Spring broke on my garage door. So, I couldnt open it to go in or out. Called Door Tech and left a message. I got a call back in less then 10 minutes. He said that he would try to get a technician to look at it today. About two hours later a technician called and told me he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Two technicians not only changed out the spring but also adjusted the door lubricated everything tightened the chain and made my door like new. Thanks Door Tech, now I know who to call.

From start to finish these guys were fantastic. Did exactly what they said they were going to do had no problems start to finish on installing a new door on a carport.
Door Tech is a friendly own company very reasonable and loyal and has the beat price in town.
Ive used Door Tech since 2012 and have been extremely happy with their service until now. I called them on Nov 19th and asked if they would repair two garage doors on a garage that belongs to a relative. The job consisted of new rollers, springs and cables etc for two 7x10 steel doors with side springs. (I was also going to have them order and install two Lift master 8500 series openers as well but that was not discussed in the initial call)After describing the work I needed done and the location, they quickly agreed to the job and scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. Ive not heard from them since.I called them repeatedly on Monday beginning at 3pm to see if they were still coming or if we should reschedule, but no one answered, or called me back, despite their answering service promising a return call within 10 minutes. Theyve yet to call me back, so I assume they are no longer interested in the job.I dont know what happened between the time they accepted the job and now, but the decision to leave me in the dark without an explanation is unfortunately going to be a deal breaker for me. Ill be finding a new garage door contractor and will no longer recommend Door Tech to anyone.
We used Door Tech for our garage door repair in Anderson. We have a rental property in Anderson, SC and found these guys on Google and they did not disappoint. They communicated with us from start to finish and had our tenants very happy with the decision to bring them in! We highly recommend Door Tech for all garage door services in Anderson!
I called Door Tech shortly after 6pm on a weekday and left a voicemail expecting a returned call the next day. Not even 10 minutes later did Jason (owner) call me back and got me scheduled for his team to come repair my garage door the very next day. The repair team (two guys) called me about an hour or so before arriving and were extremely professional and honest about their work. My garage door is extremely old and should honestly be replaced but they got it working just fine and Ill be using Door Tech when I build a new garage next year. A++

Jason has done a couple jobs for me at my home. well pleased.
2 stars for the fast, next day service only. Missed the other 3 stars for cost of service and questionable information.I had a garage door spring break on a single car garage door and I called Door Tech. I live in Simpsonville, SC now but I wanted to remain a loyal customer because I used them twice (spring and door replacement many, many years ago) while I previously lived in Anderson, SC. I am a Home Inspector, and I had already gotten quotes from my team for this type of repair in our surrounding area of Greenville/Simpsonville, SC. They were saying anywhere from $135-150 for this type of repair. I assumed Door Tech would also be in this range, so I simply called and booked the appointment. They scheduled a technician for the next business day and did not give me an estimate for the repair over the phone. (That was my mistake for not asking.) The technician arrived the next business day (without setting an appointment) and simply called before he was at my house, 10 minutes away. He looked at the damaged spring and told me it would be $185 to complete the spring replacement. I was already home and took a day off from work so that my wife would not have to deal with the technician, so I agreed just to get the job done. I can only assume that there is a trip charge included in the labor. There is nothing on the invoice that states this, but just a 207 Black description and then a price of $185. I would assume due to the population difference that a lot of their work would be in Greenville, SC and I did not realize a trip charge would be applied to this total. I assumed that Greenville, SC would be a normal service area for them, but I appear to be wrong. When we bought our home in 2015, I knew that the top panel of the garage door was cracked (high stress area). It has been cracked for 3 years since that day, and the technician did not do that damage. But as he tested the door, the panel gave signs that it was near the end of its life as the garage door opener almost folded the top panel in half. This is where the questionable information comes in: I asked the technician for a price to replace the top panel only. He called someone on the phone, and suddenly my garage door (2003 model) was the type that they do not make anymore, and they would need to replace the entire door instead of this single panel, for a price of $565 or so.Im not saying that this is right or wrong, but as a Home Inspector, I know that I have a very simple, basic, standard door that I see every single day of my life. I also know that there are only 6 or so manufacturers of garage doors and garage door openers. So, maybe this company has found it better to not waste their time doing repairs to parts and pieces, rollers and brackets, panels and windows but that doesnt mean that another company will not, so I would maybe call around first, because I have seen this repair multiple times as a Home Inspector as I do re-inspections of repairs made to properties.Summary: I repaired the top panel with a $8 piece of angle iron and a$6 pack of hex screws. Good as new.
Owner came out and got our broken garage door shut for us on a holiday. Highly Recommend Jason and his guys!!!
