I don’t even give them 1 star. I asked them to pick up home tank as have moved. It has 60% gas in it & they say can’t reimburse us for it. My husband had stroke yrs. ago & body temp.has changed. Every time had a problem had to call someone else, they don’t offer repair. Ordered gas several times & other’s answering phone didn’t put in order. Had to call back & remind them. Only way we ended up with them is Prince Gas at Inman sold out. Never a problem with Gene& Mike.I might be sorry no backup plan in new all electric home as gas logs or wall mount heat, but we’ll survive. Then had the nerve to send bill for tank rental 2 weeks after I asked to pick up tank. We always paid as soon as got their bill; didn’t wait until needed gas again as some do. That’s what ticks me off!

Had a 30lb tank filled yesterday. I thought it felt light. As I have had it filled many times before. When I got home it weighed 41.5 lbs.Almost 15 lbs light. Thats about 4 gallons. They wont ever have the chance to do it again! Be aware!

I have a brewery in Simpsonville. They were incredibly helpful with setup and have been excellent ever since with service. Highly recommended.
