Wish a Costco was located closer to my home! When we do get a chance to shop at Costco we get everything we need & more. Employees are very helpful & friendly. Clean. And affordable gas prices. Great place to shop bulk.

Picked up my new glasses. Love them!! Very thorough eye exam, lots of help picking out frames. Picked them up 1 week after my exam and picking out my frames. Nice!!

Located behind the Westgate Mall. There is a gas station too. Inside the warehouse there is a pharmacy and optician/optical department. Store is well maintained. Employees are friendly and helpful. Huge variety of products. Can’t beat the prices. They just recently added self-checkout which is convenient when it’s busy. Food court too.

Needed some more of our favorite soup Shoyu Ramen w/chicken, so good. Also picked up a couple of other favorites. Looked at the shrimp ceviche, looked delicious but priced a bit high for me. $9.99lb for small sized shrimp, onion, bell peppers, lime juice & wedges, cilantro, olive oil and salt/pepper. I just couldnt do it this week. Im sure I will find a way to get some from somewhere, or if I have to find a recipe & make it myself. I have a feeling that by the time I buy all the ingredients, I could have just bought Costcos, but Ill have twice as much.

My wife needed some air in the tires of her car and I asked her to drive up to to the tire service center to get a qualified person to service the tires. She parked outside of the garage and was greeted by a mechanic that serviced the tires with no hassle and no charge. I believe her name was Mariah. Thank you Costco for being the best in the business an keeping us safe.

Weird that only 1 out of 4 Costco that I went too had TP. Knoxville, TN, Spartanburg, SC and 2 in Orlando, FL. It was one in Orlando that we finally found. We were just lucky that we were traveling to FL.

We just bought our Costco card 120 dollars last week. today I went back to do my shopping and low and be hold the smart mouth man at the door told me my dog (that is a Yorkie) wasn’t aloud to come in, only service dog can come and she wasn’t aloud to ride in the buggy she had to walk she has service Credentials for emotional support. so I went and got them and he continue to tell me we couldn’t bring the dog in they do not recognize emotional support animals as service animals so we got our money back The employees are smart mouths and the manager condoned it. The internet said Costco was animal friendly and today proves they are not IF MY DOG CANT GO I DONT GO !! I left there went to Sam’s where I have been a member for 5 or more years with my dog with out her credentials and they didn’t say one wordI would like to know when and where are service animals not welcome so many people have them Costco is so wrong for that

I would describe my experience with Costco as, love/hate. Many times I find a product that I really like and then, it disappears. Now that doesnt necessarily mean that its out of stock, it just means that Costco has hid it somewhere else. Its as if they think that we have nothing better to do than walk around the store and look for products that they randomly move into odd places. Even the entitled employees dont know where an items are located. Does Costco have good prices, yes. But, pricing isnt everything, and to pay for the privilege of shopping there with your time, your yearly fee, waiting in endless lines while employees are sitting around chatting, is very irritating to me.

The best hearing aid provider, friendly, will take good care of you and stand by their product. Under the best management I could find. You just cant beat the price from 35 years of wearing hearing aids.

This is a great Costco. One bad part is they dont have the Costco Liquor store here. That would make the package complete here.I only go during the weekdays, when its not too crowded. I cant attest to the shopping experience on the weekends, but I would imagine it to be quite chaotic.This is in sharp contract to my other Costco shopping experiences in other locations, such as Greenville. I swore off every getting another Costco membership after dealing with some of these other stores, but Spartanburg has won me back since Im in a new city now and giving everything a clean slate without prejudice.The customer service here has been satisfactory, the cleanliness of the store is super, and I really dont see much room for improvement on anything theyre doing. Keep it up, Costco!!

Great deals.We bought a ice maker and they are the cheapest place in town.Went back and bought over 400 n food. The check out lines are long sometimes but it goes buy fast. They off load it for you and load it back in your cart. Wow great job.Employees are nice and happy to see youPlace is very clean

I visited Costco based upon the reccomendation of my cousin . I joined to save money buying bulk foods for prepping in case of future events, and to purchase gasoline at lower prices . The hot dog and soft drink deal at the food kiosk was a nice lunch after shopping .

Staff was super friendly while handling some returns. Not too crowded and easy, quick checkout.

Unlike Minnesota, the absence of Somali muslims is great. They hate us. Clean and organized.

I came with my brother to Costco and upon coming to the register, a worker by the name of Tyler M. (OP# 70) was rude to us. He did not want to do any “extra work” or so he quoted and said that he was not willing to split any of the transactions because my brother had to take “full responsibility” for everything. He could of just been honest and said he was lazy and did not want to do his job. This left a bad taste in our mouths and we will no longer be a customer of Costco. Please find us at Sam’s club instead from now on. At least at Sam’s we are treated with more respect.This location was the Spartanburg, SC and the date was 7/31/2021.Costco needs to learn to give better customer service in order to retain their customers. Tyler needs to learn that the business from customers like us is the reason why he has a job.

