The store is great, nice and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have great sales but they seem to have some issues keeping items in stock. That may just be covid related though. Hard to say at the moment.

Wonderful food options, great prices...no one working. The lines were horrible and only two registers open made for a very long wait to check out.

Food Lion is the best. Fresh produce, meat prices are low. I live the variety of product selection. You also can use your Ingles card.

They just reset the whole store. Wear your walking shoes. Nothing is stocked in its normal location. Four Stars because everything I wanted was actually stocked. I just had to hunt to find all the items.

Grab a quick health lunch and dont wait in those long drive through lines. Everything you need is right here and the closest grocery store to Spartanburg Regional.

Friendly people up front, but never anyone in the departments and low product levels. Probably a horrible labor budget. Perfect to take over Bilo.

Awful store conditions.Out of stocks all over the store on both featured sale items & non sale items. Absolutely no concern from management for customer service. No carts in the vestibule,had to go into parking lot in order to get my cart.

A great rarely crowded Food Lion branch. Has the best produce and meat prices without buying in bulk or going to Aldi and Lidl. Staff is friendly enough. Gets 4 stars because the store is a bit small and sometimes doesnt have as much selection as some bigger stores. Bakery items weve gotten have been delicious!

My son was stung by a bee in the car I got to food lion as fast as I could I found a worker in the store I told him what happened he ran 3 aisle over got what I needed to help my son I ran to my car got the mess on the bite and my son is doing just fine I wish I knew the name of the to thank him but I was so scared my son has never had this happen before. Thank you again for being there

Took my Aunt there today customer service was great. My Aunt left happy and thank you for the gentleman that assisted her.

My phine was stolen from register so I askes could I view the footage from the camera. A lad behind the service desk acted as if she qas going to look but apparently didnt because she stated to me that I jad my phone in hand thwn placed into pouch which I nwver do so I knew it was a lie. I used find my phone to see that my phone was moving away from me while in the store up until they powered it off.

Been going to the Garner road location for many years! Its always clean inside. Shelves are neat. Ive noticed lately the to the side of the parking lot near the road looks like somebody has been either camping there or dumping trash. Its a mess!!

Always have what I need and affordable. I can always fine steak at a fair price. The cashiers are always friendly nice. Its a great store and clean.

Sister in law received the wrong cigarettes from cashier. Did not notice till next day. She attempted to exchange them for the correct style and was willing to pay any difference. The cashier was willing at first. But the manager stepped in and refused. I understand there is some sort of law for this but this being the cashiers mistake would have thought they would have exchanged. But then the manager starts being suspicious of her and the other items in her cart, that she has already paided for. He accuses her of stealing. She shows receipt proving she paid for the items. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

Always clean and the employees are always kind. This has been my go to store for over 5 years now. Prices are far better than walmart or any other store within miles. Milk is a single dollar, eggs tend to be change. Bread is also usually 1.

I have never been a frequent shopper at Food Lion. I would pick up a few things here and there on my way home. When i found out Bi lo was being bought out by Food Lion I thought I would give them a try since the change is coming. I do not like it. The selection of meats are pretty much non-existant. Vegetables looked ok but not what expected from a major chain. Not consumer friendly. Not coordinated well, for items that go with other items. I truly hope that the Bi lo stores that are purchased will remain the same keeping their lay out and inventory of products. If they change i will shop at the local ingles!!!Mary Ann Cox

A lot of the stuff that I buy every week they do not have so I have to go to another store. Also, with COVID-19 being so bad I see a lot of people in Food lion with no masks and they crawl up to you at the checkout. Nobody enforces the rules. I’m ready to not go there anymore and go someplace else where they care about their customers. Shame on Food lion for not enforcing the rules

Great sales, always have found it clean when I have been in there. Great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. I had a question about a dinner suggestion and the man (Tyson) in the meat department was very nice to speak with me about the right amount of meat to get.

I feel like its dark inside, the aisles arent very big so I get a little claustrophobic inside the store, the prices are alright Ive seen worse, customer service is good with the stress I am sure they have due to the environment.
