Never had any issues with these guys. I have been to thier Columbia, Spartanburg, and Charlotte offices with no problem. They have saved me many times from having to wait several days for a bearing from my internal logistics team.

They do not confirm my orders unless I beg! and I NEVER get a packing slip with MY po # on it. Too much competition to put up with this lack of customer service.Since I posted this complaint things have greatly improved with this company.As a very busy purchasing agent I used to dread the follow up it took to get a confirming, I guess they got the message
