I have never had a bad experience at phase 2. Roger, who is the owner, has went to extra lengths to assure me the best service . I encourage everyone to at least give him a try. Very knowledgeable to all your small engine needs.

Great Service

Phase II Power Equipment (Which was formerly Cecil Moores Repair Services) did a great job on our 1984 model Troy-bilt tiller. They not only replaced the belts, motor oil, and gear oil, they also fixed other issues with the tiller. After the work they did, including a bath, this tiller runs and looks better than it has in over a decade. While the work wasnt cheap, it was done professionally and they did more than I expected. The turn around was 3 weeks as opposed to the 1-2 weeks I was originally quoted, however, it was the belts for a 30+ year old tiller that took so long to get. All in all I am pleased with the repair and I will be taking all my equipment to Phase II.