Bulk food prices are good. Need storage space. Meat has good prices. Really like the roasted chicken flavor and price. Bread in bakery has some seasonal that are tasty. Fruit is bigger volume than we need. Some fruits have jumped in prices lately. Chips have good selection and crackers and spices. Like the Better than Boullion selection and prices.Store crowded at times and customers block aisles. Need cart etiquette training.Grills nice selection. Clothes good prices.

Just had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Costco with Zach when we tried to do two separate transactions at their new self checkout feature in which he advised he would “let” me purchase $200 worth of stuff “this time”. I would highly advise avoiding this Costco or at the very least their self checkout feature- if you use it with a packed cart because you want to avoid the ONE checkout lane open with 5-6 carts waiting, they will hover a foot from you like a hawk as if you’re trying to get one over on them. If your system isn’t refined enough/ you don’t trust it enough without being overbearing to the point of insulting, close the self checkouts. In this day and age I don’t expect any sort of customer service from anywhere, and I’m certainly not entitled to it, but what I received today was the opposite of how you’d want to be treated by another human and it simply ruined my day. Well big is better!! This is the place to get stuff in large quantities. We stocked up on supplies and I tried the pepperoni pizza for the first time today. Got to say it is not too bad at all. And quite resonance for a slice and a drink.

Costco employees are always friendly and helpful. The store has never been cluttered with restocking boxes and pallets lying around, unlike Walmart and Target. My favorite aspect of Costco is that when it is crowded they are very efficient at moving people through the lines. They have great prices on bulk items, especially if you watch the sales paper.

Since I joined costco I have taken advantage of their gas prices. This is a very clean place, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The gas prices are always lower than your average gas station. If you are a Costco member you have made a very good choice.

Found some Testosterone Support for my guy and that stuff works wonders. Hes gaining muscle, losing fat, he has MORE energy, and hes so happy with the results.

Very very snooty shoppers, most of them are from the New England area and have lots of money to waste. Prices are extremely high and I do not see any benefit and paying $60 for a club card.

I just go to the pharmacy. The staff is always friendly and helpful if I have any questions. Their prices for medications are the best around.

Great place for buying in bulk.I am a great fan of their rotisserie chicken and ribs.Always come home with their pizza which is huge and so reasonably priced. Their hot dog/soda combo are so affordable. Ask for sauerkraut which they keep behind the counter.Refills on soda which is self-serve.

Clerks and management are very rude all they care about is that dam mask! I have been treated with the utmost rude. Great service and prices, especially for bulk items. I have been most impressed with the limits imposed on buying certain items early in the pandemic. I felt it was reasonable & prudent to limit buying two items at a visit (such as toilet paper) to prevent hoarding. This helped ensure everyone had access to necessary items. Thank you to the management for implementing this policy when other stores were not doing so.

Sams club all the way. Not renewing here. Employee shaking all excited telling my wife to put her mask back on when she took it off for a moment to calm our baby son down. He got so excited he came within 3 feet of her. (Definitely not worried about COVID if you don’t stay within 6 ft away just looking to boss someone around in your life)

I love costco and regularly shop. However, I’ll be avoiding this location and going to Greenville from here on out. Service was slow and unapologetic on every front. Someone was upgrading their membership in front of me and rather than redirecting me to another lane, I was made to wait while other lanes became empty. I waited 5-10 minutes in line waiting to get checked out. The cashier was unapologetic and the front end manager didn’t care or take notice. The coffee grinder then ate my bag of coffee forcing me to return it immediately. I waited yet again as the three customer service employees stood around talking. It seems like this is the location to come to if you want to kill time... and not in an enjoyable way.

Masked up and finally got my visa rebate. They should not require we go inside to get this check . Since I was already at risk I got a slice of pizza and napkins to soak up the grease.

Just got a membership today, walked around and walked straight back out without buying anything. This location has nothing as far as product variety compared to the nearby Sams club, I will be refunding my membership.

Store was great. We shop there frequently. I was literally yelled at by an associate because i was standing in an isle by myself with my seven year old daughter taking a breathing break to get fresh air. Mask was hanging on my ear when approached. I was very shocked by this action! It was humiliating and inappropriate. Lucky for him my daughter was with me! This is unacceptable! Never been treated so poorly in costco before. Being distant from others,making sure i was well over the required six feet by the way!

I definitely am canceling my membership. I just attempted to go to the store with my mother who is over 65 to help her shop and was told because im not 65 i can not enter, which I definitely understand that it is senior hour but i was coming to help her lift things not to necessarily shop myself, so therefore i will never shop here again ! Sam’s Club all day .
