I had an amp built by Jason and he did a great job and getting it back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Turned a 2 pill into a 1x4 and it works great. It recently has an intermittent problem with one of the switching relays and he said he will repair it at a reasonable cost.

You hooked me up with an X Force amp plus the Galaxy you had for 2-3 months until I could get the money for the radios to match. That’s been 4 years ago. You reduced the galaxy down to 50 watts so I wouldn’t blow it up. I sent Jason $300 for a 2 pill, I waited 6 months for him to tell me that the price of hg transistors had went up and he needed $200more. So now Im out $500 and still no amplifier after over a year. Also sent him a new in box galaxy 98vhp for tuning that the amplifier section was missing when I received it back. Stay away from this guy.

You have my Galaxy radio for three years now and refuse to return it to me . I paid for everything, repairs and return shipping cost . The radio was given to me from Dad when I first got into trucking . My Dad passed away so the radio has a tremendous amount of value to me . You refuse to return my calls . I have all the documents and text messages .

This has been the worst experience. I ordered an amp for my dad over 3 months ago and it still hasn’t been received. Jason seems to have no clue of how much longer it’s going to take and just expects me to keep waiting. Last month, he told me the amp takes 2-3 months after I mentioned what his website says 2 months for custom orders. Now, he’s saying he doesn’t know how long and that he doesn’t have any control of how long it takes.He isn’t that great at keeping me posted. He only follows up if I ask for an update and the answer is the same. As a matter of fact, I contacted him last Friday and I still haven’t heard back from him.About a month back, Jason had the audacity to contact my dad and try to change my order without my permission and without ever talking to me. This is highly unethical. He claims that he didn’t have my phone number. I had to remind him that I spoke with him by phone before I ordered the amp. Plus, my phone number is attached to my account and order, which he had to look at to get my dad’s phone number. When I asked for a refund, he threatened to sue me, which is laughable.Don’t believe the 5 star rating on his website. It’s bogus. I’ve tried to submit a 1 star rating and it’s not getting posted.Update: As of May 6, the amp still hasnt been received and its been almost 4 months. Ive filed a PayPal dispute a couple of weeks ago and Jason hasnt even replied to PayPal. Ive since upgraded it to a claim. Good luck shopping here. BUYER BEWARE.Update to the update: I never received the amp I ordered and Jason never responded to PayPal so the claim was resolved in my favor on May 16. I’m glad I had another way to get my money back because Jason refused to refund my money after multiple requests.

No doubt about it, Jason from Jokerman electronics has went above and beyond for me. He worked with me after hours to provide customer service and technical service for me in an extremely quick manner. I bought a radio from another radio shop and it was in horrible working condition. Where do I start? I called Jokerman Electronics after I viewed the video on You tube of the Galaxy DX 98VHP. I ordered my 10meter radio with the amp upgrade. I am very very happy with the results. It performed Better then expected. Highly recommended!!

Jokerman Electronics is an excellent place to do business . They sell todays cutting edge top of the line radio products . Their technician Jason is a very knowledgeable man and he will be 100% honest with you should you encounter a problem . I purchased an X-Force 800 HD Mobile amp back on June 28th 2017 with the understanding that it would be as long as 4 weeks before it would be shipped . I received the amp Aug. 25th 8 weeks later . Concerned with the delay I contacted Jason via telephone and Jason explained to me that X-Force was experiencing problems with the company that supplies them with the cabinets for their various amps . I wasnt very pleased to hear this and expressed my feelings to Jason that X-Force was accepting orders and payments for their products and just passing this inconvenience on to the customer with no concern for their customers I was at the point of demanding a refund . X-Force couldnt even tell Jason a date when my order would be shipped . I dont mind waiting but I cant deal with the uncertainty of not knowing when Id receive the amp that I paid good money for . Jason was absolutely not at fault here but never the less he listened to my complaint and was very understanding and patient with me .Let me tell you folks hes a great person to do business with and has the ability to see things from your perspective . X-Force advertised that my amp would be built in a 16 pill box 5 1/2 H 13 1/2 W 14 1/4 L with dual heat sinks and have dual cooling fans . I received instead an amp in a 6 pill cabinet 4 1/4 6 3/4W 11L . Im wondering if its even an 8 pill amp ? Dual heat sinks ? Dual fans ? Ive yet to receive my power supply to test this amp but I got a feeling Im going to be very disappointed . More so than I am right now . X-Force will never receive another penny from this old man . I do however still believe in Jason . I will post the outcome of this X-Force fiasco as soon as I get my power supply and test the amp .

I purchased a custom made xforce xt 800b amplifier with class AB2 biasing for SSB from Jason. The amplifier has far exceeded my expectations as the amplifier puts out 3kw PEP. The waiting time was well worth the wait, 2 months including postage time to Australia.
