me, just be honest and I’ll be respectable back to you. I love qt and I love your ice cream. Those of you guys who know what I’m talking about know what I mean. And if you don’t, just start to pay attention and you’ll see exactly what I mean. Thanks and god bless

I could have fell out... I walked in to pick up a snack before work... I saw the young lady cleaning the hot dog grill she had a cleaning rag and cleaning solution wiping the grill off while the food was still on there.... She stuck her gloved hands in the solution wrang the cleaning rag out... With the same hands and gloves picked the food... No new gloves nothing... What happened to food safety....

I Love QT! And this location is no exception! The staff are kind, the location is always clean and the prices arent bad. I highly recommend!

Trainees working tonight were extremely helpful and attentive, forgot their names but I super appreciate them helping me get some chili for my hotdog and being so nice to me!

At location this am, paid for items walked out left wallet at counter. Walked back in wallet gone ask manager on duty about it,told me call police, tried to ask guy who waited on me wouldnt speak. Manager refused to assist with issue, offered no assistance. Ask her unto call Manager she said no! She wasnt calling anyone! Police arrived wasnt allowed to c video, store was dead, only other customers in store checked out in front of me. Went to another QT spoke w Mgr. To get a corporate number that Shelley refused to give. Meanwhile all my things are gone, and I have to wonder who took them???? Very disappointed with this service, and lack of trying to assist their customer.

They are always quick, friendly and good. The food is made well, they bother to learn your name, which with the amount of people is really cool

Cashier Halley W was not friendly . Kind of rude actually . Was right behind the counter but continued her conversation and doing whatever she was doing until SHE was ready to check me out. Will avoid this QT .

The best tasting milkshakes and ice cream cones in town.

Not a quick trip experience, bothered by homeless, had to waiting for an attendant Who pressed something wrong so couldn’t run my card. Whilst took care of two other people had to sit there waiting. Eventually just had to pay cash even though my card is fine and was able to use it right after for dinner. I always choose quick trip when possible for their customer service. Something is missing in this location.

I go in the St. John St. store almost daily! Love their 52 oz Ice Tea! Best Tea Deal in town!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Buy all my gas at QT. Never been disappointed there!!!

My card declined and I was informed by the cashier it would go back into the card. Guess what happened.

Quik Trip sets the standard for convenience stores. It is always clean and well-stocked. The pastries and hot foods are the best. The staff is always very fast and courteous. A huge selection of soft drinks and different hot drinks. They also do custom order pizzas, sandwiches and frozen dessert. Even the bathrooms are so much cleaner than any other convenience store

Fair staff not overbearing or the type to rush you. Clean environment and clean bathrooms, great selection, the food is fresh and actually really good 90% of the time, gas, tobacco, and alcohol prices are descent or good usually, and they have nice sitting places outside they keep clean and litter free.

Qt are the best place.. Good food . employees are great

Every time I stop at the one on East St John street there are people outside asking for money. I quit going to that one.The one in Mayo has friendlier staff but their do its arent always fresh and sometimes the food on the roller is on too long

This store is taking no precautions in helping fighting this virus. I take my sanitizer in with me and a paper towel and when I got done wiping my door handle and atm it was so dirty that I just left.

Fast stop for flavored Tea and gas, convenient location.
