I inquired about a four wheeler for my daughter while they were closed and first thing the next morning Roy called me to let me know that they had one that hadn’t even hit the showroom floor yet. Smitty got to work on getting me the best deal and later that day we were approved. We traveled 1.5 hours to pick it up and actually ended up leaving with a dirt bike for my son as well. Roy and Smitty both were a pleasure to work with and so easy to talk to. We will definitely be back when we are ready for more toys!

Kind of meh to be honest. Not much inventory on stock or on the showroom floor unless of course youre looking for maybe a helmet or a pair of gloves or a quart of oil for your bike but as far as actual bikes new and use they really wasnt a whole lot there. One person as I walked in at the very front desk said Hi when I came in the door and that was it that was only acknowledgment I spent 15 minutes window shopping in the parts area and the accessories and wasnt acknowledged or greeted a single time. Its under new ownership now It has been for a little while but in some ways the place still hasnt changed its kind of ran the same way It just looks like they spruce the place up a little bit. I dont know if the service or the parts people have changed I know in the past with my dealings with them it wasnt a pleasant experience but Ill reserve judgment on that for when I get my next service or work done and now Ill judge him by that because it is under new management.

My experience was just about perfect at D2 my only complaint is that they were understaffed that day and Travis was having to sell multiple bikes at a time so it took a little longer than expected but again they were under staffed. He did a great job at doing so and i recommend asking for Travis. He let me watch the bike get up to temperature and give it my whole inspection.

I will never do business with D2 power sports again. I went in there on a Saturday to by a side by side and they told me it doesnt take as long as buying a car lol . I sat there for almost 2 hours to be told oh we havent gotten and answer yet and our computer keeps crashing. on Tuesday I called several times and was told by another salesman, I will tell your salesman to call you. I never heard anything on Tuesday. I called Wednesday and was told I will have your salesman call you, still never heard anything. I was told on Saturday that i did not need to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle but was told today after finally getting a hold of my salesman that I was not approved for the sale and that other people had tried to buy the vehicle today but were declined, but yet they were holding the vehicle for me? Sounds to me they would just sale it out from underneath me. pour customer service. no updates or anything. I had to call each time to get any kind of answer. 1 star service!!
